Screw this place. This is the third week I pulled up to get a cut during posted hours and doors are locked and nobody is inside. Dont waste your time.

Great place. The cut it my way and was fast...haircut cost u $32 bucks but its worth it.

Terrible service and unprofessional! Would not recommend. The owner did not want to give me the time of day to listen to my requests when cutting my hair extremely fast and ended up giving me a sub-par cut. They also up-charged me and did not stick to the prices advertised on the website. Very unhappy

Very disappointed with ALL the guys working here. Total lack of common sense and respect for public safety in the midst of the pandemic. None of the barbers were wearing mask.I am a business owner myself and I have respect for people with all sorts of believes.But not these guys.Stay away from this barbershop

Good barbers great atmosphere even for young children, these guys are very professional plus a great haircut.

I was disappointed with how the barber I dealt with pushed back my hair lining when I told him not to. It was somewhat fixed by another barber after the complaint call but the flaw from before is still there. What made me angry is that when I was on hold I hear the crew members laughing at each other about it like it was a joke as if I couldn’t hear them talking. I know for sure I am not coming back here anymore unfortunately. I try to support people of my identity & all I get is kicked in the behind & laughed at along with my hair being messed up. I did pay $30 for this you know

Great cuts and the barbers are good. Business is picking up quite a bit for them which is always good to see.I HIGHLY recommend an appointment or calling ahead if you’re a new client. Many of the barbers work on appointments and you may be waiting a long time if you don’t have one.Ralph and Lonnie are great and have taken care of my son and I every couple of weeks.

The barber is always punctual and does an excellent job. This is a friendly location that welcomes walk in customers. I recommend!!

Great barber shop

Always a great haircut and fade. People who work there are always kind. This talk about the music being loud, people being “ill mannered” is garbage. I think there is a Supercuts next to a library for you down the street. If you are going to a barbershop for the ambiance your options are a stretch.

After waiting 2 1/2 hours my son got the worst cut of his life. His hair looks so bad I have to take him to our barber to fix it. We were in a pinch so we tried Authentic Cuts because it was close to home. Never again. In addition the website says $15 for kids cuts. We were charged $20. All around bad service, terrible cut and false advertising.

I only love this place because of the one barber I go to which is Ali Razi. It takes a lot to switch and trust another barber but after switching to Razi, I never regretted it and I’ve been going to him for years since then. You tell him what you want and he’ll do it better than you ever imagined and that’s a guarantee. Before you get a cut, you don’t look good but after you get a cut from him, you look like the richest man around. So 10/10 would recommend Ali Razi next time you get a cut!

I come here first and last time the guys don’t know how to use they tools my ears was hurt from brash the way they use and I didn’t let them finish what they start I had to pay 40$ unbelievable ma so regret come this place

Went to Authentic Cuts after a friend told me about the place. It is a great place to go to with barbers that can cut the latest styles... Will definitely take my sons back again, finally found a shop without a lot of craziness...

I went here yesterday to get a cut after my barber cancelled on me last minute. The guy who cut my hair goes by Tay. He looks a little younger so my expectations werent too high. But this guy can cut. I got my usual high fade and the kid nailed it. Hes actually on par with my older barber whos about 45 years old. I exchanged numbers with him and will definitely be returning. The atmosphere in the shop is pleasant too. All the barbers are very professional and greet and seat everyone who walks in. You can bring your kids in without having to worry about vulgar language that usually occurs at most barber shops. 5 stars and they just made a new long term customer.

We walked in 40 mins before closing and 2 people ahead of us waiting, while the chairs were full. My sons hair was still cut and faded and the barber did an excellent job on his head and dealing with a scared 4 year old. The bad reviews here all have something in common. They were all written by people who are not accustomed to the barber shop culture. Its unfortunate for the shop, because they all are really hard working and doing a fantastic job working on all different types of hair.

When I walked in 2 of the 4 workers were sleeping,one of them being the owner. He(the owner)then wakes up and seats me in his chair.I showed him a picture of what I wanted and my hair came out nothing like the picture. I then went to pay and the owner said cash only...when I had watched over 3 people pay with card.I gave him cash to avoide a Confrontation, but overall worst haircut and haircut experience of my life! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking to get a “good” haircut!

If your looking for the best barber around this is it. They take pride in what they do. My go to barber is Fernando for any kind of special events or just a clean up. Wish I could put 10 stars.

Other places always have issues working to style my teenage son. Fernando Gomez did him up right! Best cut my son has had! Now, he only wants Mr. Gomez to cut him up.

Ive been to alot of barber shops to get my hair done this place by far is the best I been to the all the barbers know how to cut hair really good there all good ppl funny too and they just make the place feel like home its super comfortable there Im definitely making this my barber shop from here on

I came in to get a balayage by Jess Scarzone and completely messed me up. She lied on her advertisement when posting about my hair, I asked for platinum blonde and she gave me yellow orange in really bad patches and burned my hair because she cut it before bleaching and then she told me she was going to get me a shampoo and conditioner and when I contacted her about it she ignored me for a week and when I asked for my money back because she failed to give me what I asked for and to go one with her promises she told me she wasn’t giving me anything. The owner also did nothing to help. Not only that as I was leaving one of the employees was trying to flirt with me out loud in front of other clients and customers. I am completely embarrassed by everyone here. Would never recommend.

I loved it. I went in yesterday after my friend Ian from Tae Kwon Do had recommended it. At first when I went in I was just expecting a regular cut. But this is a true barber shop experience the Staff are halarious, they seem casual and they are all really nice guys, their cuts are absolutely amazing too, the attention to detail and the amount of effort the put into each cut is really great. Plus the prices are pretty great for the amount of work they put into it, really great experience

Its not really easy to get such a review from me but this business made it happen. Very clusmy, laid back attitude with no ettiquetes to run a business.Worst was the guy (probably owner) with Julian Gomez tattooed on his arms. he invited another gentleman who came after me without explaining to me why he isnt going first come first serve!! I do avoid confrontation so didnt ask.Then another guy started taking FOREVER to trim my hair and a funny thing they all were doing was to literally TOSS chairs every few seconds for their own convenience. I noticed none of the barbar moves but instead keeps rotating the chair quite abruptly to get their angle right. Someone with migraine could easily get affected.Very loud music, very casual body language and quite ill mannered staff. I visited their just to support local small business over the chains but sadly, neither I recommend nor would I visit here again.

This place is awesome, Juliano did an amazing job in cutting my hair to latest style, he was very friendly over the phone and in person, it’s a bit of a drive but worth it, definitely would recommend

Great barbershop and great location. What stand out to me when I first walked in was good customer service by Lonney he makes you feel welcome. I can do other things while my kids are getting a hair cut. Been to both location. I like this location because my kids are in and out and their is no long wait. Been to shorewood location where they have a full team and make apt for my kids and still not on time. It seems to me shorewood dont like doing walk ins. If you want a good hair cut and dont want to wait long go to the Naperville location.

I asked for a fade for my son as his usual place was closed and their barber gave him a regular haircut which I could have gotten for like 8.99 (with the coupon).
