Nice place, clean. Sadly the hot stones were not even applied for thirty seconds. Been to other salons in other states that had a longer time with their ad-ons. Sorry I paid extra. Ill know better next time.

Saturday morning I went in for a full set, by Saturday night 4 of my nails were already lifting! I went back in Saturday night to have them fixed. Then on Monday I noticed the other 6 were lifting aswell. I went in on Wednesday to have them fixed yet again and was told I had to wait an hour until the woman that originally did my nails arrived. I was treated like it was my fault! She fixed the other lifted nails. Tonight I realize 1 of the nails she just fixed is lifting again! DO NOT!! go here!!

Best pedicure I have ever had in my entire life.

I paid 115$ Today for a pedi/mani, gel nails and shellac toes. Nothing was enjoyable about my pedicure or manicure. You could tell he just wanted to get it done. And my shellac toes look good but my gel nails looks like they are already 2/3 weeks old. I will not be back

They practice social distancing with sanitizing stations. The nail techs use shields and gloves. I had a great experience and there prices were great also.

If I didn’t live 45 minutes away, I would be going back to get my money back honestly. I would have liked to have been informed that I was getting gel instead of acrylic as I had asked for. The man that serviced me was very rude and unprofessional, when he would ask me a question and I didn’t hear him the first time, he would yell at me and roll his eyes. He told me after he had already started on my nails that they would be $55.00 after they told me that they would be less. I just wouldn’t recommend getting a full set done here at all. My Mom and Grandma got pedicures and they did so pretty good on those, but as far as getting a full set I will not be back.

Horrible! My daughter and I made appointments for mani and pedi... they sat us down and brought others in who didnt have appointment took them first even though they walked in after us and were are still waiting an hour later.

We went there for dessert only and the red velvet bread pudding was outstanding!! The bread pudding came out warm with ice cream on top! So yummy!!

While getting her pedicure she attempted to use the massage chair and was instructed she could not by Hong kim.. later she asked for coffin shaped nails with a French tip and was quoted $80.. trying to stay on a budget she settled for all white instead. Her toes looked a mess.. uneven French tip lines.. and then her nails were ill shaped and uneven.. not coffin at all. She ended up having to soak the nails off so they could start over. I called the place to confirm the prices they gave her and was told something completely different.. we are traveling for the holidays and it’s important that this was done correctly. Would not recommend. Horrible horrible experience. I’d give 0 stars if I could

I normally do not write reviews but my nails were done so poorly that I almost cried. I was told that my finger was crooked and that was The reason for the crooked nail. I explained to him that I have never had my nails done so poorly before and that the polish was put on way to thick and messy. It was all over my fingers and under neath my nails. He was a nice guy just did a poor job. Only reason they received a star is because the lady in the shop redid my nails for me

Made an appointment and it’s been 45 minutes since then and no one has touched my feet, they are prunes. They make appointments and have walk in but don’t go in any order. They sat me down at a chair that hadn’t been cleaned before hand, even if COVID wasn’t a thing I’d be suspicious of how clean their tools are. I regret wasting time here.

I think they were irritated that I refused shellac polish. My toes were Very poorly done. I got home from getting my toes polished and my boyfriend asked if they were training kids to polish today. 🤦🏽‍♀️

They’re Very rude and staff is so unprofessional. The staff treated an A-A couple like their money wasn’t as equal as another Non colored group. The owner said it was miscommunication but when dealing with racial profiling that’s no miscommunication at all it’s a taught and learned behavior which should never be in the work place. I’d never recommend anyone to get their nails done here.

After having an appointment at another salon for eleven o’clock and getting there only to have them take three people in front of myself and a friend and being told sorry we would have to wait we called Pearl and told we could get right in. They were very friendly and Did a great job. I was pleased with the girl that did my pedi but failed to get her name. I had Joe do my nails (he did the dip which I had been looking for somewhere that did them)and I was very pleased. He is quite the comic and was fun to interact with. I will be going back.

I paid 45 for a gell fill which typically cost 35... I had to wait for the employee to go eatafter I already had been startedThen my nail broke less than a day later and they charged me to fix it and to top it all off my nailing bigger and longer and its not straight at all so now I have one nail that longer 6than the rest and thay wanna charge me again to fix

After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant to come here but they were the only place open that had any appointments open. I went there with 5 friends and they got to us immediately. We were really pleased with how all of our nails turned out. The guy doing my nails was very friendly and engaged in conversation almost the entire time. I felt welcomed and comfortable. Cant wait to come here again!

Came here for the first time about 3 weeks ago and my gel manicure still look good. The girls gave me a good service and the place seem clean. I recommend to make an appointment because they can get busy.

I just moved to this area and just happened to pick this place, and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised. My technician did a fabulous job and she even fixed a rip in one of my nails. The prices are very reasonable and they have a great selection of colors. Thanks for the great experience :)

It was my first time going here. What a lovely gem to come across! The staff are very kind. They gave me the exact look I wanted. Pricing wise, theyre very reasonable, so thats another plus. Super worth it. Glad to be a regular!

Never had my nails done before. The guy that did them was not very careful. He cut my fingers with the electric file and missed the sides of my nails on multiple fingers. The girls I went with didnt have any issues with theirs so maybe it was just the guy. He got the shape wrong too but I just fixed them with a file when I got home

Was honestly a very lackluster experience for my girlfriend. We expected a professional nail technician to be doing her nails but ended up with a sloppy do, kind of like your daughter is practicing on you. For the price we paid it could have been better. I dont think well be going here anymore please somebody let me know if anything changes or that they might have better management or skills.

For the (almost) two hours that I was their with my mom most of the employees were sitting on their phones painting their own nails while people were sitting and waiting to be helped. They were very rude to us and ruff on our nails, cutting both of us several times and only cleaning their tools with alcohol instead of their sanitizing machine. Though my nails turned out fine (not good or great, but fine) my moms looked as if my 2-year-old niece painted them and had to be removed right after leaving.

I want to give no stars but not allowed. Highly upset! My recommendation is to never go. Lesson learned very unprofessional. Paid 50 dollars only to have all nails break the same into the following day. I was burned, rushed, and annoyed!

So this was my first time getting Dip on my nails and apparently I was cheated because Mary (who did my nails) used acrylic for the first three layers and added dip to the last two lay. I made it very clear to her that I was allergic to acrylic and gel which is why I stopped getting my nails done 7 years ago. I came in a week prior to this To get dip on my thumb nails only to see if I would have an allergic reaction and I did not which it why I returned to have all of my nails done with dip. Mary was rude to me from the start, exhibiting poor customer service and texting on her phone in the middle of doing my nails. She made a few rude comments in between as well. When my nails were done, they looked so good, I dismissed all of her rudeness and decided to tip her. My nails were very sensitive and sort of itchy for the first 5 days (the same allergic reaction I use to get from acrylic and gel but not “as” bad). However, three weeks later when I went to a different nail shop to have them removed, they found it very difficult to remove them and they had damaged my nails a lot. The nail tech assured me it was not dip on the base of my nails. So I gave a two star rating because although they were really cute after they were done, Mary exhibited poor customer service and my nails are very damaged now.

I went here for shellac with a manicure and in search of a local nail salon for regular nail service. Initially, things seemed to be going fine. The things that I was not pleased with was the tips of my nails looked thicker, I paid for a manicure & didnt receive a hand massage, lotion or cuticle oil. After my nails were dry, I still had residue on my hands from filing. He told me the price. I showed him my hands & had to ask for lotion.....

Dropped my 75 year old mother off for a manicure. She told them she wanted regular paint .. the same as she had on with a little sparkle. They showed her a color that she okd but after one nail she told them she didnt like it. The girl just said.. Its so pretty and kept going. She was rude, and filed her own nails while my mother was drying. They charged her 23.00 for a service she normally pays a lot less for. When I asked them they said it was because they used gel polish (which she did NOT ask for. ) I told them she had said she did not like the polish after a single nail was painted and they did it anyway. She said she would re-do her nails for a price of 10.00. (Gee thanks.. now it would cost 33.00 for PAINT) As I was going out to the car to tell my mom they all started speaking and yelling in their own language. She was also jabbed 3 times and she was bleeding when I got her home. (See photo under Posts to page) Now shell have to go somewhere and pay to remove the gel! I will never take her there again, nor will any of my family members go there. Ever.

I paid $40 for the worst set I’ve ever got! Every other nail is messed up! Nail polish underneath the nails the nail keeps catching my hair! And my design is all messed up! Never will I give my money to them again

Took my daughter in here for a full set acrylic - and they said she told them gel. My daughter does not like gel & when I told them the young lady that was called to the front to explain why it was so much said the guy asked her & thats what she said. My daughter told me afterwards that the guy didnt understand her response...I would not suggest this place to anyone. If I had the option of a 0 star rating thats what I would choose.

I came in for a shellac manicure, and was very disgusted with the fact that they do not sanitize their manicure equipment between each customer. Unfortunately, Ive noticed that a lot of places in town dont sanitize their equipment after every use. I dont really understand how they can get away with this because its a clearly stated requirement on LARAs website. Im done wasting my money at cheap nail salons who cant provide sanitary services. For me its worth the extra money to go to a salon where I know theyve properly their equipment, especially when that equipment is being used to remove dead skin off someones nails.

I’ve been going to this place since last year and let’s just say today was the first time I’ve ever had my bad experience. When I got sat down I was asked numerous times if I wanted to get shellac which I’ve obviously said no numerous times and after that he started getting the nails and finding the nail that fits my nail and he laughed at my nails bc they weren’t in good condition. That is something a worker should not do while doing a customer is getting their nails done. When he was done they looked like my little brother did them which is bad because seriously a guy that has been doing nails for probably 3-4 years should know how to do them properly and learn how to file. This will be the last time I would come here. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Wish I would give this place a 0 star.

Worst nail shop I have ever been too in my life! They all are very rude, changes prices in mid service and didn’t finish my services because they said they were ready to go home. I got there at 6 and they close at 7:30 they also give a sign in sheet that says the time and what services you need. Which I did fill out they then say I cannot get my fill in because they are ready to go home. Disrespectful and very aggressive towards about 5 other customers as well. This place should be shut down immediately.

Horrible there. I brought a friend there to have her mani pedi. They did use plastic to line the foot bath and that was where my thrill ended. The woman who worked there told her what polish she would use! She hardly spoke to my friend. After her feet she told her to walk over to the chair by her walker. He finger nails looked horrible, bumps and one coat of polish. She didnt put a top coat on. When all was said and done she asked her to put her shoes back on. The worker looked at me and said She can do it!Not really the service I would expect.

Have been going here for awhile and usually have a good experience but this last time has made it clear I need to take my business elsewhere. My nails were very uneven and the polish was only on the tops of my nails, he totally missed the side nails on each finger. When I pointed it out, he said my fingers rolled and they would not fix it! And my nails hurt for a week after. Going somewhere else from now on

Wont go back. Didnt explain anything to me about what they were doing. The tips are uneven and some of the corners are sharp squared and the other side of the same nail is rounded. Makes me never want to get my nails done again.

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD, The man that did my nails kept taking my polish off and re-doing it while I was getting a shellac manicure, it chipped within 2 hours of me leaving. He offered to do it again later in the day but it was the worst experience Ive ever had getting my nails done. I didnt want to waste my time sitting through that again. Very disappointed I told him I was getting my nails done for my bridal shower and I was just very disappointed with this experience.

I went in to Pearl Nails yesterday and overall it was the worst experience Ive ever had in a nail salon. I went in to get a pedi and a fill for my acrylic nails. So the pedi went really quick and I originally wanted shellac on my toes so they could stay on longer but when I asked he said it would be an EXTRA $20 added onto the $25 I was already paying just for my toes. I understand the charge for shellac because it takes more time and what not but Ive been to other places and usually they charge anywhere like $3-5 so $20 threw me way off. Then for the fill nearly everything is wrong. The guy who did my nails painted white underneath and then my color overtop which Ive never seen done and then he did a terrible job covering up the sides so now on the sides of my nails you can see the white. Theres also some spots he completely missed with the paint. Along with that he didnt file them down properly so they are rough and sharp. As for the service it was decent. My cousins nail lady seemed angry like she hated her job and didnt talk and my guy was in the middle of getting my polish and screamed at another employee in their language and it made everyone in the salon feel uncomfortable. This was a giant waste of my money. If youre wondering if you should come here the answer is no. Youre safer staying at home and having your dog paint your nails

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have given this place chance after chance. Ive gone on and off for pedicures and acrylic full sets/fills for at least 4 years. I stopped going because honestly, theres always imperfections, residue and misshapen nails. When I decide to go back, its usually because I need a quick fix. Im better off attempting a full set of nails at home. The last time I mentioned completely visible spaces that were not covered with acrylic but polished over to disguise it, the nail tech said I was being difficult. Smh. I responded (in reference to the job he had done on my nails) this isnt a professional job. I WILL NOT GO BACK. I was as respectful and polite even when the guy messed my nails up and called me difficult. He then proceeded to curse me out in his language. The only word I remember is MOOK-IOW he kept repeating it. Im still trying to figure out what it means. That was my last and final visit

Honestly wish there was a no star option, took my girlfriend there and they didnt do anything she asked. The guy barely spoke English. She wanted gell nails, and instead he just painted them and did a horrible job of that. I wouldnt recommend to my dog. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere or stay home.

My nails look awful and they refuse to fix anything. What a waste of money. Not to mention all of the sanitation violations. And one of the nail techs was talking bad about the one of the girls that had just left the salon. So unprofessional I wish there was a no star review.

I wouldnt recommend the young man with the light brown dyed hair with a bang asa nail tech .Unsatisfied with the customer service today at Pearl Nails. Unprofessional and rude. He talked about my feet he said my feet were real bad and he was disrespecting me in front of other customers.

Nail polish didnt last long

At first I really enjoyed the place and thought they did a good job. After continuing to go for fills the quality continued to get worse. My friend and I were told they wouldnt do the designs we wanted even though they said they knew how to do them and their nail polish is old and disgusting! It goes on uneven making my nail look massive and takes a half hour just to dry!! Thats where they try to upsell you into purchasing shellac nail polish. On top of this they tried to overcharge me for a fill and charge me for a whole new set. My friend and I havent been back since.

Worst nail salon I’ve ever encountered! The guy removed my nails and dig into my real nail and kept digging...smh I really cried while sitting in the chair and got up and had a lady try to fix his mess and she didn’t do any better! I will never go here again!

If i could give them a zero i would my advice is not to got here they are unsanitary they are going to have ppl with a foot fungus and gangrene they clean there tools in your dirty foot water then use on the next person im calling the health department

Disappointed with their service. Did shellac but job done was shabbily as they are busy.... no time to waste in drying. Manicurist didnt wait for coat to dry in UV machine before he did another coat. Polish came off barely 2 hours & I have yet to do anything other than watching a movie...
