After my second trip back to this place because they ordered the wrong windshield, after they finished thetech informed me he scraped the side of my truck in the opening of the garage door. He said he would tell the manager when he got back and see what they should do. I had to leave and nobody has gotten back to me since. And of course you cant reach a live person on the phone because the jackwagons all hide behind their automated phone system. Time to get the lawyer jnvolved!

I used Safelites website to order the exact windshield replacement I needed for my 2002 Oldsmobile Bravada. Luckily it was in stock. I scheduled an appointment for replacement and the mobile service van came out to my house to do the work. Wow! Happy with their service.

Mike removed my old windshield and replaced same in a very professional, workmanship, clean manner. Would recommend allstar windshield. Rd

I dealt with Alicia twice, once to replace a windshield and once to have it repaired. She was awesome. The dealership had to special order our windshield and it took a long time. She called them daily to bug them about when it would be delivered and gave us updates twice a week until it was finally in. The replacement and repair went quick with no problems. Will be using them as long as we are in the area.

3/19/19: I live in Oak Forest and work in Oak Brook so my insurance rep gave me the number to the AllStar office near my work. Michael called in advance and arrived on time to my work. He set up shop in the parking lot and started the process to replace my windshield. Michael is very professional, didnt seem to mind me hanging out and chatting with him while he worked. The whole job took 1 & 1/2 hours. What gets him 10 Stars..... 1. Michael blew out the pine needles from my engine and lower windshield area. 2. His attention to detail and care for each job. 3. Michael SAVED MY CITY STICKER as well as my Ipass velcro and was able to reapply them to my new windshield. 4. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT REPAIRMAN!!!!! Thank you!
