This gym is a covid nightmare. The gym claims to have a mask policy (there are signs up everywhere saying that masks are required) but at any given time 1/3 - 1/2 of the people in the gym are completely ignoring it -- running on the treadmill or lifting right next to me with a mask around their chin or not fully covering their mouth, let alone their nose. I took all these photos during a 10-minute period on a single visit. I asked the employee at the desk if they enforce their mask policy and she shrugged and said People dont like wearing masks.Avoid this gym like the plague, unless you want to get the plague.

I LOVE THIS GYM ;)Even though some times can be over crowded with people that only seats around and watch their phones forgetting that besides them there is some one trying to work out on that specific machine, BENCHES TO DO LIFTING THOUGH, they don’t have ENOUGH, they only have one flat the other 5 are those type of bench where you can fold look at the photos, dislike on that big time other than that, it’s a good gym the stuff is always humble and nice, muscle milk protein shakes are way over price, but they must have a reason why ! You get a discount on other drinks if you possess the black card ! Good vibes, good positive energy;)

It would be nice to see some more room in the weight section. there is so much room taken up by endless cardio machines. But for 10$ you cant beat it

Just join Planet fitness yesterday, it is a good place to do the workout, every employee are very nice and helpful to show all the equipment how it work.Nice work!!

Very Clean and customer service is great. There online applications give you access to alot of different portals. One thing I love about planet fitness is that you have great access to the gym and love the Black Spa Romm. Me and my gf both join planet fitness because of their affordability and cleam and friendly environment. Love the Napa location and would recommend this gymbto familys and any person who wants to have a healthy and fit environment.

I recieved a free workout on line. This location in Napa just reopened. It had been temp closed. ( covid). So, it was clean and fresh smelling. Anyhow people were for the most part wearing there masks and wipeing down equipment after using. I felt safe. Got a good workout.

Dirty bathroom is really the biggest issue at the gym. Also, some of the equipment has been temporary out of service for weeks.

Establishment was very clean and well kept up.

Wish I could give this place 4.5 stars. It is an amazing deal for the price you pay, and I especially like the option to use any PF with the black card membership. Justin, the trainer, is AMAZING, and it is incredible to be able to take advantage of him without extra charge. One complaint that I have is that my phone wont pick up the wifi signal there. The bigger problem is that there is not much enforcement of the 30 Minute Circuit area. I pretty much have to ask people to move every time I use it, and have never seen a staff member ask someone to follow the lights.

Ok. But seems like showers at all of them just dont have hot water for the most part.

When it was open, no temp was EVER taken, no count was kept in the number of people that were allowed, staff was just seen at the reception area not paying much attention or upkeeping the cleaning stations, no wonder it closed again. The vallejo and fairfield location kept this up, I dont see how hard it can be

I absolutely love this gym! For the longes time I would go in for free because of friends they had the Black Card. If you have the Black card, you only pay $22. A month and have access to tanning beds, Hydro Massage therapy and Enhance Body Treatments. Plus you can bring a friend for free every single day. The gym is clean, has all the essentials, not too packed. Its perfect for me. I had to get my own black card😂👌💁‍♀️

Google and Planet Fitness Club Page says open. What is the deal? No communication

What is going on with this gym and their hours that they are open? They advertise they would be open 24/5. They have all these stickers and advertisements that they are open 24/5! So I asked the desk staff yesterday when that 24/5 was....She advised they were open 24/5 Sunday -Thursday. I just went to the gym right now at 9pm on Sunday night and they are closed! What the heck is going on? Staff does not even know hours of gym. They should STOP advertising that you are open 24/5 when they are not. Tyler or Taylor the manager advised that they are open at 5am Monday through 10pm Friday. How is that 24/5? Maybe the gym should just be forthright and honestly say open 24/4, Fri till 10pm and Sat and Sunday till 7pm. 7pm is pretty early for weekends, especially in the summer when it stays light later and you have stuff to do before the gym. Disappointed

This is a very well-run gym with great staff and pleasant members. I really wish they had barbells...that is the only thing missing.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for six months, I have gone down there, I have called them, and have sent two letters stating I wanted to cancel my membership. The manager never returns phone calls, is never there when I go down there. They just say I’ll have my manager call you back, but they never do.

When is the gym opening??? Are you having financial difficulty? I do not understand why it is so far behind opening compared to all the other gyms in town. For those of us who work out on a regular basis, this waiting is too long. Thank you!

Best $10.00 a month - my local fitness place went out of business - so here i am supporting Corporate Fitness - But man is it affordable

That person complaining about the hours should just stop it. Its a great gym 💪 friendly staff and affordable price if you want more than that than go pay wayy more for the same else where. I am very pleased we made the switch to planet fitness.

They are missing some essential equipment like bar bells l, buy its only $10 monthly. Cant beat that!

You get a lot for the money you pay. The bad reviews are uncalled for. Just like new restaurants that open, there are hiccups. Some of the staff still need to be a little more educated on senior discounts and how to give instructions on how to use the black card extras. It’s a clean gym and has way more to offer than I expected for the price.

The girl at the front desk thats blonde with her hair in a ponytail with glasses at the Napa,CA planet fitness is super nice and doing a great job greeting guests.  I dont know her name but shes very nice and friendly and Im glad you guys hired her.I went in at 9:30am on December 18, 2019I love planet fitness.  I mentioned it to a few friends.  I like the business model of avoiding high cost extras like a pool and just focusing only on machines thus keeping the membership price low.  I for one dont use pools or basketball courts and just wanted to work out.  Thanks for opening a Napa location.  You guys are great.

For the price, Planet Fitness is a great gym and the people at the front seem to enjoy where they work. I use to be at InShape that was too expensive for the experience: my stuff got stolen twice, I was talked into hiring a personal trainer for only 30 minute sessions - not an hour (which was not explained to me and my trainer didnt like working there), the womens locker room was always a mess with towels, and bathroom floor wet and dirty, The people who worked at InShape never seemed happy. Planet Fitness is everything that InShape is not with a much better atmosphere and price tag. Im proud to support Planet Fitness.

Planet Fitness is a no frills gym. Very clean, excellent equipment, ample parking.

So much cheaper than other gym options in napa, and theyve got pretty much everything you need for a successful workout. One glaring miss is actual squat racks (theyve only got smith machines), but once again, its SO much cheaper than alternatives, I cant complain.

When are you guys going to open the gym ? All the other gyms are open why is this the only one still closed ? Poor communication with the members.

Wonderful gym. They honor the Silver Sneakers program, the only one in the city of Napa. Friendly, helpful staff. Great equipment. Plenty of parking.

People pay good money to be able to go to a gym workout when they want not some weird schedule you guys got going on here, mind explaining why, not very good conduct for a place that just opened. My hours dont coincide with your hours thanks alot!!!!! Oh I almost forgot all ur advertising says 24 hours why????? Thats false advertising, you need to get on board and do what you advertise dont talk about it be about it, thank you very much!!!!!

Had the black card membership have to pay 58 if you want to switch back to the basic package.If you have the black membership and cancel before 12 months the charger you 58$.Wasn’t told that when I signed up.
