I have lived with severe dental anxiety for over 45 years, and Starwhite Dental is the ONLY place I will ever go again. Dr. Papworth and Aubrie have amazing chairside care. They were fantastic I. The girls up front are very nice and clear. The atmosphere is relaxed. The dentists are all very nice, and go out of their way to be reassuring, attentive & Explained everything as they did it as to relieve any anxiety. I recently took my daughter for an ortho referral & the guy they refer is sharp. She got her braces, we had a question & the orthodontist called back after hours from his cell, to let us know there was nothing to worry about. Highly recommend.

I moved to CA from UT where I had the same dentist for years and hated to leave. I searched around and went to one in Murrieta last year and was not happy with the quality of service provided. My husband found StarWhite so I thought Id give them a try. I was BEYOND IMPRESSED with the customer service and care I received that day. I expected to have a tooth looked at and to set up a date to have it fixed later, but NO, they were able to have my tooth fixed in the same visit and everyone was so friendly, carrying on conversations as if I had been a patient for years already. This practice deserves more than 5 stars but unfortunately that is all I am able to select!

On my last appointment for the 6 month cleaning, the hygenist asks if I want her to apply the fluoride drops, and will occur an additional charge of $25, and I said no. This fluoride treatment is a compliment on every teeth cleaning from my previous dental office. Other than that, I really like this place and will come back again. And that why I can only give 4-star rating.

Dr. Cooke was very detail oriented in evaluating my teeth for treatment. The staff was very friendly. They should invest in their online presence because many can benefit-when easily found. Their online forms dont work. I filled them 3 times and sent them online and they never received them. I think they should focus on creating better web pages. However, I am very pleased to have found this clinic.

Star White dental has been my preferred dentist for years. They have a friendly staff, comfortable office, and thorough doctors. Ive been seen by both Dr. Brown and Dr. Cooke, Id recommend either! My last visit was with Dr. Cooke, she was gentle and knowledgeable, giving me technical advice on the benefits of fluoride for the teeth. Ill definitely be going back to a fluoride mouthwash. My husband and I were here yesterday to get cleanings and fillings. We are both extremely happy weve chosen this dentist office. Everyone here is very friendly, professional, and made us feel very comfortable. I really appreciate the fact that the paperwork specifically asks what your dental goals are - regular dental care, or cosmetic goals. Its so relieving to be asked that rather than having a dental practice try to sell cosmetic procedures, when all a person wants is good dental care. The office is very clean and nicely decorated. The dental chairs are comfortable and theres a TV in the dental room that helps relieve anxiety. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

I chose StarWhite Dental because I heard that they have some pretty amazing modern technology and they have a great staff. I couldnt have been more impressed even with my expectations. They were very friendly, the wait time was very short, and the experience was wonderful. Im a very anxious person at the dentist and have very sensitive teeth. The dentist was very gentle with the cleaning, used numbing cream to help lessen the pain and recommended toothpaste and mouthwash to help with the sensitivity. I also love that they offer sedation dentistry if needed for the larger procedures. I will never go to another dentist! I cant say enough good things about them!

This practice has the most friendly and professional staff that I have encountered living in three other states. I had the best oral exam, including x-ray scans, a consult, a preliminary exam, the best cleaning ever all on the same day. This is a 10 star practice and as a retired health care professional, highly recommend this wonderful practice.

Front the front desk to the dental assistants the staff has the best customer service of any dental office I have visited over the years.The doctors where very helpful with coming up with a treatment plan and all phases of the plan when on schedule.The finance department worked with my insurance company and all payments when as planned. Overall this office gets a A+ from start to finish. I highly recommend StarWhite Dental for ALL your dental needs.

My family and I have been going to Starwhite Dental for many years. The entire staff is friendly and great to work with. When we do need to get a procedure done its always done with great efficiency and care. My husband had to go in for a gum graft which was a very detailed procedure and not easy to recover from...Dr. Brown made my husband Michael feel at ease about the procedure and assured him that he would be fine. We are glad that Dr. Brown and staff are extensively trained on so many different types of procedures and that we dont need to be referred to another specialist unless absolutely necessary!!! We appreciate all that they have done for us!

Front office admin staff are courteous and patient while be willing to fully explain insurance coverage, payment plans, scheduling and many other options. I have been a patient here since 1999. I have had full veneers, extractions (painless), root canals, crowns, fillings and cleanings. I totally trust the entire staff to attend to my dental maintenance program. Dr. Brown is an idiot ! I would not have him work on me. He made comments that were completely unprofessional related to a dental fiasco I went through in 2010.The front office staff is unprofessional, they do not do their jobs. The girl who does the financial plan never put in the discounted rate. When I asked her to do it with the discount she had a bad attitude. Did not call me back with information, and they are horrible with following through. They let me leave without setting my next dental cleaning.Dr. Henriod is the owner. He was nice. Dr. Papworth doesn’t wash his hands between cases, just changes gloves. But, he was pleasant to deal with !
