The wait time kinda sucked, I did call to make an appointment for 3 full sets and we did wait 45 minutes before we were seen. That really sucked, but like when they finally started on my nails, I really felt like it was worth it. Wendy slayed my nails today, and just seen what I wanted. She really got the picture. I love her, and I will definitely be coming back for more time with Wendy!

I absolutely love this place! Helen does an amazing job on my nails. I work in healthcare and I have to have them a certain way and she does them perfect! I get my eyebrows waxed here too and they are very attentive to my desires and have me looking and feeling good but he time I leave. I highly recommend this place. Forgot to say how kind and respectful they always are towards me ☺️

I can say I should have stuck with my normal place. The acetone was left on so long my fingers were getting warm and burning. I have sensitive nails and kept saying to be careful but didnt matter. I have old polish still showing really messy looking, new polish on my hands and bubbles on the new color.

No complaints at all. I was always going out of town to get my nails done but I finally found this place & theyre only 8 mins away from my house & they do an amazing job every time I go.

If you have never been here before, please do not waste your money. First, the place is nasty. The floor is gross! And there is a reason if you call you can get a same day appointment, because they over book themselves so much. I called, got a 7 pm appointment, which I figured they must have changed their hours because I thought they closed at 7. Well, they do close at 7. I sat their until 755 when the girl who was supposed to do my nails approached me. And let me tell you, she clearly wanted to go home. I showed her the picture of what I wanted and asked for her assistance in finding the closest color to match since their samples are in such poor condition. She refused to help me and made no attempt to hide that she was annoyed that I did not have a color already picked. So I grabbed a color, told her I needed my nails shorter and shaped round. This was the worst nail job I ever had. The color, with a matte top coat was atrocious and not anything close to what I wanted, and when I pointed that out she said I knew it was going to be too dark. The nail was lumpy, the lengths were all different and the shapes did not match either. Some were round, some were almond, some were half round half almond. And never mind that she burned the tip of my finger by trimming the nails short and nicked the top of my finger too, with no apology, she was so rude to me the entire time I sat in that chair. I was so unhappy with the job she did and how I was treated, I decided to pay money and go to Twin Nails to have their super helpful and friendly staff fix my nails, even helped me to pick the right color with no complaints or attitude.

I have been going to queen nails since I was 12 now 20. I have been going every month since july, and this past time it was the older couple working who I have never seen before. I asked for just shellac nail polish like normal, but 4 colors this time. The older man told me I could only do 1 color, but I told him that not what I wanted so I got the 4 colors. Nothing like what I wanted either. I got a matte coat and because he did not cover the whole nail some of it was shiny, when he files my nails at the end he took chunks of polish with it. I normally love queen nails, but with those two older people working I will not visit. Had to go to another salon to have them redo my nails. Not to mention the older man that did my nails just pulled out the cuticle tool from his desk wiped it with a cotton pad and used it on my hands. Second picture is what I asked for minus the glitter.

I had gotten my nails done at another salon and did not like them one bit. Hellena took off my old nails and gave me gorgeous new ones !! The price was great and were done in a timely manner. Everyone was so nice and I am in love with my new nails ! Thank you Queen Nails !

The people are amazing and funny! I love this place! Highly recommend! They did such a great job on my nails and are willing to look at a picture of nails you like and create them for you!!!

(I HAVE NOT HAD SERVICES DONE HERE YET)Today I called at 1130 and asked for a same day appointment and the gentlemen said he could schedule me for 5 PM. I showed up at 445pm and the entire store was locked, no lights on and no note on their door. Their hours are posted for Sunday11 - 6 so I was very very confused why someone allowed me to make an appointment. 🤣 not a negative review .. I just wanted to know if this is normal for nail salons to close early on Sundays. I just moved out of the area.

I walked in and asked if they had time for 2 Mani / Pedis, he said, sure. I said, right now, he said, yes. My boyfriend and I go in, they start the pedicure water and start on his pedicure. I just sit there for 30 minutes until my water is cold. They take him over to do his nails and just leave me there. Im over it at this point. 30 minutes in and havent started anything on me. Then they charge hi $50 for a Mani and Pedi without polish. Seriously ridiculous. Mind blown.

Poorly ran, wont answer the phone. Set up an appointment that wasn’t even on their opening times. Set for 10:30 when they dont open till 11 showed up just to be told to leave after already choosing nails, and color. Why set a time that isnt even in your schedule? Poor decision making by whoever sets your appointments.

First of all I dont know why they even make appointments. My appointment was at 6:30 and I didnt get in the pedicure chai until 7:00pm...2nd of all Kevin charged me the price of a deluxe manicure when he only shaped my nails and did gel polish. I no longer wanted a manicure because I had been there 2 hrs and that was to long. Queen Nails will never get my business again and I will not recommend anyone to go there either.....Now I know why my mom and cousin went to Twin Nails.

THIS SHOULD BE A 0 STAR! Went here as a last resort before spring break but made a terrible mistake. Made and appointment ahead of time but if you think that that will get you in sooner... think again! I sat there for an hour and a half past my appointment time THEN was helped. I then received the fastest and sloppiest manicure of my life and the quality clearly shows! This so called “establishment” was very unorganized and was filthy! There were times where people in the building were not wearing masks appropriately, including the nail technicians, and the place was overcrowded with customers. I was immediately attacked with a toxic smelling odor as I walked in the salon. I will never be paying $45 dollars for my nails here again. Side note, the music was very unsettling.

Had an appointment for 2pm on a Sunday, still had to wait 30 minutes. Business was very crowded with a substantial line waiting inside. Had a full set of gel nails done and they look terrible, they were poorly shaped and crooked. I wish I had taken a picture, but I came home and filed them as best i could into a semi descent shape. The service was very rushed, with no hand washing and no buffing of the nails. It took less than 20 minutes for her to do a very sloppy full set of gel nails. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.

They always do such a good and clean job. I can’t trust any other nail salon. I can bring in complicated pictures I found online and they recreate them perfectly. They ALL are so sweet and take their job seriously.

My nails were not shaped right they were all different I didnt get the style I showed them and then my fingers were bruised and cut up. They then charge me $60 and my nails were also short. $60 but the shape was the worst they left cuts on my fingers,the style wasnt right. just dont go.

Very disappointing experience. They went to take off my old acrylics and about tore half of one of my nails off to where it almost started bleeding 😠 the same nail tech got mad later on when I asked to change my color because I was unhappy with it. DONT be bullied into thinking that you cant ask for what you want, you are paying your hard earned money to get your nails done and they should be done with care and quality!!! I will not be coming back to this place 😠😠😠

I was extremely disappointed!!!!!! I had a manicure done and my nails are uneven, rigid, nail polish all over my skin, not the colors I chose, paid full price for a terrible job. I honestly felt dirty when I left there. My bowl of water was given to another tech after I used it and they used it on their client. Dirty, unsanitary, tools in altoid tins, WTH???!!!! The tools were put back in the packaging and reused🤮🤮 Im sorry but I would not recommend to ANYONE!!!!!

I started going to this place 3 years ago and absolutely loved it but as I’ve seen the workers change, the customer service has changed as well. I’m disappointed because before I would have easily given a 5 stars. They’re unprofessional with how they do appointments, sometimes they’ll tell you to come in and then you’re waiting for an hour. There is a girl worker there that was very rude the last couple of times I went so I will no longer be getting my nails done here.

Everything was terrible I will never go back!I only went to get a pedicure. Did not use scrub, did not use a toe nail clipper. Not even worth the 30$.

Staff was very friendly, starting at the time I made our appointment. They made our appointment very personal. We were warmly greeted upon entering the salon.
