I love love love this place! I have an insanely irrational fear of the dentist as a grown man. Recently I have visited several dentists looking for the best fit to finally bite the bullet and overcome my fears. Their office is super tranquil and relaxing, and the staff is even more so. They have my mouth in tip top shape currently and it was very reasonable pricing. Plus all the little check ups are included. Cant say enough good things about dr, Do and his staff. Thank you guys, everyone I know will get a recommendation from me to you!

Poorly handled escalations! Have been going to this office for my families dental work for over a year. My husband is a loyal patient at Madison square dentistry and this year was going to get his braces done there. We have never paid for cleanings because they are covered by insurance. He went in for a routine cleaning last week and 5-10 minutes into his cleaning the front desk person went into the room to tell him he had to pay $150 for his cleaning. They called him back today and said she gave him the option to stop the procedure which was a COMPLETE LIE! He was not given the option to stop the procedure. They made him feel obligated to pay because they had already started the cleaning. They are supposed to charge fee for service prior to starting work and they did not do that! Because of their poor decision to not refund him the $150 they will loose thousands in future business.And to the dentist this review is for Madison square dentistry, he is a patient of yours. My family and I will no longer do business with your office. Thank you. No need to respond with your guiltless comment.

Ive been going to Dr. Do for almost 10 years, and hes the best dentist that Ive ever had. In fact, I drive 45 minutes each way to receive care from him at Madison Square. He and his staff are caring, gentle, and friendly. He takes great care of his patients and tries to do everything as painlessly as possible. He stays up to date with new techniques and equipment. I also appreciate that he has Saturday appointments available. I trust him and his staff completely!

My Daughter is having excellent results with her braces under Dr. Do. Wife had a dental implant done and it looks great! I have since reffed many clients to Dr. Do and his team because I know they will be taken care of.

Dr. Do is amazing after having many dentist I have found Dr Do to be the most professional and honest. Over two years now and no cavity. I have never felt pushed to buy anything here. Even when I asked about teeth bleaching he did not push me at all to make a purchase. My wife goes here too and has needed dental work she got a second opinion which confirmed Dr Do assessment. Could notask for more.

I found this dentist at the end of 2012 based on his Yelp reviews. No other dentist could fit me in so I gave him a try. I have had two visits so far and the entire staff is amazing. They all go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The dentist does NOT double book so he is not running between patients and therefore treated only me from start to finish of my procedure, which I really appreciated. I was there a long time, 2.5 hrs., but I needed a lot done - plus, like most people, Im afraid of the dentist because of past experiences - but this dentist repeatedly asked me if I needed anything, was comfortable, felt any pain, etc. Really happy I gave this dentist a try.

Although they are friendly and courteous. They are constantly pushing you to buy SOMETHING, my email was constantly full of messages from them.. They are pricey and the work is mediocre. I paid for a bleaching and it didnt really change anything. I feel like Ive paid them thousands of dollars and my teeth are basically the same. They seem more interested in making money, then actually doing what you need and getting that perfect smile.

Dr. Do has been such a blessing to me I will always refere him to anyone and he is one of the most kind hearted people ever him and and his team strive to be the best that they can be and I will never ever go anywhere else thanks for all the amazing work Dr. Do and the team for always keeping my smile good and for the countless times you have taken care of me thank you guys so much keep up the amazing hard work!!!👍😁

Do not trust this dentist. Approved work with my insurance and once completed said it wasnt covered. Shady business practices and the owner himself has had multiple chances to solve the issue.

Very shady dentist. Qualified me for services, performed them only to tell me they actually werent covered. BEWARE!

My 13 year old son needed braces...that is not a small problem. It is a large investment of time and money so its important that you choose the right professional. I interviewed 6 different orthodontics professionals in the area. Somewhere more somewhere a little less (most if not all had hidden fees that really upset me)...some I felt like I was a number and others tried to mesmerize my son with video games and fun stuff. When it all said and done Dr. Do was the most professional, most caring, reasonably priced, great staff, NO smoke and mirrors ( like others were), honest and forth coming with information, and all around the best choice!It takes a great deal for me to refer or even give a testimony about someone because in most cases people/businesses are not extraordinary, they are ok....Dr. Do and his staff are beyond my expectations and, in my opinion, extraordinary!This is one of the best investments I have made for my family.Thank you Dr. Do!Dione Moser - PresidentCoworking Connection, Inc.
