Napa Limousine was AMAZING!!! We used them for a weekend event in Napa, and had several pick ups/drop offs over 4 days. They were on time for every single pick up and very flexible if we needed to add another car, etc. Their buses were clean and the drivers extremely nice and helpful. They even sent the phone numbers and names of the drivers the morning of, so we could get in touch if we needed to. I will definitely be using them again!!

Outstanding customer service - start to finish! Sal was fantastic - he answered all my questions at the initial phone call and offered no-pressure advice and answers. After I consulted with my party, I called him back and received the same wonderful, professional customer service through the entire booking and payment process.This particular limousine rental was an all-day booking for a group of four girlfriends touring Napa wineries. The day of the tour, I called Sal last-minute and asked if they could show up earlier than we had scheduled. Sal promptly arranged to have his driver, Lamar, arrive a half-hour earlier!!The car was clean and stocked with water and champagne on ice, as promised. The driver, Lamar, was courteous, professional, and a true gentleman. When he arrived to the surprised guests, he took their pictures and helped with their bags. Then he patiently drove the four women around to the wineries they had previously decided upon without question. When the girls ran out of ideas, he was quick to suggest one of his favorite wineries - and THAT one turned out to be everyones favorite of the day!! Thank you, Lamar!!I couldnt have asked for a better experience! I would recommend Napa Limousine HIGHLY without hesitation!! Thank you Sal and Lamar for an unforgettable, fabulous experience!!

I was 100% happy with the booking process and day-of service of Napa Limousine. The car itself was a bit aged on the interior, but that was a small blemish in an otherwise perfect experience. For an affordable but top-notch service, I would highly recommend!

Great service all the way around. My wife and I toured Sonoma wineries for the day and we could not have been happier with the driver (Sammie) and service provided. The price was right compared to most other companies I looked at; I would highly recommend this company for your driving needs around Napa and/or Sonoma. I just used Napa Limo for my first wine tour, when I called I wasnt sure which wine tours to visit, but Sal was very helpful in suggesting 4 for me to visit. I live far from Napa but the ride was perfect, it even had more drinks inside to keep me and my friends busy. All for less than a taxi quoted me! Anyways Ill be sure to use them again, and just want to say thank you!

The reservation team was professional. They employ a great confirmation process. The driver Solomon was professional, courteous and always on time. We have used this service a couple times and will use them exclusively from now on. Great vehicles too.

Our driver, Adam, was fantastic! He drove six thirty somethings around Napa for seven hours, you can imagine what that would look like after hour 2, but he had a smile on the entire time!
