Really awesome tour. We did 8hrs in Alexander Valley. The wineries chosen were excellent. The lunch spot was great and Michelle even allowed us to stop at a brewery on the way home. There was a small car hiccup prior to pick-up, but it was handled professionally and all details were smoothed out by Allure promptly to ensure that we still had a wonderful stress-free trip. The car was a white stretch limo. Not necessarily in mint condition, but it worked well and made for a truly unforgettable adventure. Thank you very much!!

This past Friday we had the pleasure of doing a wine tour with Allure for 8 women for my sisters bachelorette. It was honestly amazing because no one had to drive ! We got picked up from our Sonoma Airbnb which was Super convenient. It was nice to have two chilled bottles of champagne in the limo, a few snacks & tunes to enjoy the day.Dolly, our driver, was very attentive, gave us pointers at the wineries, was very knowledgeable about where to go to keep us on schedule, and recommended a great spot for lunch. We had wanted to do 5 wineries, but with a group of 8, we only managed to do 3 - Domaine Chandon, Sterling Winery & Castillo Di Amorosa.I would have to say, if you’re looking to do a limo for a large group, get one with an extra seat so there’s more space. We had one fit for 8 people and it did feel cramped at times. It’s also an older limo, so you can feel all the bumps and movement throughout the trip.For reference, the limo is the white stretch limo to the left of my photo.

Allure Wine Tours provided us the best wine tour experience. They started us off at Jarvis Winery for a cave tour and tasting. We all loved this winery and the tour was fabulous. Our next stop was at Frogs Leap winery and that experience was great as well!!! We had a private tasting on the back porch and was able to walk in the garden and take some great photos. Allure then took our party to Mustards Grill for lunch. We really loved this recommendation for lunch. After lunch we made out last stop at Reverie Winery. Our whole experience in Napa was just off the charts. Allure Wine Tours made all of our appointments and recommendations as we were first time visitors and had no idea where to start. I would recommend this company a 100 times over to anyone looking for a wine tour. Thank you Allure

I booked a limo wine tour for the 4 of us this Saturday.. The limousine was clean and really nice. They made sure we had chilled champagne ready for us at our pick up. The driver was great as well he was always right in front of the winery waiting to pick us up.and took a lot of pictures of my party. This was my first time and working with the Allure office to set my reservation up and our tasting appointments was super easy. They really made some great recommendations for us which really helped a lot for those of us who didn’t already know what we liked. i especially liked O’Brien it was our favorite and the wines there were off the charts!. I would definitely recommend Allure to anyone looking to do a limousine wine tour. The day was a success and is suited for beginner as well as for someone with more of an experienced palate.

Great service, picked up on time and helped us organize a last minute wine tour before our dinner. Driver was very professional and the car was clean and neat. Only suggestion is that you are on your own to keep track of schedule and time it takes between wineries. It would have been nice to have a little prompt from the driver of hey it takes 20 minutes to get to the next winery so we need to leave at x. But that is a little issue. Overall, I recommend.

Our driver was dolly and she was very nice and informative. The only reason for the 4 star is because the car is outdated and needs an upgrade.

Would not recommend this company. When I booked, I never received an email with any confirmation. So I called the following day, left a message on both the website and a voicemail. Never received any type of call back or details. On the day of our tour, the driver was prompt and very nice but the car was old (dirty and a crack through the entire windshield). The croissants were soggy (a cheap pre-made package divided up for the week, not the advertised croissants with strawberry jam). The car had ants in it, even the driver had to open the window and flick one off of him. Between the state of the car and the lack of attention on the front-end, I would recommend going elsewhere for a limo service.

I am so happy that I chose Allure Limo to help make my 30th birthday special. Our driver Jose was the best! He gave great recommendations and was very polite and fun the whole way. I will definitely use Allure again in the future!

Allure Limousines is easily the classiest limousine services in Napa. We had a great time on our wine tours. Could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was polite and attentive and we were right on schedule the entire time. Such a great experience.

I was so looking forward to my birthday experience with my friends while sitting back and relaxing in a limo. The booking with Allure was easy and their customer service on the phone was excellent. However, the entire point to booking a limo is the car itself. I dont know what junk yard they pulled this one out of but hopefully it found its way back there today. Would you dare drink wine on Mr. Toads Wild Ride? By the time we got to Yountville we were covered in wine. Literally there was no suspension in this car. When we hit even the smallest bump we were bounced out of our seats along with our wine. Several loud clunks from under the car lead us to believe that wed probably be stranded on the side of the road before the end of the night. Old paper towels were shoved in the sunroof obviously to stop water from leaking in. The carpet was rolled up making it difficult to get in and out. Not to mention the limo arrived 12 minutes late causing us to miss our private wine tasting at Davies where the manager was kindly waiting for us after they had closed for the day. What a fiasco it turned out to be. The only saving grace is that our driver switched out the car while we were at dinner so at least we werent drenched in new wine on our way home. All in all, a very disappointing experience but thanks to my goofy friends we laughed through it all.Owners contacted me the day after my event. They apologized for the problems and swore that the suspension problem didnt exist before our trip. To make it right, they are refunding a portion of the rental fee and giving me 2 free hours on an additional booking. While I appreciate their offers and prompt apology, it cant make up for the embarrassment and stress this caused me. However, I raised their rating from 1 star to 3 because they did take responsibility for the problems and try to make it right for me. Thank you Michelle.

Ok. Id go elsewhere if you want personalized service.Pros:our driver (John) was on time, courteous, and car was clean.Cons: we never received strawberries and croissants that were supposed to be included. I had to call the week before to set up an itinerary (no one returned my calls- had to repeatedly call to get ahold of someone.) Our driver wasnt informed of our itinerary so I had to find it in my emails and relay it to him.So overall, a nice day but you might pay less for just hiring a generic driver. Its not really a wine tour, more of a driving service that barely did anything to make it a wine tour.

An amazing experience. Dolly was a real professional if you travel with a minor she is the one to go with. Wonderful time would recommend them in a heart beat!

ON CHRISTMAS??!! We rented a limo last night to go into SF to see the ballet and the limo ride was awful.The lighting and systems in the limo didnt function. Now we are older than most. So this wasnt some frat party or bachelorette brew ha ha.. All we wanted was to go to the ballet then cruise around afterwards. Then just like that all the lighting in the limo turns on FULL. And, stays on until the driver turns all the systems off, including the heat.. Seriously??It was so disheartening we told the driver to just take us home, of which it took him 2 hours to do because we suspect he became distraught; missing exits and becoming disoriented.Now, when we get home he asks my husband to sign for the credit card. And, my husband says no, have someone from your office call me after Christmas.THIS COMPANYS RESPONSE WAS TO CALL THE POLICE. On Christmas eve, you summon the police to our home for wanting to discuss the bill? ON CHRISTMAS EVE??Well, you didnt get what you wanted. Once my husband explained to the police what occurred, they too agreed; this was a civil matter and told your driver to vacate the premises.But, I am so appalled by this that I just had to write this up. WE SHOULD SUE YOU FOR NONPERFORNACE AND HARRASSMENT. And, we just might depending upon your very next move. You ruined our Christmas Eve.We do want to stick up for the driver, though. My husband told me he was a sweet, sweet man. And that, should be duly noted.

We had a great time Napa Valley wine tasting on 8/18 for a 30 year wedding anniversary. Michelle was very helpful in setting up the trip and Dolly the driver was a load of fun. The limo was clean and always on time to pick us up. Dolly even turned us onto Del Dotto Vineyards and Caves which we would have never gone to. Turned out to be the best place we visited. I would highly recommend Allure Limousines.

Used them for the first time in 2012 and they have just consistently gotten better over the years. A group of us were out celebrating a 40th birthday in Napa. We had a good mix of wine drinkers (I myself like the sweet wines and ports) and when booking the limo this time I was given quite a few suggestions that would meet all of our needs for the Wineries. I personally loved Prager and was so glad that was one of the recommendations we were given. Our driver was Dolly and she was such a hoot, she had us cracking up so much that we told her she should come with us next time instead of being our driver. Dolly took great care of us and even went and picked up our lunch when we got behind and were going to miss our scheduled tasting at the next winery (hard to keep a big group of girls on time when they are drinking wine all day!) we were very impressed as that wasnt something she had to do at all. I highly recommend using Allure Limo for your wine next wine tour, cheers!

We had a terrible time with this service. I seriously, cannot understand how Dolly and Allure Wine Tours have had such good ratings on all the other sites. We had a DISASTER of a time with Dolly and would NEVER recommend her to anyone. She lacks tact and respect and has no idea how to treat customers. She is also demanding, unruly, and will boss and insult you all over Napa and then insist you pay her extra for her terrible service. Please review YELP for full review.

I recently booked a reservation for a long awaited limo wine tour for 6 of my friends and family. I dealt directly with the company owner Michelle who was a total pleasure to work with and extremely helpful throughout. Since this was my first time doing a wine tour in a limo, I needed all the help I could get and Michelle certainly made my life much easier during the whole experience. She for example conveniently provided a long list of recommendations that I would say were very accurately based on the types of wines and experience we envisioned on our tour. After my best friend and I tirelessly researched the list we were provided, we finally picked our favs and Michelle scheduled and reserved all our appointments. Our 1st stop ended up being Domaine Carneros for a champagne tasting Ill never forget. The surrounding scenery was absolutely gorgeous and the champagne was incredible. We then moved along to Artesa, the view there was truly remarkable and the modern day architecture was really neat to see. Michelle also suggested that we should be sure and do a grape stopping at Grgich Hills. That was a whole lot of crazy fun and we had blast to remember. Our final stop was Caymus and the wine there was amazing and also my personal favorite; the best Cabernet that I have ever tasted hands down. Our driver was just as cool and accommodating. At what seemed like a scene out of a movie, he was able to make a perfectly timed recommendation for a quick pick up for lunch at Oakville grocery which surprisingly turned into a fun filled adventure for all of us. He also got us to our appointments on time and kept us on track which was very helpful and kept the energy at a high. Another thing that my guests and I really liked was that every time we entered the limousine, it was flawlessly cleaned and re stocked with clean glasses, water and our favorite snacks. If youre looking for the best company and limo wine tour experience during your stay in Napa, I would wholeheartedly recommend using Allure to anyone.
