Went in for a fill... Two of my fingers were filed to the point of bleeding. My nail lady, Cathy, dabbed it with cotton before trying to GLUE it closed with acrylic nail glue (which stung like hell.)When she came back to it, she found it was still bleeding so she tried to put antiseptic on it, which also stung..Perhaps the nastiest part was that she simply filed the blood off of her nail file that she cut me with, and put it back in her pocket... GROSS AND UNSANITARY.She did not ask if I was okay. The only mention of it she made was oops, sorry. When it came time to pay I was charged $40 for just a fill. Ive gotten a full set for less than $40 at nicer salons than this. An hour later and it is still throbbing in pain and looks bloody and terrible.When I called back to ask to speak to a manager (a friend agreed I shouldnt have been charged $40 for my nails to look like this, and for the pain that went with it..) I was told the manager was not in and they didnt know when he or she would be back. They demanded I leave a message and when I said Id rather call back later they hung up on me. Seems like maybe they have a lot of problems with people calling for the manager.Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. By far the worst salon Ive visited in Napa. Do not subject yourself to the pain, or worse, possibility of an infection from this place. Theyll charge you at least $40 for a bloodied manicure like mine.

My wife an I had appointments when we arrived we were told there was no one to assist us. On the account that we were black

I was in the area so I stepped in to ask if they had a menu of services. Individual curled up in a massage chair with her phone looked at me like I was a complete moron. I asked again for a list of service. She said No in a very rude tone. Be warned, zero customer service here.

They are a bit pricey . But honestly the best pedi I’ve had yet so far . Kim really took care of me .

Visited on a trip to Napa. Walked in, short wait. Lady that served me was fast, quiet, did a wonderful job. Salon was clean. Tools were clean. Would visit again.

This was my first time at Contempo Nails and it was great. Cathy did a great job on my pedicure. I almost fell asleep. Spent lots of time on massaging my legs ... felt great !!! I would reccomend this place to friends and family for sure. The environment was clean and bright.

I had a horrible experience in this place.I don’t use to give feedback but this time is needed. One of my fingers was hurt by the owner of this place, she made my nails last week. My finger was bleeding and I she told me that it was normal. Then, because of the pain, I was moving and she was screaming at me that it was nothing. Then,She was so angry at me when I told her that I had so much pain, it was the worse service I had ever have in my life. Plus she made me pay her 60 dollars.

Kim did such a great job on my nails. Im so happy with the outcome. Definitely going back again👌👍

Overcharged for sure (but should have had informed about the prices before going in).Overall, received a quick and messy job when the owner who was helping me heard I’m just visiting (meaning not a local, possibly recurring customer).

I really like this place. Staff isnt too chatty but still friendly. My favorite for a gel manicure is Jenny.

They are always friendly an do excellent on my gel nails! They are also awesome with my 2 yr old daughter an do an excellent job on her nails as well!

Clean place a little more expensive than Im used to paying for a pedicure but I guess being in Napa causes a rise in price.
