This place really needs a thorough cleaning. They reuse their disposable files and do not open a new pack for each pedicure. The technician that did my gel nails pulled off my old gel rather than taking the time to file off. When he did file, he filed to far down. He applied the gel very thick and each finger was burned when it went under the lamp.

I understand they were very busy when I went in. However they do advertise they take walk ins. I told the girl at the front desk the services I wanted to get done. She rolled her eyes at me!! I couldn’t believe the rudeness of the receptionist at all. I honestly was in shock. Why advertise you take walk ins if you’re going to be so nasty about it? I took my money somewhere else.

I’ve been with the nail tech Mike for over 10 years. He’s the most sweetest, professional, and very qualified person. I’m a super simple nail person but I’d never go anywhere else (unless mike leaves of course).

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would ! I only went there regularly to get my eyebrows done by Flower because I liked how she did my eyebrows at first two weeks ago I decided to just let my eyebrows grow back because she messed them up But today the ultimate happened to me after multiple mistakes with my nails and toes, I finally decided to say something and ask for a different tech. Lee tried to fix my nails and when I was complaining about the situation she basically told me that I shouldn’t be complaining “ she continued stating “ maybe you shouldn’t come back because we don’t satisfy you” “we only get some difficult customers like you that complain” moral of the story is I paid for my messed up toes and nails 3 hours later my GEL POLISH is coming off. Great place to get your Nails done fast. I never have to wait when I come. I guess I choose the Right Day. I suggest a Wednesday right after Work;)

My fist experience going there was uug, however since its close to home and Im always on a time crunch I went there again today. Hanna who did my gel fill in was awesome. Turns out she is a mother of twins just like me. We chatted the whole while, we even exchanged numbers. Most definitely will be going back! Ask for Hanna

My Nails last me 3 months sometimes they are the best in all of NY at least the person who does mine anyway..

All my girls and I get all our nail and spa services here, we love it! Mike is great and so is Kim.

I like coming here because the people are friendly and Hannah who does my nails always does an excellent job.

Traditional salon, they do a nice job. Can be busy, but they have a lot of staff. Cheryl was very friendly. Happy with the results. Will be back.

Unfortunately, after a few years of going, today will be my last visit. My last few visits have been super sloppy. I’m extremely disappointed with the cuticle trims (hurt like hell today), filing and the paint job.I moved to Queens and still would come back to nanuet to get my nails done. I’m a high spender and generous tipper...So heartbroken and disappointed today.

(0 stars for nails) I got my nails done here 3 times. I dont like how they do nails here. Nail shape is inconsistent and the surface is not smooth, they acted like they did not want to do my nails. I will never get my nails done here ever again.I will get my eye brows done here. They do eyebrows very nice! I would tell you who but nah, figure it out on your own 😌

Love the whole staff Michael is the best and my feet never felt as good since Flower has done them ... I give them five stars

Just got my nails done barley a week ago and all corners are chipping. I needed them short and natural looking for work... the shape was awe full everything was just a waste of money.

They SUCK!! Went in to have them shape my nails (Ive been growing them painstakingly for months). Guy sitting next to register ALMOST CUT MY NAIL OFF WITH THE FILE while filing and the nails are crooked and misshapen and all angled!! He used a flipping acrylic file on natural nails!! When I said something thats when he cut me!! Now the whole side of my finger is red, swollen and bloody!! I had to spend an hour fixing them and now will take months to grow back, not to mention the injury!! I would AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!
