It was my first time going there. Jose did the haircut. He did a good job but i have heard that he is leaving soon so might want to call and check to see if he still works there. I might be able to update the review in 3 weeks when I go for another haircut

Found this place on Google because I didnt want to go to one of the chains and it was a great choice. Alla was my stylist and she gave me a fantastic haircut. Even though I was the last customer, she took her time and was super friendly. I will be back.

Came on time to my appointment and wasn’t greeted at all. I showed the barber a picture of the hair style I wanted and she cut it way too short. When she styled the haircut it looked completely different from what I asked for. Complete waste of money

Cynthia is great! She took me in as a last minute walk-in, in between clients & did an amazing job! She was kind, patient, & skilled. If the rest of the stylists are just like Cynthia then I would highly recommend anyone getting their haircut at Studio 95 Barbers.

I really like this place and the staff. I decided to pamper myself and get the signature haircut and my stylist (Bilijana) did an excellent job. She was very thorough and I enjoyed the steamed towel infused with essential oils & moisturizer. I was extremely pleased with the service and her recommendation for where to get good tacos. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I have been going here for over a couple years and been extremely happy with my haircuts (maybe once less than stellar but not bad either). I do not understand the 1 star reviews. Bilijana (Billy) and Elena have both been awesome and I trust either with my hair and my hair is difficult to scissor cut evenly and well, but they do! The staff is friendly (although usually quite busy, best to make appointment!). I have trouble finding people I like and trust to cut my hair well and when I do, I stick with them.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I took my son in for a haircut and the barber not only butchered his hair but when I followed up the next day to speak to someone about having it fixed the person on the phone was dismissive, rude and entirely unhelpful.

I went their last week for a hair which is geared up for men.it was a nice experience.

New resident to Naperville. Took me a very long time to find the right place for my haircut. Went to different places around Naperville and i was starting to get frustrated .Finally I found a barbershop for my liking. The lady that cut my hair (Biljana) was very knowledgeable, great consultation, great haircut, warm personality and she took her time to style my hair .I am glad I found this place .Because getting bad haircuts its no fun .

Was very disappointed with the service. I had read great reviews about the service and the quality of the haircuts. Had been here some time ago and was not very impressed with the haircut. Decided to give it a try again today and wanted to make sure I did not get a haircut from the person who had previously given me a haircut. And so I got an appointment and went there a few minutes before my scheduled appointment.When I got there the girl at the front desk tells me that Natalia with whom I had scheduled my appointment decided to take someone else on as a client and my appointment had be reassigned to the person with whom I did not want an appointment in the first place. They did not have the courtesy to call and let me know or even the decency to apologize after I got there. I wasted my time, gas and money driving there only to cancel and walk away because Natalia would not be able to give me a haircut as scheduled. Never going back there again.May have been a one time thing and maybe they are good at giving haircuts, but I would have expected some better customer service.

Based on reviews provided earlier, I would not go there. For about 3 years seems they did not change anything and stay bad.

I havent been to a real barbershop in years so I figured Id try this one. Its close to my house and they do undercuts. Went today at 2. There was only two people getting their haircut and no one else was waiting to get one. The receptionist asked if I had an appointment. I said no and she told me that theyre overbooked the rest of the day and that theyll be open tomorrow. I figured that shed ask me if I would like to make an appointment for the next day but she just stared at me. Whats the point of having a receptionist then?
