Purchased dentures there for almost $4000.....1 year later 2 teeth came unglued from the top denture....was told that shouldnt happen so I thought they would just glue them back in...when they were done I was told that it would cost $480 for repairs...when asked why (I maintain that this occurred as a result of inferior craftsmanship), I was told that it was because Id used super glue (not true at all)....either way, never picked them up, will never go there again...I have an old set that they told me could not be relined. They are 6 years old and no teeth have ever come loose. They maintain that they have no control over lab charges, which is why they cant waive the charge, yet maintain that they have in-house services....

If you are using your insurance make sure you call your insurance company and compare their prices to your insurance coverage . This dentist office inflates the prices when your dental insurance covers it the work . I requested for the adjustment and a refund and was getting the run around from front desk receptionist Laura and the office Manager Lavi. This happen in November2020 and I’m still fighting for my appeal. Proceed with caution.

I am a new customer at Murrieta family dental group, and I just have to say the service has been excellent. I am extremely impressed by the kindness and great customer service every employee I have had contact with exudes. The dentist I’ve had the pleasure of seeing is Dr. Lee. She is amazing and very careful. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and she listens. I’ve found my dentist for life!

Had a very difficult time with my previous dental office! I scheduled a appointment at Murrieta Family Dental and met with the specialist to discuss a dental implant. The dr. explained everything and took his time answering all my concerns and questions. The front staff even took the time to help with my insurance the same day. I definitely recommend!

I have been visiting Dr. Levi at this location for over ten years now. As a child and a teen, I was terrified of dental procedures of any kind. Even just having a hygienist floss my teeth could reduce me to tears. Dr. Levi was the first dentist I ever visited who could calm me down and get me through a procedure big or small without the waterworks or nerves. He explains every single detail of what he is going to do from start to finish so that you understand completely what is happening and never treats your concerns as silly. He frequently checks in with you to ensure that you arent experiencing any discomfort and he really works around your schedule. Its funny because the thought of a dental check up always terrifies me, but Ive found the last few visits that once Im in the chair, even when Im being told I need Novocaine shots or cavities filled, Im not even nervous because I trust Dr. Levi and his skill so completely, he is just that good at what he does. He removed all four of my wisdom teeth without needing to put me under and the entire procedure was so quick and painless, I didnt have a single issue. I also have always had a wonderful experience with the receptionists there who are so friendly and have taken a lot of time to get to know me as a person over the years. I really feel like Murrieta Family Dental is one of the few dental facilities you can trust for quality work, friendly dentists, and overall convenience. Plus, as someone without dental insurance at the moment, I can attest that their dental rates for cleanings, x-rays, and cavities are extremely fair rate. I highly recommend Dr. Levi and MFDG. Thank you so much for all you do, Dr. Levi!!! I wont trust anyone else with my teeth but him. :)

I was seen as soon as I arrived for my appointment on time, dentist and tech were very good and efficient. Unfortunately, I was charged for incorrect co-shares on two fillings. I spoke with Robert Levi about the incorrect charges and he tried to rationalize this with logic that absolutely made no sense. Definitely left me with the impression that hes more about the money than the dentistry and the patients. He should have put a hold on the charges and let his billing expert deal with this situation. I got my insurance company involved, worked with Michelle, and 24 hours later received a refund. The experience didnt have to be this difficult. I will not be returning for this reason.

I was referred to this dental office to have a check up done after not seeing a dentist for many years. Everyone was super friendly and treated me with kindness. The front office was very helpful and helped me with my insurance. They did not judge me and were understanding of my phobia. Ive been recommending this office to all of my friends. My sister had her wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Levi many years ago and she always compliments him as well.

I needed to have several crowns replaced since they were old and looked terrible. I went for a consultation and after meeting the doctor and his staff they took photographs of my teeth and they had the laboratory technician come to the office to check the color of my teeth. They removed my old crowns and put temporary crowns on my teeth. Even the temporary crowns looked better than my original crowns. The final results were natural and I liked the fact that the laboratory technician was on top of picking the color and the shade. I love the team work in this office.

I have been going to Murrieta Family Dental Group since it first opened, in the very early 2000s. I have found the staff friendly and helpful. Whenever Dr. Levi works on me, I feel NO discomfort or pain. I used to hate going to the dentist because of bad experiences with pain. Since Dr. Levi has been taking care of my dental needs, I don’t cringe at the thought of going to the dentist.My 19 year old daughter had Dr. Levi remove her upper wisdom teeth at the end of May 2014. It only took about ten minutes, without putting her under. She informed me that she felt no pain.I highly recommend Murrieta Family Dental Group.

I feel comfortable having Dr Soheil Levi working on my teeth. He waits until I am satisfied that the area is numb enough. He is gentle, and friendly, and knows what he is doing. I have been going to his office since 2006. It is located between the Express Tires and Chase bank across the street from the California Oaks Sports Park.

I had a severe toothache and had not been to dentist in 15 years. Because of pain i had to go to ER. I had not gone due to fear of dentist. I called them and they took me in right away. They knew I was fearful so they offered me sedation. I was so grateful that they got me out of pain that I had to write a review. I am going back to have my treatment completed here. Very respectful, and professional office. They also work with you on financing which was a concern for me.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a business. I went in for a check-up and cleaning. Let me just say that I take pretty good care of my teeth, and when I had gone to my ortho appointments for my braces I was constantly told I had good oral hygiene by the assistants. When I was checked by the dentist here, I was told I had 13 cavities, which seemed extreme for anyone. I thought this was suspicious, also considering the fact that the customer before me was also told he had 13 cavities, so I went to another dentist to get a check up. At this other dentist, I was told I had 1 cavity that needed a filling and that overall my teeth were healthy and in very good condition. The dentist there said that he had no idea what this dentist was talking about. Moral of the story, I will never return to this dentist, and listen to your gut feeling.

So Disappointed. Not coming back again.refused to have basic cleaning done under HMO ( Insurance Covered 100%) ( No cost for me ) they want me to do the deep cleaning with them. That will cost me $1+++. I just had done deep cleaning (whole up-down) last year with Murrieta Dental Group. and they told me just continue the regular cleaning. Had to go to this dental place because, they are the accredited clinic of delta care.. HMO . Make story short they want to make money, and its so fast... why not just do first what your patient requested?Take note i drove all the way from escondido. What a waste of time.

I have been a patient of this office for many years. Dr. Levi has done multiple dental implants and bridge restorations for me over the last 10 years or more. The work has been outstanding and I cannot be happier with this office. The entire staff is pleasant and remembers you by name and they try their best to accommodate your needs. I used to wear upper dentures that I hated for years. Dr. Levi placed 5 implants to secure my denture and I dont need to take them out anymore. I highly recommend this office.

I used to be a patient of Murrieta Family Dental Group between 2002 and 2007 while I was living in Riverside. All those years I was a very satisfied patient of Dr. Soheil Levi. Dr. Soheil, who is one of the most competent, trustworthy, and caring dentists I have ever seen, sets an example of what an excellent bed manner is all about. I had quite a few fillings done at Murrieta Family Clinic, as well as two crowns and many regular check-ups. The procedures always involved minimum pain. The anesthesia injections were administered quickly and professionally. I was seen as soon as I came in and the dental treatment always lasted not more than 40 minutes. Dr. Soheil as well as other dental staff at Murrieta Clinic had always been friendly and gladly answered any questions I had – both including treatment and insurance issues. The staff at Murrieta Dental Center was super polite and efficient. The hygienists were very skillful as well. I have been recommending this clinic to all my friends in Riverside!
