LOVED this place! Very professional and the nails are just such good quality. Also such nice people, I thought they were so kind to all of the customers. Really love these nails and I will be going bck!

If I could give zero I absolutely would. This was the absolute most unpleasant nail salon experience I have had at this place yet. It is really a shame because it is vey close to my home.I have added a photo of the ogre of a person that did my nails. The sign above her head indicates that her name is Hue Taylor. She is awful. She is mean. She is rude. Honestly, she is very sloppy in her work. However, as I really needed to have my nails done and there was nobody else available, I gave her a chance. Slung my hand around and throughout the entire process talked seemingly about me, her customer, in Vietnamese, amongst her colleagues. In addition every time I addressed her in anyway she was very short and gave me this long faced, jowl hanging mean mug. It did not matter how pleasant I was to her.I recorded some of what she was saying and will try to share. In the end I was left with nails that look sloppy and not much better than what I walked in with. I spoke to Cindy and asked her to fix them. Im waiting now. I will pay, but not for this mess. I could honestly have done a better job myself. I should have just trekked all the way to Newark NJ as I first intended.

If I could give a zero I would. Cindy and Michele is very rude and unprofessional, they pick and choose who to be nice to. I gave Cindy a photo of the style and color I wanted she did something else on my hand then she asked me if I like it, she her self realized it wasn’t looking good. The colors I wanted was purple designed with pink, mint green white white and a gold lining. She paint my nails with purple, designed it with black, brown and grey. I told her I don’t like it and it has none of the colors in the style I should you. Cindy said something in her language then ask me what was my name took the phone and enter my name. I wasn’t planning on going back there so whatever she did, doesn’t affect me.

If I could give zero stars I would. We called they said cone right in. We came in for what?!? Here I am in a pedicure chair for 1 hr having only had nails filed. She filed them over and over and over and over. Finally o said dont do anything else just paint my nails. I didnt get fingernails done and my mother walked out after waiting 1 hr. Im done never ever ever ever again

Worst place to get nails done literally walked out with crooked nails and when you tell the lady that it’s bad they get aggressive!

Had an appointment with Katie at 7. Waited 40 minutes and then got up and left. They really do not honor appointments. Such a shame because the nail techs are really good. Service is just terrible. You can tell they prefer certain clients over others.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t you hate working hard for your money then throwing it away. They only care about the money here and have no sense of hospitality... lesson learned.

I am not sure if the guy is the owner or. what first of all he is super rude. They messed up the time of my appointment and I graciously waited half an hour. Only to find out the nail tech wasnt even there and she showed up half an hour late and then didnt even have time to do my nails. So many other nail salons dont waste your time

The service at this place is terrible and the owner is very rude. Even if you’ve booked an appointment, you have to wait over 45 mins and they still take their time after you’ve told them how long the wait has been. They’ve never apologized for the delay and tend to ignore customers a lot unless the owner personally knows you. Not professional at all and have zero hospitality. I’ve seen many people wait here and get up and leave, including myself. Do not waste your time and money here.

The worst the worst the worst, bad service.. only care about they people they know and their money. They make you sit there and wait for hours, no good communication at all. My nails are so bad idk if it’s bc they’re in a hurry idk. It’s been over a month and a half with these nails on and I can’t even take them off. Every time I try to, it hurts me so bad. Do not go there!

Called and set up a lash appointment yesterday, owner told me to come in at 7. Got there waited over 50 minutes and still wasn’t seen. When asked how long was told 15 more minutes, so I left . It was my birthday and I just wanted to treat myself to some nice lashes . Poor communication skill and owner was rude.

Overall good experience! I would say that if you don’t want to be there all day to definitely make an appointment, the staff was nice and the space was clean, this will now be my go to spot when I’m in the area.

I was refered to by a customer from my job. She didnt make them as wow as I wanted them she makes my customers nails so much better. I got my nails done 2 days ago on Saturday. They started chipping off yesterday and I paid $60 and tiped her $25 $85 in total. Tonya has a stedy hand but when I asked her If she could add something else to my middle finger because it was bland and she said something in her language and walked away after she was done which came off as rude still tipped her because I always do but never again I now remembered why I stopped going here.

Beautiful nails but I made an appointment a week earlier and when I got there they said I didn’t make any appointment and they took someone else so I left never again.

Do not come here they use mma monomer for acrylic nails! it’s a horrible cheap alternative for ema monomer and this monomer will ruin your nails overtime!!!

Very unprofessional. I gave this place 3 tries. Came on time for an appointment and there must have been a miscommunication. I understand because things happen. But the nail tech was huffing and puffing talking in there language about the situation ( I guess she wanted to go home). Her co workers looked at her as well because of her behavior. I mentioned it’s okay I can leave but insisted I stayed.Came about two months later and the girl sat down and started my nails ( no hello, how are you) the only thing she said to me was when she was done taking the gel off stating “ go wash your hands”. And I did and walked right out.

Went there for a mani pedi and it looks like an 8 year old did it. I numerous times pointed out all the issues they insisted it was fine. $50 down the drain, yes $50 for a mani pedi. Extremely overpriced. I will be finishing the job at home.

The most unprofessional nail salon I’ve been to! Every SINGLE time I’ve gone the nail techs are too busy with their phones and texting and FaceTiming while doing my nails resulting in poor results. I had bubbles in my nails and spots that weren’t painted & immediately after I got to the check out desk I noticed and let the nail tech know and he asked me what I did when I went outside for that to happen. TERRIBLE SERVICE! And if you have an appointment it doesn’t mean anything because you still have to wait.

It was terrible!!! Dont go to this place!! I made an appointment to still have to wait to be taken and once I was done it was terrible!!! The paint was all over the cuticles and they make my nail super thick, once I went to the owner to complain for her to fix it, she said “it was fine and it’ll be better next time.” What kind of service is that? I left but once I got in my car seeing how my nails didn’t even have a consistent shape I was furious that they had taken my money and sent away like that. Finally I came back and told her I was very unhappy and wanted them fixed she had me sit down and wait “for the next available person” to fix them but as soon as 2 more clients came in, she had them taken and had me waiting for more than an hour until I gave up and decided to just leave. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT GO TO H NAILS!!!

They used to be good. But now the owner only cares to give good service to certain people. Wonderful Nails on Route 59 is a better place to go.

They do great nails but there is no point in making appointments with them because you will wait for HOURS. I schedule my appointments just for the waitTime to be 2 hours and when you complain they do as well. Very unprofessional, lots of bad attitudes and pedicurists do a lazy job. DONT COME HERE

I payed 25.99 for a gel mani and it didn’t even last for a week. Same day my thumbs was peeling off so I went the next day to get it fixed (free of charge) and still I wake up the next day for work and the gel on the thumb is coming off agin.. I’m just disappointed. Side note: I honestly feel like my nails were rushed.

Had a a great feeling about trying a new nail salon around the area. When I walked in everything looked beautiful until the service began, I got the eldest lady there, she was rushing through everything to take other clients she ruined my nails shape and hurt my ring finger really bad I screamed of pain and pulled my hand away.Never going back to this place again !!!!

When I did my nails I did it with an older lady, I did black gel nail polish and it came out horrible, to thick, glumpy a very horrible job so when I brought it to the manager she didn’t say anything and just said put more top coat! Wow what a service 😬

Cindy is the best at what she does there. Her designs are beautiful and shes a bubbly person. I love going to her and I only trust her to do my nails.

H Nails & Beauty Spa (Nanuet)I. I suggest you take a page out of PINKYS (Nanuet) customer service etiquette. Its not just about the services you provide, its about your attitude towards your customers. A customer comes in on their off day /downtime to relax.The place was not busy. A particular nail tech did not have the proper greeting, its more respectful to have your earphones off when attending to a customer. I was trying to select mani and pedi at this location but due to her attitude I left the location since it seemed I was inconveniencing her downtime at 11am-12pm. A customer has the right to take time in choosing nail selection not the servicer.I decided to go to PINKYS in Nanuet. The nail technician was on the phone outside as soon as she saw she hung up the phone and greeted me. Front manager greeted and helped me select on whats best for me.

This place has great customer service and great nail artists. Ive been going here for months now and I will continue.

I am a long time costumer at H nails but yesterday was the last strike they overcharged me instead of me paying $35 they made me pay $50 and i called them the next day acting as if i were a new costumer to see the price and the price was indeed $35 and i spoke to the manager and she was suttering and telling me this whole bs how came to $50 which made no sense. They’ve been upsetting me from last two visits and the overcharge was the last straw i had to call my bank myself to report and they refunded me. I loved H nails due to the large amount of nail colors they have but i won’t be going there anymore plus when i called the manager to complain she wasn’t helping whatsoever.
