Ive been a client of Tina since 2007. Today Im officially done. She does not value your time. Making appointments sometimes is pointless when you still have a long wait. Never apologizes for your inconvenience at all.If you are unhappy with the service somehow its your fault. Tina has a very smart mouth. And they never open on time which puts them behind with appointments. Ive spent entirely too much money in their business to not feel valued or appreciated.

Service was fast, employees were friendly. Prices high which is why I dont do nails often.

Had big toe horseshoe nails and had edges cut out on both sides of toenails about 9 months ago. Not supposed to grow back but they are but not as bad. .growth on sides is only half way and looks bad..tips are squished together. She did french tips with shellac.. Her name is Mis..so understanding and sweet. Such a nice job and i had her do my fingernails too (4 yrs ago was last time) i knit sew and quilt-my nails are always a mess..absolutely luv the results. 3 nails are hot pink..1 is silver glitter and the last is angled half pink and clear and absolutely beautiful artwork.. Told her to do her magic...never really cared for pink...but i am sure rocking my nail dos...Ask for Mia ❤

My daughter went in to have an acrylic set with regular tips done that costs $30 I ended up paying $72 after adding nail polish, top coat and 2 nail designs. There was no sign posted for a $10 top coat or anything for that matter. The tech tried using a unsanitized nail file on my daughter until I stopped her and asked her to please get a new one. I was really disappointed with the whole experience here.

I’m VERY disappointed w the way I was treated by someone I allow to service me whenever I decide to visit home. I came in today for a face waxing and was told no initially as if face waxing isn’t listed as a service then once in the service chair told the hairs are “too thick”. She proceeded to do it anyway whilst complaining the entire time smh. Once it was time to pay I decide to use my card because I intended to tip MY servicer and didn’t have enough cash for the service and her deed since she obviously didn’t want to do the waxing in the first place but she ruined that when she asked “why you not have any cash? You need credit?” Like my entire experience today was rushed and rude af. I’m literally sitting in the parking lot writing this review because I am BEYOND disappointed smh

I’ve been to different nail shops around Muskegon and this is by far the best! Tina did a great job and was very sweet. She took her time and listened to what I wanted. I’m so happy with the outcome. I found my new nail shop ❤️

I literally was a walk in in they put everybody before me and a family member we sat there til closing time in they was rude in kept making us wait worst experience I ever had

The pedicure was okay, but my gel set looks absolutely horrible! They are way too long, despite my asking for them to be short several times. They are not smooth; you can feel bumps all over my nails. I can see little pieces of fuzz in the polish. The polish job is terrible, and the shape is not what I wanted. Some of my tips are even crooked. I will NEVER go back. This is the first time in my life that I did not tip for a service. My manicure looks cheap. The style is dated. The place is dirty. Absolute waste $83.00!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible-very slow and they lifted after a couple days

This was not my first time here, but definitely my last. One daughter got a full set of gel nails and they look great! Hence the 1 star rating. My other daughter got her nails painted and wanted a palm tree design. Lol I cant even begin to explain what it looks like because I have nothing to reference it to. I got a pedicure and my feet are still kind of rough and she got paint all over my toes and didnt even bother to try and clean it off. The store is filthy, dust everywhere, dirty cracked furniture. They dont even try and hide the fact they dont clean the place. However the staff were very friendly.

Gave it a few tries before deciding theyre all around awful, dont waste your time or money. Made my nails/cuticles bleed everytime, uneven/sloppy I could do a better job myself. I asked for gel, she told me she was using gel, charged me for gel.. she clearly used acrylic. Nails dont last more than a couple days. Theyre sneaky, unsanitary, and shouldnt be doing nails. Dont even deserve one star.

Sloppy work. I gave up asking for corrections. I couldnt leave fast enough!And a dirty shop. I will never go there again!

This place is horrible! The facility is extremely dirty and seemingly unsanitary. Not to mention the customer service, I sat for 10 min before they even acknowledged me. And yes, they did see me. I will not be back!

This place should be shut down, this place could make the health department cringe...toe nails lying on the stand next to the pedi chair where you are supposed to set your things. I honestly wish I wouldve just left. I paid $38 for a French tip pedicure, which I couldve done better myself at home. Save yourself the time and money, go somewhere else. Terrible experience.
