We have been insuring our vehicles with State Farm through Rob Sujak’s office for several years now. I work mostly with Witek Palacios, who is an agent team member at this firm. Rob and Witek provide EXCEPTIONAL service. I would highly recommend them to any family, friend, or stranger looking for a new agent. And I am going to tell you why.We recently sold our old car and purchased two new vehicles. Buying one new car can be a headache with figuring out paperwork, financing, insurance, etc. Buying two!? It was a lot. HOWEVER, Witek helped me before purchasing the vehicles with putting together auto insurance Quotes when I was car shopping, to see how much I could expect to pay for coverage on the several cars we were looking into (I am a bit of a numbers person, so this was important to me to see how our new policies would fit into our budget.) He is patient, looks into EVERY POSSIBLE DISCOUNT (very important!) and informative.The day we purchased the vehicles, I was in contact with Witek multiple times to get our policy switched over from our old one, and information emailed over to the dealership. To say they made this process as easy as it could be would be an understatement. Rob and Witek are highly responsive, caring, and professional. Witek is always so helpful and patient with me, they have truly made this switchover for us seamless.In this middle of all this, my boyfriend and I also got engaged. So we were in the market to insure a new valuable (the ring!). One quick phone call to Witek, and we were all set up with a full coverage “personal articles” policy at a great rate.If you are reading this review and looking for a new agent/firm, LOOK NO FURTHER. Look no further, Witek is your guy. Its rare to come across quality customer service these days, not to mention the insurance process can be long & complicated, but he really did made it work for us and Im grateful for that.
