Good people. Did not buy the car but I liked their attitude.

I was extremely disappointed in the entirety of my experience with True Elegance. We rented a party bus over a week in advance for our engagement party. The afternoon of the event, I was contacted by True Elegance saying that the driver that was supposed to take us called in sick and we would have to find other accommodations. After I expressed how this was unacceptable, they were able to find another driver.The bus arrived late and was a different model than the one we had booked. We had seven passengers and booked the Mercedes sprinter. Instead we were picked up in a 24 person bus. This might have been cool if the Bluetooth music connection or radio worked. Imagine seven people already stressed for being late to their own party on a massive bus with no music for an hour. It was not fun.Our driver was the only redeeming part of the whole experience. He was very nice and courteous. He spent about 10 minutes just trying to help us get the music connection working.

Limousine service provided confirmation. The bus arrived promptly, driver was friendly and courteous. Vehicle was clean and accommodations pleasant. Price was competitive and invoicing seamless.Definitely would use again and recommend to others.

They were amazing!! Made our vineyard day so easy, and our driver was nice and polite. Will definitely be using them again for return trips to Sonoma!

My friend and I booked Napa Shuttle and Limos for a day of wine tasting. We picked out where we wanted to go and where we wanted to eat ahead of time. Thank goodness Turan knew the wineries and area so well he was able to make suggestions that we would have missed if left to our own devices. He was great and we will be back for more!

Great service setting up our trip to Napa. Great service throughout most trip changes and confirmation calls. Car was essentially new. It was in great condition with an awesome sound system and good environmental controls (a/c). Our driver Michael was dressed professionally, drove well, was very accommodating, and was a nice guy! He arrived on time and texted on the way to let me know he was coming. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend the company and would use them again.

Drivers were both kind and helpful. They provided waters for the group. They were both early arrivals and helped with all the bags.

The bus made our artist studio trip so much better! We had a wonderful driver in Heidi who got us all around to hidden spots in Oakland and then navigated the afternoon traffic to get us home to Sonoma on time. True Elegance office was responsive and easy to work with. Well be back!

Excellent company! The vehicles are brand new and their drivers are well seasoned and fun. What more could you ask of a limo company?Anyone who asks me for a recommendation gets sent their way. No one in the bay area is better!

We used Napa Shuttle and limousines. Service was pretty good and the price was very reasonable. We used party bus for my birthday. Pickup was in San Francisco. Usually other companies charge for fuel charge or garage time. This company gave us flat rate and did not charge any hidden charges. Driver Latasha was very quiet and respectable. She was well on time. She was very careful driver.Overall, this company is highly recommended. Thanks for making my birthday special.

My experience with Napa Shuttle and Limousines / True Elegance Limo was not good. First, I booked one of their 9 person limos via their online reservation system. Upon completion of the reservation it clearly states that they will send you a confirmation email. I never received a confirmation email and, in fact, had to call multiple times to get one. This was extremely irritating. Second, when I reserved the limo utilizing their online system, it clearly stated that gratuity was included in the price. Great! One less thing that I have to worry about at the end of our Napa wine tasting excursion! Well, at the end of our trip, our driver, Michael, approached me and told me that gratuity was NOT included in the price that I had paid. Huh??? I asked him to wait a moment while I checked my confirmation email. I found nothing pertaining to gratuity in there (during my quick scan). I decided to call the company directly. I talked with a gentleman at the company and was informed that a 10% gratuity is automatically included for the driver. Okay, so, for great service I normally dont mind tipping 20%. I REALLY wish it was clear what type of tip was included in the price so that I can determine what, if any, additional tip is warranted. It was extremely irritating to have to deal with that crap at the end of our trip! Also, to be told that NO gratuity was included is unacceptable. Either the company doesnt clearly communicate with their drivers what they are getting OR the driver lied to me. Neither is acceptable. Lastly, the limo wasnt even close to being new or in good condition. There were multiple tears in the seats and the outside of the limo looked like the entire body had ripples in it.On a positive note, our driver, Michael, was very kind and attentive to us during our outing. His driving was a little rough but I will assume that was simply due to his desire to get us to our next location on time.Needless to say, I will not be utilizing this company again

I rented a 12 person Mercedes Sprinter Limo for 8 of us to get from SFO to Napa. The experience could not have been easier or smoother for us. The driver was communicative, and had been watching our flights, knew when we landed and gave clear instructions on where he would pick us up. He was very accommodating when we needed a couple pit stops along the 2 hour drive up to Napa. The limo was beautiful, was stocked with what we needed, and had a wonderful sound system. (Poor guy put up with the loud music and singing and general ruckus of a girls weekend getting underway!) We had so much fun. I would highly recommend.

Great experience with True Elegance Limousine from start to finish for a group of 6 people to 3 wineries in Napa Valley. Our driver Thomas showed up exactly at our scheduled pickup time and was kind and courteous throughout our entire trip. He even offered to pick up sandwiches from a local grocery store to ensure we maximized our time spent at the wineries—a huge plus in my book! We used the 12-passenger luxury sprinter which made our journey even more enjoyable with the leather seating, interior ambient lighting and Bluetooth soundsystem. There was even a complimentary bottle of champagne, bottled waters and ice for us to use. It’s these small things which make a difference in knowing whether a company is customer service oriented. We will definitely book this company again for wine tripping into Napa or Sonoma in the future!

Had a great experience with a group of 11 which traveled to two wineries in Napa. The van was a little cramped however, the driver was fantastic! Made our wine tour very enjoyable and safe!

I wish I could give this company zero stars! They were a no show for picking up our kids for senior ball. This company confirmed the pick up address, date, time, and phone number. They sent a confirmation email with the reservation number. They charged our credit card before the date, then did not show up on the day. They did not even have the courtesy to call and say what happened. When we tried to call the company, they did not answer their phones, instead the call went to voice mail telling us to email them and they would return the call within 2 hours! Finally after an hour of waiting outside, and the kids prom already starting an hour away, we called Uber. Uber got here in 10 minutes. True Eligance is the absolute worst limo company, try anyone else but them.

Grear customer service and excellent friendly driver. We rented a Mercedes Sprinter Limo in Napa when we were celebrating my friends 45th birthday for Napa Wine Tasting and toured new wineries all recommended by Napa Shuttle and Limo.Nickolas was our driver and was very helpful when we were touring in Napa Valley.

Limo was 15 minutes late but he more than made up for it by hustling to our destination, comping us champagne and giving us an extra hour on the back end at no charge!

Such an amazing day with Bobby as our driver!
