Ann did a wonderful fade and trim on our little guy! Hes only 3 years old but has been getting his haircut since he was 9 months old. She was so sweet with him and even chatted about his favorite Paw Patrol pups! Thanks Ann- well definitely be back!

As a female, its intimidating to walk into a barber shop. I recently got an undercut from a different place and just needed it cleaned/lined up. Dave was awesome, I wasnt sure what length and he helped me figure it out without making me feel bad. Will definitely go back In the future. I liked the environment and good music, no tvs like other places where the employees are watching them the whole time instead of paying attention to your hair. 10/10 would recommend to others! Was looking for a barber shop outside the city to get my haircut with Covid restrictions in the city still. Janine was friendly and we had a great and fun conversation while she cut my hair. I showed her a picture of how it has been cut in the past and she nailed it! The round trip was an hour and a half to get the haircut, but well worth it. Also, great price. I highly recommend this shop.

I am 62 years old and very old school. I like only scissors or razor cuts. I have had a hard time finding a shop that will do that for me. I stopped in because I saw good reviews and I met Michele. She is very pleasant and gave me such a great cut. I was very pleased. I had one barber for 20 years and I think he never gave me such a perfect cut. Michele is now my barber and I highly recommend her.

The appointment system was a little wonky in the past as noted by other reviews, but the last time I was in there were a few barbers taking their appointments and what appeared to be a couple waiting for walk-ins. Either way, in the past it was common to only see one or two barbers in the shop and nearly a line out the door of customers. Last weekend each station was in use and the wait was very short.Juan is my dude. Haircut is always on point, he takes his time and is very friendly. He cut mine and my best mans hair for my wedding, and I get compliments on the look all the time.They did raise the price by a couple of dollars, but its worth it. Very affordable, great cuts, local business; Couldnt ask for more.

Booked an appointment for 11:25. I arrived ten minutes early and waited. At 11:50 I still hadnt been helped even though three barbers were sitting in their chairs looking at their cell phones. I got up put my coat on and told them to cancel my appointment.I walked down the street and got a haircut at Floyds.Floyds actually used warm lather and a straight razor on the back of my neck. The last time I was in Mackhard Michelle used an electric razor to trim the back of my neck even tough I had booked a cut with the straight razor trim. Really really really bad service from this group. Go elsewhere

Great cut, I have been here twice now and I have enjoyed both experiences thoroughly. Juan is the man, but the other employee that i have seen there is also really cool. I find that it is a little overpriced, but not anything astronomical. Juan is now my new barber, I will be going to him for quite a while.

Thought I’d try this place out but never got a haircut. Had an appointment for 8:45, got there on time. The 8:30 appointment was still waiting and there was only one barber. He said there was a barber on the way. Who staffs 1 barber (or apparently 2) for a Saturday morning?!? I went to my old spot, Henczel’s up the street, waited 10 minutes and got a good cut. Who knows how long I would’ve been waiting here? I’d recommend any of the other barbershops in downtown Naperville over this joint. I’ve been to all and they are properly staffed for a Saturday morning.

The 5 stars is to Michele amazing work done will follow her even if she goes outa state for a haircut! She can do a killer mohawk.

I’ve gotten my haircut here for about 4 years now. I’ve always gone with Juan and the service is great! I always recommend getting an appointment because they can get slammed sometimes. Especially on the weekends.Anyways, it’s one of few places in Naperville that I trust when it comes to cutting my hair.

Today’s experience was the last straw that broke the camel’s back. I have been here many times over the last several months, typically on a Sunday, after using their online system to make an appointment. They have never been good at keeping the scheduled time as they would have started to work on a walk-in appointment right before my scheduled time. Have always had to wait to get a haircut even if scheduled a time within 10 - 15 mins of the shop opening.Given my past experience with online appointment system, I decided to walk in today as I needed a haircut. There were 2 people in the chairs and 2 others waiting. So I decided to wait. About 10 mins in, I was asked if I had an appointment and since I did not have one, I was given one which would be in about 30 mins. Also, as I was looking at their online system as I was waiting, I could see slots open for the current time and every 15 mins after that being open and allowing me to schedule. Anyways, since they said 30 mins, I continued to wait. 30 mins came and went and the 2 people in the chair were done as were the 2 people who were waiting. By this time there were a couple of more people who had come in. When the last of the folks who were there prior to me were done, I thought it would be my turn, but each of the 2 folks decided to take on the others who had come in after me. It was almost like I was not there. There wasn’t even an acknowledgement of it being almost 40 mins past the time they scheduled for me. I had now at this point been waiting for an 1 hour and 20 mins. A total waste of my Sunday morning. Had I continued to wait it would have been close 2 hours with no certainty of whether I would have been next. They need to fix their terrible scheduling system and either do walk ins only or appointments only. Until such time I will not be returning to this place and they have lost me and my son as customers.

One of the best barber out there, Milan been taking care of my hair for over 2 years now since he was working in Chicago and when he moved to this shop I drive about an hour to get there but it definitely worth it, I would definitely recommend it to everyone
