We purchased extended warranty through a third party, this was our first claim, and we didn’t really know what to expect. Thanks to Aldo it was a breeze, he took it upon himself to contact the warranty company, sort things out with them and provided us with a detailed summary on what to expect.It gets better, you don’t need to pick up your car, they drop it off to you!We then noticed a valve cap was missing. Service was great! At first your car is fully inspected with you so you know what is going on with your vehicle. When your service is done they send you a video recap of the inspection which is so cool.As a new mini owner I had a handful of questions and they answered all of them for me. Aldo and Joe were very nice and extremely helpful with the whole process. Highly recommend bringing your mini here!

After having so many issues with Patrick Mini and Patrick BMW, I swore off using dealerships for these models. I bought a used Mini and it idles rough. Pretty sure it needs a computer update. Im not allowed to make an appointment and wait for my vehicle because it needs a diagnostic repair. It could take 1-3+ hours. They wont let me wait. I just want my car fixed. It turns out its not just Patrick Mini/BMW that misses the mark on customer service. There were open appointments for today but I couldn’t have one because I wanted to wait and was not just dropping off.I wish I could give zero stars. I have had 3 Minis and 1 BMW. It sucks to think I will have to buy my Minis second hand and find service elsewhere.
I went in to get my oil changed because the indicator reminded me it was time. I was greeted right away and quickly helped. Aldo was great at explaining all the services I was due for and how much each would cost. After just recently moving to Illinois, I was happy that Aldo made this experience at the MINI service center an easy one.

Came in on Wednesday morning to look at a truck I saw on the dealer website n when I got the was greeted by Jed.. I found myself in Naperville with a screw in the front right tire of my 4 door Cooper. The service team made room for me that same morning and not only replaced my tire, but provided a video of their vehicle inspection, topped off fluids, gave her a wash, and touched up a door scratch thats been annoying me for months. I would not recommend buying a used car at this place. They will sell you a lemon. They sell used cars that they know need expensive repairs like a timing chain and then when you need service on it they will not do you any favors at all on repairs.

I stopped in to inquire about having some warranty work done on my 2017 Countryman, without a prior appointment. They did a thorough examination of the Mini and determined that issues I pointed out were covered under the cars warranty. To my astonishment Mitch, the service adviser, told me that that they would be able to effect repairs right away. A short while later Mitch returned, to inform me that a part needed to order before one of the repairs could be completed. Having to travel more that 2 hours north to the dealership I wasnt looking forward to another round trip north.Mitch to the rescue. Mitch arrange a loner Mini to be dropped off at my house on day I selected. Then my Mini was driven back to the dealership. My repaired Mini was returned to my house and the loaner car picked up the following day, amazingly without any added charges for the concierge service. Although this was my first visit to Bill Jacobs Mini, Mitch treated me like a personal friend and long time loyal customer. He even arranged for a manual shift loaner Mini at my request. Thanks Mitch.

I recently had some fairly extensive warranty work performed on my 2017 Countryman. While I havent had it back long, based on initial impressions, I am very happy with the results. My service advisor Mike W. was helpful with addressing my concerns and making sure everything was repaired. I was also impressed with this dealerships communication and daily updates on repair progress. The active reception is a cool concept and its nice to be able to go over the car with the advisor and foreman while its on the lift.
I just purchased a 2011 Mini Countryman S ALL4 from a private party.I brought it to Bill Jacobs to get it checked out. THey went through the entire vehicle, checked tires, engine, transfer cases and topped off the fluids, at no cost to me. THey even sent a video. Well I love my Mini Cooper so its only fair to 5 StarWhile this Dealer is New for me due to relocation... the appointment and check in are top notch ..Well... all done. The brakes are SWEET!! Now I have 4 square away cornersThey make you feel like family.Dean was my service advisor and he was ON-IT!!Everything was explained.... nothing was made up... they showed me some things that needed attention (oil leak ect...) and I said fix it.There was a lot done today and I got the car back before 3pm which was awesomeIll be back when the time comes...In the meantime.... Ill will be missing those Animal Crackers and coffee they have at the waiting area.

Full disclosure: I used to work here many years ago and know the guys.I was helped by Mitch and Joe, and both have been great the two times I have been in, as they both are easy to talk to. My cars oil leaks were taken care of and they installed the dash glovebox that I had bought that was missing when I bought the car. They alerted me to some other issues that they found like a leaky shock as well.
Aldo was extremely helpful when I had to come in last minute to get my engine & breaks checked out. All around super nice staff & really good service!

Bought a used Mini Cooper S on Craigslist. Car looked and drive great but needed more mechanical information on it. Took it to Aldo to do a used car inspection. From the start, the process was seemless and professional. He was honest with the feedback and prioritized the issues for me so we didnt break the bank.I have had bad experiences at dealers before, but Aldo changed that perception. No need to go anywhere else for service. Ill be back monthly to get the problems taken care of. By September, my 05 Cooper will be practically brand new.

During that time the team at Bill Jacobs always took care of me. Minimal maintenance needs as the car held up fantastically over the years. I’ve always been extremely pleased with the way I was treated being a young man at the time of my first purchase to my recent 2017 Mini Clubman purchase a few years ago.Mitch Shefveland has been my Mini service advisor for as long as I can remember and has always gone above and beyond my expectations. Mitch never ceases to amaze when providing his experience and expertise to ensure that I am getting the best service and care from the team at Bill Jacobs MINI.For the first time, I took advantage of the pick up and drop off option. A driver brought me a temporary car and took my car to the shop for me. The simplicity of this interaction as well as the time saved in travel made a big difference in keeping me mobil for work. An in-depth video was sent to me by Joe Ormsby from service team of his initial findings on my car. From the engine to the length of the undercarriage, Joe reviewed all of his initial findings to me both verbally and visually. I was kept in the loop via text message and phone call from Mitch throughout the process. A digital invoice was sent to me to review what all had been done. Today was my first experience with BillJacobs and any Mini Cooper Service ever. I was very hesitant to visit a dealership service before because of the general view of public, of the costs and payments etc. However, I was nothing but satisfied with my experience here. After taking my Mini Cooper - 2007 to bunch of places, local mechanics, chain auto care companies and spending A TON over the past month to deal with pre-existing conditions that I am already aware of, I finally had enough and decided to give dealership a chance.Aldo, was the one who returned to my email and listened my cars problems one by one, tried to see what actually has been going on even though it is Memorial day and there were no technicians at the store. He understood that I had spent a bunch of money in a very short time frame and tried to help me as much as he can in terms of that, even give my poor car a quick wash. Everything was performed in front of my eyes so that I could see what other places missed or simply ignored while fixing my oil leak/overheating issue. This was such a relief after spending over $200 at Firestone just for them to run so called diagnostics and determine nothing. Not to mention one other place put a non-OEM part even though they told me they did.I cannot thank enough for his help and giving me his time. I am grateful that. We agreed on monitoring the car for the next few days then proceed on the fixes in order to determine the exact reason.Unfortunately, MINI is not the easiest car to deal with especially if you have a year like mine. I recommend going to a dealership before you try your outside options. You should trust on this very place which is specialized on MINI Coopers.

I was extremely satisfied with the work performed by the service techs at Bill Jacobs MINI recently. Service Advisor Aldo Huerta greeted me for my scheduled appointment and introduced me to the Service Manager who then put my car on a lift to go over any and all issues point by point. I really appreciated the time taken to actually explain what we were looking at which turned out to be an oil leak caused by a busted oil filter housing gasket. While the service team completed the repair, I was given a loaner and on my way to continue the day. The service from start to finish was exceptional and all Covid protocols were followed to the T. Ill definitely be returning for any service needs in the future.

First off I purchased my car her with Jed a few weeks ago and he was fabulous! Super straightforward and easy to work with. Unfortunately after just 2 weeks my new Mini had a run in with a mean pothole on i90. After a less than ideal experience at another dealership I called Jed in exasperation and he helped me have the car towed to Bill Jacobs. From there i worked with Mitch who was really friendly and kept me updated on each step of my cars repairs and he even arranged for the loaner to be delivered to me in the city. I honestly couldnt believe they would go through all that trouble just to make sure i could get around. He gave me his direct number so ill definitely be working with him for any further services!

Took delivery of are 3rd MINI, a 18 Countryman All4, form Bill Jacobs on 3/15/18. This one was for my wife who used to look at cars as simply transportation. She had few requests, but I had a few of my own. After talking with Marina and Ronny we did a custom order. I am very familiar with the process but she was not and they were great about making sure she knew what every option was and was happy with what she selected. And was we took delivery made sure all went smoothly and Vince explained all the features and let her know about the second date to answer anymore questions that may think of. Will be back next year when my Clubman lease is up. And of course the service team is awesome. I usually deal with Mitch but all are helpful. While getting service can be stressful/inconvenient they make it less so by offering loaners and always keeping you updated, especially if something changed or is delayed.

I really enjoyed my experience in Bill Jacobs Mini. I was there with my wife to test-drive a Mini cooper, and Marina welcomed us really warmly and passionately. The whole dealership is really stylish and I really like the style it provides. Marina helped us get familiar with a Mini cooper, and since this car is for my wife and she really lay an emphasis on the cars color, Marina tried her best to help us find similar cars throughout the US. The offer she provided was also quite attractive. Although we decided to proceed with another dealership, it was because my wife likes the appearance of the car provided by that dealership better. In a word, I strongly recommend you to come to this place. At least hear their offers on the vehicles!
