This place is the best! Not only is it a great workout but you always leave in a state of gratitude and in a good mindset. The teachers are the just the best and know how to continue to push & motivate you.

I love pure barre! I do not have a dance background and my core used to be very weak. But I now have more definition - especially on my bottom - than ever before. I would highly recommend Pure Barre to anyone - but I warn you - you will get addicted!!

Pure Barre has changed my body. It is hard at first but addicting. I have lost 25 pounds and finally feel strong after having two babies. Love all of the women who teach at this Napa location.

IT IS EXCITING BECAUSE IT REALLY WORKS, YES IT WORKS YOU LOOSE STUFF YOU WANT TO LOOSE YOU CONCENTRATE ON WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND NOTHING ELSE. THIS IS ALL PART OF THE BEAUTY OF BARRE. WALK THROUGH THE DOOR YOU WILL FEEL SPECIAL EVERYONE IS WONDERFUL,THEY REMEMBER YOUR NAME, YOUR PROBLEM AREAS IT IS A GREAT PLACE.
