Since she blocked me on everything else I will share my thoughts here.Jurnee was my nail tech for over a year I followed her from another location to here. I was one of her very first clients after she was licensed and have stuck with her through the learning times. I have also brought her regular clients and other business. I have always loved having Jurnee do my nails and she has always been kind and welcoming but this last time was a mess.After this last luminary set she did for me I had a gel polish that did not cure correctly, wrinkled and leaked uncured gel all over me and my bed. I messaged her less than 48 hours after getting the set to let her know the issue. She said she was too busy to find 15 mins to fix it and accommodate me, a client of over a year. Her solution was to either pass me off to another tech in the salon to fix it but the only time they could do it was during my work hours, which means I would have to take half a day off work or she would just refund half my money and then expect me to find my own tech for a nail fix.After a few texts voicing my dissatisfaction with her solutions which fixed nothing for me. She decided to fire me as a client. SHE FIRED ME FOR BEING DISSATISFIED!I just want this review to serve as a warning for anyone that wants to see Jurnee. She will not take care of clients that helped her get where she is.

I am so happy with my nails. I have been going to Karen Ayers before she started working here and she’s always been amazing! She’s always making sure I’m getting exactly what I want, she’s constantly taking courses to learn new things and her products are really good quality, the polish NEVER lifts. I’m a dog groomer and my hands go through a lot. They’re always wet, my nails get scratched from brushing dogs, they get damaged when I do nail grinding and I’ve gone a month without getting my nails done and they still never lift, and my natural nails stay protected. I went to Nail Expressions today for the first time to see Karen. The shop is very clean and really cute. Everyone here is very nice and friendly, it makes you feel welcome. I highly recommend them!

Kylee has been doing my manicures for the past several months. After my visit about a month ago, I noticed that my usually strong nails were getting extremely thin and were breaking off into the quick. I had been using gel but figured maybe the machine she used to sand off the gel was weakening my nails. Today I showed her the broken nails and mentioned that I didn’t want gel for awhile. As she removed the old gel, she used the sander again and 3x I had to withdraw my hand as it was burning. Ouch! She also pushed down my cuticles without any soaking at all. I left the salon six hours ago and have two more deeply broken nails. I have recommended this place to others but I will never come here again.

I love love LOVE this salon. Im 27 & this is the first salon Ive found where they have done a really great job on my nails. I had super short nails going in & wanted to get hard gel set. But Devin (the girl who does mine) explained that even just doing the gel on natural nails will help them grow & is less maintenance for me. Which goes to show she isnt all about the money cause she could have made another 15 dollars or so. Us been 4 weeks & my first fill is tomorrow & my nails have grown SO MUCH! Im stoked.

Kayla was my tech. She did such a good job on my nails and I’m a nail bitter and she’s kept me from biting my nails for 1 month today actually. She puts a strong protective coat on the nail and it’s helped them grow out beautifully! Her nail art is literal ART, I don’t wanna be biting my nails when they look like Picasso 👀😂 she is awesome. 😍🔥

Kayla did my nails when it was very thin and weak. She told me that her luminary whatever would be good for my nails and help them grow. She charged more for them and they broke within 10 mins have getting them done. I spent $50 for my nails to still be weak and break, wow. They were also lumpy so I don’t recommend her. She’s also very rude

So I was going to Kayla for a couple months and I actually really liked her despite getting mold underneath my nails and having broken nails repeatedly. I liked who she was so even through the bad experience i kept coming back. I thought that the mold underneath my nails was my fault.. the more that I thought about it the more I thought that I had been getting my nails done basically regularly since i was 16 and have been a regular swimmer and it has NEVER happen to me before. She text me telling me she couldnt do my nails and I said okay can I reschedule and she text back saying Ill check my schedule I text back and asked her if I had done anything wrong. She text me back saying I just dont think you respect me enough. I have been working hard on your nails and you havent been tipping either and I just dont think it is a good fit. Honestly after I read that text I laughed because she took 2 hours to do my nails before because she was talking to me so much and invited me to her apartment for a NYE party in the appointment before. I HARDLY ever do any nail art and have tip every time. I know one time I forgot and that is my bad. If I wouldnt of asked if I did something wrong she never would of responded which is really unprofessional. So long story short take it from a girl who has been going to Kayla since OCT 2020 dont go to her.

Kayla did my pedicure and a full set of acrylics. I loved how they turned out and she did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend booking with her. She is amazing at nail art!

Kayla is so amazing she’s super sweet, friendly, clean very professional and to top that off I’m pretty sure any design I show her she’d be able to do. So talented love her love her services you won’t regret it schedule with her ❤️

I recently came here to get some shellac nails, and I have never had a a more negative experience. The work was sloppy, the lady who did them was slow, and I had to listen to who I think the owner or manager badmouth some other employee or former employee of hers. I would not recommend.

I got my nails done about 2 weeks ago, sence then 3 of my nails have broke. This has never happen to me before. After trying to figure out why they keep breaking its because on the nail bed they are super thin like a piece of paper and at the tips super thick. After what i spent on these i never would of thought they was done so poorly. I would never recommend this nail salon this is the worst salon i have ever been too

(Razzberry) came in later today to get some really complicated nail art, Karen did an amazing job on my nails. Loved the service and my nails!
