This was not my first time using them but will be my last. Poor processes and customer service. They blamed that I did not have a confirmed reservation on the customer (us). No matter how they spin it they dropped the ball. They said the agent I was working with had only worked there a few weeks at the time I booked back in May and is no longer there so she went back through the emails. They had my quote, signed credit card authorization, email strings and specifics other than the pick up location. We did not have a hotel yet so it was not set to provide. Crystal told me it was my fault for not replying to where our pick up location was and even though I signed and authorized by checking the deposit box it was not enough to confirm because the deposit amount was incorrect. She said the dollar value for the deposit was off so it was not run. My last correspondence to them was a thank you, thinking I was all set. I thought I would have been notified there was an issue and the number for deposit needed to be increased, but nope. She again said it was my fault for not following up. I wouldn’t trust them. If you use them I hope you have better luck.

I am giving this company one star only because ZERO is not an option. My friends and I were set to enjoy a long weekend with a party utilizing NVTT. Unfortunately for us, Hurricane Ida hit the New Orleans and Louisiana Gulf coast the weekend we were supposed to leave. The airport and all surrounding areas were without power, water and any services for at least a week. As our flights were cancelled in New Orleans, we did try to make it to Houston as an upcharge due to the late notice of flights. We later realized none of us could even drive the 6 1/2 hours to Houston due to the fact there was no gas! All of the other venues were had scheduled understood and gave us a full refund. This company, however, cited their 50% non-refundable deposit policy. Everybody else we had booked through has this same or similar policy and ALL of them fully refunded our money. If chose this company, remember they value your money over you! Zero stars! Very disappointed!

Crystal-Rose is MVP! She was patient, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was in great hands! Long story short, I was in Calistoga hosting an event and booked a Blacklane transfer from Calistoga to SFO for a VIP guest and they cancelled on me 3-hours before the scheduled pickup! Crystal-Rose worked relentlessly to keep me updated on their progress and was able to find a driver with such short notice. Also, did I mention this was for a Friday morning?? I am forever grateful for NVTT and Crystal-Rose! I will definitely be using their services next time we host an event in the area!

Snake-like environment, which stemmed from the top. There was a constant revolving door of employees leaving and joining. The favorites were the ones definitely having a good time and work-life balance. Those non-favorites were having a difficult time getting through the day every day because of the constant stress, pressure, and bullying from the management.

I had originally booked NVTT for shuttles for my wedding. I booked 5 months in advance. When I called again to confirm my reservation it had been lost but the person who helped me assured me everything would be fine. A WEEK BEFORE MY WEDDING THEY CANCELED on me saying they did not have enough fleet. Very unprofessional. They refunded me promptly and Im happy I was able to find a backup but this could have been potentially a horrible situation to deal with had I not.

Fantastic service! Teresa did an amazing job getting everything booked for our party of 17. If you have a large group, I would highly recommend using the concierge service. Wenner was our amazing driver for both the airport transfer and wineries. He was very professional and kept our rowdy group on track all day!

Had the best experience with NVTT on our wine tasting trip. Andy, our driver, was professional, funny and overall helped make our day memorable. He recommended a wonderful sandwich shop and even offered to get our food while we wine tasted. The limo was always stocked with waters. Overall we felt very taken care of. I know the economy is tough for small businesses right now and I’m happy to support this one more in the future.

There is no value for a high tour cost, and the performance was the lowest that I have ever been. Not only that, bus had seats that were dirty and smelled fowl and were in need of a deep cleaning. I have been on numerous tour groups and this was by far the worst one. I will never use this service again, and would strongly advise you at least do your research before dealing with this company.

Chaotic work environment. CEO was extremely micromanaging and gossipy. Other top-level executives had no real power because of him. People were overworked on ling 12 to 14- hours a days. Evening and weekend plans were compromised because you are expected to work, and you couldnt say no.

Its a sad story of a company where nepotism, cliquey exclusivity and loud voices drowned out the pleas of passionate, eager employees who dared have the modest expectation of a present leadership team who could offer a grain of direction in extremely turbulent waters. Its annoying and frustrating to work here.

There is no value for a high tour cost, and the performance was the lowest the tours that I have been ever. The vehicle was old, cup holder broken and TV video is not working. The tour in the afternoon was too long and the tour guide spoke in a quiet monotonous tone without expression. So much so that myself and another passenger went to sleep. I will never use this tour group book again.

What they have given us was not convincing with the price we had to pay for the tour. Though my friends and I enjoyed our time together, that was because of each others company and not the tour this company has prepared for us.

This review is based on an employee named Wilfred Brucker, I had an altercation with this employee on August 31st where he wanted to physically hurt me after him getting furious at me honking at him. He came out of this company car slammed the door and demanded me out while yelling at me asking me what my problem was. I took pictures of the plate and tcp Number and contacted this company where he works and never got a respond back I found out his name is once again WILFRED BRUCKER ! So here I am writing this review to warn others of his behavior in hopes this never happens to anyone else. He has a low temper and doesn’t care if your a woman with a child in their car, my mistake was not calling the police but lesson learned . Again beware of this man and this company.

The driver turned up late and was cranky. The car had nothing but water for us. We had to stop for something to eat, and even then, the driver was not happy. They really need to re-learn a few lessons about customers service.

Joe was absolutely fantastic! He arrived to our pickup spot early, transported us safely but swiftly to meet all of our appointment times, and helped us with a few detours along the way. We recently requested the services of Napa Valley Tours to drive myself and 2 lady friends to see Hello Dolly in San Francisco. Before hand, we wanted to have lunch in Union Square. Our driver Anthony picked us up in Napa and drove us expertly to our destination in Union Square, then returned to drive us to The Golden Gate Theater to see our play. He then came back to pick us up at the theater and return us safely back to Napa. He was very experienced in maneuvering throughout the San Francisco traffic. Spent great amount of time looking online for transportation while we visited the Napa valley, came across Napa tours and transportation. Called and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Pedro he gave great customer service, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The hole experience from calling to make a reservation to the very end was amazing! Highly recommended this company!!!!

The vehicles, the Packard and the Mercedes Van were impeccable. The most outstanding part of the two-day trip was the driver, Chris. He had the car ready and waiting where we needed it and when we needed it. He was very helpful about loading purchases. His driving was expert and comfortable.

Some staff here is not good at english. They just repeat scripted lines and do not listen to you. They made the entire booking experience quite frustrating.

We booked this because it was out first time to the area. We had a different driver than who we were informed of about beforehand. In addition, the driver was very unprepared and was 30 minutes late on pick up. They never called to let me know of any issues with running late. I understand things happen and mistakes get made, but when you dont get the critical service that you paid for, it is tough to give a positive review.

NVTT provided us with transportation for 11 from Napa to San Francisco for our staff holiday dinner. Our driver, Michelle, was very friendly and professional, and the rate was very competitive. We had a marvelous time!

This was absolutely the best thing our group did in Napa Valley! Our pilot was absolutely fabulous and shared as much information as we wanted and had the best sense of humor. The flight was breathtaking from the second we left the ground until we landed. We had a group of 9 and several were scared of heights but once we left the ground, that fear went away immediately. We did the champagne breakfast afterwards and it was fantastic. Really great food and atmosphere! Highly recommend to add this to your itinerary while in Napa Valley!

The driver was quite irritating. He looked like he was sulking all the time and made faces when we had some fun in the vehicle. Not friendly at all. I felt the poor guy probably hated his job.

I worked here for a short while and ti wasnt worth it. This company was poorly managed that the employees dont have the right behavior and professionalism needed. The management was so terrible at their job that they dont know how to effectively manage their people to avoid having complaints about their employees. Im glad Im not part of this company anymore.

The reservation process was long an tedious. The person talking to me regarding it didnt seem to be very knowledgeable or smart. he had to consult his seniors for every little thing. It was a disappointing and time-consuming experience.

We used Napa Valley Tours and Transportation twice while in Sonoma. Once was for a private winery tour of three wineries and we were lucky enough to get Greg to drive us. Hes lived in the area for 35 years and was a wealth of knowledge. The second trip we had Thomas take us to the Napa Valley Wine Train during the PG & E power outage. He knew the back roads and got us to the train on time avoiding the long lines at the intersections that turned into four way stops due to the stop lights not working. Greg was our driver on the way back and stopped at a deli so we could grab a sandwich since our hotel had no power. Both drivers were delightful and I highly recommend Napa Valley Tours and Transportation. They were always on time.

The administrative staff was very prompt in receiving my request and prompt when handling payment. They were very professional in email and on the phone. These people just push you to make the sales. They ignore what you have to say and dont value you as a customer even if you make the payment. The staff seems incompetent and uninterested.

NVTT should be screening and training their new drivers thoroughly. They have a lot of great drivers over the years, but they have some who are rude and do not have manners. These drivers are ruining their good standing. One more thing is punctuality. They should be very keen on showing up on agreed time. People are trusting them to be there on time, they should respect everyones time, as well.

This company is a mess. Everything here is a free-for-all. The company structure is disorganized and management is chaotic. This company is headed by a family, which probably explains why a lot of people in upper management are not fit for their positions. You are better off finding work somewhere else.

The drivers come late and have rude attitude. They are very unprofessional and dont care about their clients time. They are not even apologetic for making us wait for 45 minutes.
