The dude was filing my skin, and almost made my thumb bleed. He told me he couldn’t do the palm tree but luckily one of the girls in there were nice enough to do it for me. They aren’t bad but I hate the shape and now my thumb hurts.

They did a beautiful pedicure. Had a very hard time understanding their broken English.

I asked the man could he do this he said yes and then switch with his wife to finish but couldn’t finish cause he use the wrong Acrylic because I wanted ombré. Then charge me an arm for nails I didn’t even leave with what I asked for.

Im not sure how many people pay attention to the bed when getting their eyebrows done. But the sheet is Nasty!! The lady got mad and refused to do my eyebrows...because I asked for a towel to lay my head on.. No more from me...

Nails are uneven & shaped poorly, they are way too wide and didn’t paint them in certain spots. Employee acted as if she had an attitude while doing my nails.

Hann the owner was very rude and after booking an appointment I had to wait 45 mins. The second time I scheduled an appointment and hann told me I didnt when he was the one who told me the time and day. Very unprofessional and he gets upset if you dont want him doing your nails ! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

They were quick to get me taken care of however when I told the guy what I wanted he gave me a disgusted look but did as I asked. They looked good as soon as he was done however by the end of the night the tips had turned a yellow orange color. I asked for just the plain white tip so obviously I want them white!! I now know not to go there again!!

My daughter & I had pedicures at Kim’s nail salon & spa. We had friendly service & are pleased with the results. The two small children who were there were charming, happy girls. My only “gripe” is that I didn’t feel there were enough polish selections.

Finally found the absolute most perfect place to get my nails done. Great attention to detail and they truly want to meet your needs. Attentive and caring. Sandy is a dream! I had a really good experience. I had been going someplace else and getting the powder dip for the last 3 months and they kept cracking and breaking after a week and came here and at 2 1/2 weeks they still look perfect.

They overcharge you for mediocre work. They DO NOT know how to shape nails. I asked for a rounded shape and instead I received a bulky, square nail. The polish job that was done was terrible. The polish was not smooth, it was lumpy. They dont even know how to do designs. I have had better service and a satisfactory job done by the local cosmetology students.

I have been here twice in the past few months and I hated my experience both times for very different reasons. The first time, my mom and I got pedicures. He used some type of razor to shave dead skin, burnt my feet with the hot stones, didnt buff my nails then proceeded to give me the worst French pedicure Ive ever seen. He was rude and condescending! I was unsatisfied but paid anyways, vowing not to come back. The second time was months later. I went for fake gel nails because a friend recommended it and nail technician Vinny. I had excellent service that day, HOWEVER, I was scammed & lied to! I wanted gel nails and they gave me gel which was just acrylic powder in an unlabeled container with gel hand-written on it! They reuse old nail files and use drills without cleaning them! There is nail dust everywhere and the place is filthy. This is a sketchy nail salon!

So Rude!!Dont go to Kim Nails on Henery St St . By Walmart. If u go back in with a complaint the next Day they yell at you in front of all Customers. The tall thin woman who runs it with her kids there all the time. The man who Runs it looked at my Toes and says come back in a Hour. I did. He is gone. Then Im still waiting even after she yells at me. I said give me a refund. She said no refund here and No Manager!! What BAD Business!! The Guy came back and yelled at me all mad. Fixed there bad job and followed me out the door yelling still!!

I got a gel fill in on Thursday 12/13 with Shellac polish. 24 hours later my nail polish had chipped off but I was leaving for a flight and was unable to go back Friday. I go back into the shop today finally and was told i had to wait for the nail tech who did not do my nails correctly to redo them the following day. I asked for my nails to have the color taken off and painted clear because now i have 4 nails that have the polish chipped off. The owner told me no because it was more work for him. No customer service at all.

Only Cindy does a good job but the service overall could be a lot better

Very disappointed my daughter was getting my nails done as well as hers. One of mine is glued on crooked. And they messed my daughters nail polish up it never dried when I asked that it be fixed or tip back the Manager yelled directly at my daughter saying it is as her fault! So disrespectful and yelling at a young girl to the point she was in tears! And my daughter paid, them $60.00 total just warning you dont bother going there!

Went in to have a botched mani/shellac job fixed, she did GREAT compared to the place in the mall! Customer service is much better too! I dont get my nails done often but when I do, it should always be Kims.

The absolute WORST nail job I have ever experienced. The nail tech got a piece of his hair in the acrylic on one of my nails. When I pointed it out to him, he blamed it on me by saying I must have touched my hair or moved my hands. I got a full set of gels with designs on all 10 fingers, it literally looks like a 5 year old drew on the design.Dont waste your money or your time.

My experience was TERRIBLE! The lady drilled 3 of my fingers so far that they bled, rolled her eyes and sighed every time I had a concern. And was angered that I wanted a design and she forgot. I will never go back. The lady who did my nails is the lady with big ears and has her daughter there with her often. Do NOT get your nails done here they turn out awful!!

HORRIBLE !!! Ive given them way too many chances when it comes to my nails. Every time Ive left this shop, I leave upset because they cant properly fix a crooked nail (that they made crooked when filing) or a terrible nail paint job. On top of the low level of skill... they rush! I hate when my nails are rushed because thats how you end up leaving dissatisfied! Would not recommend this shop AT ALL.

Probably the worst acrylics ever done. I go to a cosmetology school aaonly learned it once yet I did a better job than them. They are over priced forwhat they put on mine andmy friends nails both of us were unsatisfied .They were bulky, the natural nails went past the acrylic the shilack didnt even cover all of our nails there were sides and corners completely untouched. Never going back. Very disappointed

They dont use anything that is clean. It has been used by other people before you. Very unsanitary.

First time i came here i was talked into gel nails when i always have done acrylic in the past..it was my birthday so i decided to splurge and spend extra few bucks on the gel because i was told they are much better for your nails and stronger but within a week i had a broken nail..i went back to discuss the problem and was told they would remove my few nails left for free to attempt to make it better...i was not satisfied with this solution but i decided to give it another try anyways until the lady working in me threw a bin at me and said pick ur colors when i had already told het i wanted same exact color i already...after throw ing the bun at me she went on to wait on other customers including doing an eyebrow wax while im just sitting here waiting for my nails to be done...at this point she had already removed 3 old nails i still had left from there previous mess up....i decided after waiting forever that i will never return but the worst part is when i went to leave i was charged 10 bucks for 3 nails to be removed that they had said would be free removal for there previous mess up!!!! Never again will i go to this place and i suggest u dont either!!!...originally this full set of gel for my birthday gift to myself cost me 70 bucks before i tipped the guy....just dont go there! They are horrible scamming people who dont clean there tools used on everyone!!! Hope no one gets any hepatitis since that can be spread through there unsanitary place of business...gb

Literally the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The guy left my nails sharp around the edges and got mad when I asked him to fix it. He left the tips all weird because you could see right through the polish then got mad when I told him about it. Oh and he forgot to put a clear coat over the sparkle on my nail so it was sticky when I walked out. I went back in and he told me it was from the oil. Umm, no. I had them put the top coat back on and problem solved. They treated me like I was stupid. I decided to give it another try with a different person and the owner did it this time and he left my nail (acrylic) so thick that it looked horrible. I will spend my money elsewhere.
