This nail shop is on point. My nail tech Kathy has been doing my nails for years. She knows what I want, gets me in and out, has a wonderful staff, that if she wasnt available, I would go to in a heartbeat. As long as she is in business, this is the only place I will ever go.

Very friendly staff! The products are high quality, their services quick, and I always leave happy with what theyve done. My nails withstand quite a bit and Ive only broken one in 3 years of going here. Make an appointment if you dont have time to wait long due to their growing popularity.

Started going here after being constantly disappointed at the establishment I formally went to...havent been disappointed yet. Very friendly and although there may sometimes be a bit of a wait, that is the situation everywhere, yet this is worth the wait.

I was going to beauty nail and spa for almost 5 years. I started noticing changes with service. I was told to come in at myappointment time. Sat there for an whole hour. Then was told to come back. Will not be getting my service again. Thats not how you treat your customers.

Always nice but super super busy. Like seriously go on a Monday or Tuesday that is not around the 1st of the month or a holiday. Otherwise youll be waiting a nice time. I spent 2 hours waiting on nails that took 25 minutes after that..

The man who was doing my nails was watching a show the entire time. He kept stopping painting my nails to watch his show. He also did not cover my entire nail with acrylic. He did not apply the nail polish evenly either. It looks very awkward. He got glue all over my fingers also. Their staff is very short. Only 3 people there, when they have many chairs. Their daughter was running around talking to her mother (a nail technician) and bothering her. They also all kept getting on their phones

I love my nails every time I come here! They have squeezed me in two times with same day appointments since reopening and have even stayed passed closing time to ensure I had the full experience 💕 my new nail home 🎉

I have lived this place from the first time I went there several years ago!! The staff always remembers your name and are kind and caring. My nails always look amazing and I have NEVER EVER been disappointed or dissatisfied. When I just walk in with no appointment I expect to have to wait a bit and I really don’t mind a bit. I’ve been to other salons but none of them kept me always satisfied. It’s a busy busy nail salon, not a doctors office or restaurant so it is quite clean enough for me. I am a regular customer and I wouldn’t classify myself as nasty or disgusting as a previous reviewer claimed. I have one thing to say to you who were not satisfied: Find another salon and stop taking up my space

I went yesterday for the first time with my best friend, we decided to try this place due to it now being in the middle of our houses. Unfortunately I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend to anyone! I chose to do dip on my fingers; which I have done a countless number of times. The girl trimmed my fingernails so far down on the sides, I am going to be extremely surprised if I do not end up with an ingrown on atleast one. She continued to dip each one of my fingers 5 times! And it drew attention from the owner who then preceded to take over and yell at the girl in Vietnamese. When they put the nail polish remover on to remove what had gotten on to my skin it beyond hurt because of how deep she had cut!!! Not once did I receive an apology!!! Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Very dirty, kids running around and screaming, workers walking around not doing anything while there are customers waiting. I made an appointment and I still had to wait an entire hour for them to do my nails and when the lady started me she would walk away after 5 minuets to go do something else and come back and repeat. People kept calling to make appointments while I was there and they just kept scheduling them, I don’t think they care about their customers at all obviously and just want to make as much money as possible. Go to one of the other 10-15 nail salons around Muskegon, promise you will have a much better experience then you will here. Never going back

I always had great nail service with them Kathy and Tim and Jessica are very nice people they do a good job too. You have to wait but I am sure that’s everywhere you go.

I love the place. Best place I have been to mostly the ones I have been to always hurt my fingers when they do the drill sanding my nails but this place didnt do that.

Came in at 10:00 and they said to take the 3rd chair, still sitting here after an house with two other people aside from me with a lady walking around doing absolutely nothing while 3 people sit there waiting for service. Turns around and say I don’t do nail I do pedicures only? Still sitting after 30mins waiting...... patiently waiting. I’m leaving. SMH

Although, staff has some favorite regulars, youd never have to worry about staff messing your nails up, or being sloppy, even when the shop is packed, if theres a rare occasion where something looks funny just tell them and theyll gladly fix it!

They don’t offer real gel nails, claim to but powder mix is acrylic not gel. I got them anyway because I had already waited an hour and a half for the walk in. My shellac polish is partially see through in some areas and the general shape of my nail is unflattering despite my attempt to ask the nail tech to shape them. I was charged 10 for the shellac on top of the 32 for the full gel set and 3 dollars for the almond shape. Why I was charged to shape my nail is beyond me, it’s not listed on their pricing menu. Pricing mentions changing color being 7 not 10. Overall I’m very disappointed and will not be returning.

DO NOT GO HERE VERY RUDE TO CUSTOMERS NASTY DIRTY AND DISGUSTINGBeauty Nails and Spa on 1848 E Sherman Blvd # E, Muskegon, MI 49444 a friend of mine and I went on Feb 28th 2018 I got my nails done andm y friend got eye lash extensions we asked several questions about the lash extensions before she got them because we had never gotten it done before kne of the questions was how long fo they last anf we were told at least 2 weeks so she decided to get them done well today March 1st less then 1 day later she wakes up and they have fallen off so she calls the salon to ask about a refund and they say no refund and $15 to fix so this salon is advertising lash extensions for $24.99 and saying they last for at least 2 weeks when they absolutely do not and then will not compensate the customer for the problem, this place is also very unsanitary and dirty and needs to be addressed publicly

Went for the first time about three weeks ago and the guy did an amazing job on my nails and it lasted!!!

Due to power outages at my normal nail salon, our wedding party was fit in during a busy time for the salon. When calling ahead they assured us that we could all be done at the same time, but that was not the case when we arrived. We were put at a chair for a pedi and the water was cold and my feet wrinkled by the time I was waited on for the pedi.The staff was very nice and friendly, that is a plus.. But it is dirty and unorganized. It they were too busy...to fit us in, they could have told me over the phone and we would have found somewhere else.The wedding party all did Mani/pedis with gel and by that evening several of us had chipped polish. I returned a few days later and showed them and they quickly tried to fix the nails by just adding polish onto the existing gel. Unfortunately it bubbled up and didnt look very good.I will not be returning to this salon. The cost is higher than my regular salon and they do a poor job.

This was seriously the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon!!! I called first to find out if they had time for me, Mani/pedi combo. they said yes then when I arrived they put me in a pedi chair and ran my water they then had me sit there until my water was cold! I asked for a towel to leave, they assured me I was next n they would get me taken care of. They did and they gave me the worst pedicure ever skipped alot of steps then started my nails. They put the tips on did not trim them at all then told me one sec someone would finish them. They Had me sit in the waiting area while that person started someone elses nails I sat there for 30+ minutes that way couldnt even use the bathroom then they eventually finished my nails drew a line that I wanted all messy and quick I would NEVER go back there! I AM SHOCKED THEY ARE EVEN IN BUSINESS!!

This place is dirty. I went to get a pedicure and the water was dirty and it seemed like they hadnt cleaned out the tub in a while. I didnt see anything in sterile packaging. Go somewhere else. Service is also extremely slow
