Ive been going to Dr Alfredo for four years. He is the best. He is accommodating to my work schedule and dental needs including custom dentures for my odd shaped jaw.

I am terrified of the dentist. However Dr. Paredes is the exception. He is attentive, caring and took the time to explain the procedure to me. I am beyond satisfied with my procedure. I live 1 hour away from the office. Ive never traveled that far to see a doctor. I recommend Dr. Paredes to others.

Dr Paredes staff failed to call me back on three separate occasions prior to a serious procedure. They also failed to call in the prescriptions necessary for the procedure until 11:00am for a 12:30 appointment, and that was after me having to call to remind them on several occasions. He is good at what he does, but his staff is incompetent.

Dr. Paredes is very kind and professional. His office staff is always patient and giving kind services. Additionally, they make time to take care of you for any emergency needs. I would recommend this dental office to everyone.

I enjoyed everything about my visit with New Smile. The staff as well as the dentist were top notch. I went with a problem implant (not done there) and left totally satisfied. I am so glad I found this company as I want bottom implants and this will be the place to go.UPDATE:I went back for my bottom implants. I am going through the process now. My experience so far has been a dream come true. I have a few more visits before Im finished. I am totally satisfied with all that has been done. I cant wait for my perfect smile. The staff are all so caring and the dentist is professional as well as down to earth. He is all about perfection and wanting to make his client happy. I truly recommend this practice!

Took my abuelita/grandma to see Dr. Paredes regarding fixed denture, implants and some surgery. My abuela was at ease knowing the doctor spoke spanish. (They kept laughing and sharing stories about their childhood in spanish). All her questions were answered in depth and the final results were simply amazing. Dr. Paredes suggested a new mouth wash from Colgate called Hydris. I suffer from throat cancer effects called dry mouth 24 hours a day and this stuff works better than Biotene which I used up till now. Thank you Dr. Paredes for let me know about this new mouth wash.
