David did a great job helping us purchase the car. He was attentive and responsive. We appreciate his kindness. On another topic entirelyOn Sunday, after purchasing the car on Friday, we went out to start it and every caution light in the dash board came on. The check engine light, warnings all over the place about the brakes not working and other caution lights came on.We took the car in to the dealership on Monday, where the first person to approach asked if we had an appointment. And then stated that we could make an appointment but probably won’t be able to get in until Friday. Which was beyond our belief, here we have a brand new car we haven’t even had it three days every caution light in the world is on and he tells us we can’t have it checked out until Friday. But he did go ask someone else and eventually we were able to talk to Cody who went straight out, check the car said he would keep it, and he would take care of the problem and on Tuesday, which is the day we have an appointment to get the windows tinted and the coating put on the front of the car, he would take care of the window tinting and the coating for the paint. Today is Tuesday, we are hoping to pick up the car this evening with everything completed and the car repaired. We did not appreciate the first contact in the service area when we arrived. But did appreciate Cody’s willingness to get right on it.
Well, I’ve deleted my old 5-Star review and am starting again. I still say the buying process with Angela and Ryan was great, but fortunately or unfortunately, you only buy once and then have to deal with service department. I should have known what I was in for when I brought my new car in for its first scheduled maintenance, which was a tire rotation. The service associate laughed at me for bringing it in just for that. Though, the later oil change and tire rotation went okay. Most recently, my car has picked up a horrible rattle when driving on the highway. I was told they fixed it and was charged $80, but no, it was still there. So, I took it back and was told again it was fixed, so I took the tech for a drive and he heard it. I ended up leaving my car over the weekend but on Monday I was told my car wasn’t making any sounds, it’s just the ABS Actuators and they’ve always made that sound. Meanwhile, every time I drive it gets worse and worse, and my family keeps asking when I’m getting it fixed. I feel like the minimum one can do as a service department is not laugh at customers who bring their cars in for the recommended maintenance. But a close second is to actually test drive the car in the conditions where the issue occurs, which in this case is on the highway. Once on the highway the prior tech clearly heard the noise and said it was a problem, but it was interesting how quickly they shifted to “it’s always done that.” So, sure. I’ll give Larry H Miller some stars for the sales process. But just getting the car is a small part of the overall experience.
I bought my RAV4 online and everything went smoothly with no unexpected glitches. The price was the same as when I received a fully loaded price before I arrived at the dealer. The finance office was super simple and nothing like the horror stories that I heard of previously. Thomas was great to help me through the buying process. We look forward to enjoying our new vehicle.
The experience when buying a car, you bet the sells people will treat you like you on the top of the world and standing there waiting with open arms. Wait until the car you buy shows something as simple as a low pressure air in the tire and they can’t even look at it for another three weeks and half. And that’s after my husband stopped in thinking it would be a quick thing to check and was told to wait for three hours.I personally think a customer is always a customer. Not only when you need their cash and the car is not even three months in our hands. Simple things means catering. You can do better.
Brian Felt is your guy!I honestly dont think I could have had a better experience. I owe the success of this purchase to my rep Brian Felt. I was searching for a new Tundra TRD Pro for 2 months, while I was willing to wait, Brian allowed me to put a deposit down to reserve one. Randomly I get a call weeks before I was expecting one and he mentioned that a white one would become available. He moved my deposit over ot the truck and held it for me for a week until my wife and I could make the trip up to get it. The week I waited, Brian sent me pictures of the truck that he professionally took with his camera, he scheduled accessories for me to have installed and did ALL of my paperwork. There is no one like this young man, he was kind, very knowledgeable and truly wanted the sale. Once we got out to Salt Lake, he picked us up in the truck and took us over to the dealer. WHO DOES THAT? Talk about white glove service! A massive thank you to Brian Felt and management for making this the best experience ever. Finance was ok, seemed like they did not like us bringing our own method of payment.
The staff here are awesome to work with. We have brought multiple vehicles here for service and have now gone through the experience of purchasing a new car with them and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend them if you are searching for a car or just want quality service/ maintenance.
We brought our 4 runner here for work on the brakes and we where met with the rudest service writer I have ever met Craig did not acknowledge us until he was finished eating his toast then proceeded to be rude to us and act like we where a burden to him. The interaction ended with him hand gesturing us away from his desk. I do not expect to be treated like a king but I would like to be treated as an equal and craig fail at that miserably.
Krista Nichols was great from start to finish! She was professional and also extremely personable. She went out of her way to meet the needs and desires I expressed in looking for a new truck, but also communicated with me about possible alternatives that she felt would still fit my desires. A joy to work with!I only dealt with others briefly, but everyone was very helpful and friendly. A great buying experience!
Krista my sales person was amazing during the entire process and made sure to be available to answer all my questions. My original car I wanted was going to be shipped really late but Krista got me into a better car that day and was there through the entire process. Also thank you to Janalee for making sure I was taken care off during the financing process! I am obsessed with my brand new Toyota!
I purchased my first car from Larry H Miller over 40 years ago and have remained a loyal customer ever since. The reason for this is because they are a very different type of dealer, more like a family, and have always been treated fairly, with honesty and without pressure.Even though the dealership has expanded far beyond those early days, and with its founder no longer with us, his family has kept his legacy moving forward. I find this a rare trait.Once again I had the privilege to work with a fantastic sales person, Krista, who is a real gem and a great asset to the Larry H Miller group. All of the others I worked with through the process were also real, very easy to communicate with and had a sense of humor. I thank you all!BG Wyoming
Cody in accessories was super helpful when walking me through some options with my vehicle.
Terrible experience. First off, the salesman Scott Anderson would not honor the price that Costco cars gave us. It took 6 hours of negotiating to finally get the price we should have had within 5 minutes. At one point he got mad and slammed his papers and stormed off. He did not want to budge on the price. One of the excuses he gave was that they had just put all new tires on the vehicle.Fast forward 1.5 years later. Today we took our vehicle in for service and the mechanic informs us that we have 2 tires that need to be replaced because they are worn. We havent even put 8k miles on the vehicle since we bought it. Remember, one of the excuses for not coming down on price was that all the tires were replaced.I called our salesman today, Scott Anderson, and he told me that what he said was, we put new tires on. I didnt say we put 4 new tires on. So by saying the vehicles has new tires, it only means two new tires... makes sense. He told me there was nothing he could do, that he didnt force me to buy the car, and that he was offended that I felt like we were hustled. He got mad, again, and wouldnt let me speak to anyone else. He told me to call the main number and then he hung up on me.Terrible service. Very disappointed. We were sold a certified Toyota vehicle which requires tires in good condition and that wasnt the case.
Ive been working with Brian Felt with getting my first brand new vehicle, and have had a great experience so far. Hes been patient with all my questions and inquiries, and has been nothing but helpful and polite. I look forward to the rest of the process, and getting my dream truck. Im glad I picked this dealership, and wont mind the travel one but!
Brian Felt was most kind and helpful in explaining things to me regarding my purchasing a new car. He followed through and let me know when the car would be coming and when it came early. Then Brian sat in the car with me and explained how to use all the features. He was knowledgeable and very patient with me. I appreciated working with him.
The person who helped me was excellent my car arrived in the time they told me
Not quite 5 stars but I will give them a second chance. The service advisor was a little late getting back to me on the status of the repair and my truck was not ready until the next day. It made coordinating transportation home a little difficult. My truck was in for a timing belt and the AC wiring was damaged which the dealership fixed but I think they should have comped me a free oil change or something for the delay and damage during the repair. If not for this it would have been 5 stars.
Thomas was very good to us. He kept us informed and was very professional. We felt very comfortable with him and really trusted him. We never felt that the sale was more important than getting us what we wanted. The pricing was upfront and except for losing the Toyota rebate there were no hidden fees.
Big thanks to Evan and Tom in the parts department. Tom worked with me to rectify an issue in my shopping cart and ensured I had all the correct parts for the job I needed at a fair price. I couldnt have asked for a more smooth checkout. Thanks Tom!
I was extremely pleased with the customer service from the moment I walked in the door. From start to finish my experience was fantastic. I received consistent updates at all stages of the process and never had to initiate contact to find out the status on my new vehicle!!! I highly recommend LHM Toyota!!
I am from Texas and was surprised with the professionalism of the staff at LHM Toyota.
Cody I believe is the name of the person who assisted me; he was very courteous and attentive. He find a way for my car to get service that day; even though the service department was very busy on that day. I am very happy customer of Larry H Miller Toyota Murray.
The service department is awful and rude. I had a 7am appointment for my routine service appointment including an oil change. I had my oil changed with Toyota and have gone past my mileage and date for a change and Cody argued with me, stating I do not need an oil change. My oil maintenance light is on. I am past my miles as well as date, but he would rather be cocky and argue with me after being late with a line of people waiting for him.
Great customer service. They quoted me 2-3 hour wait, but the service was completed in a hour. They always take care of my car for oil changes and do not upsell services to me. Always love driving a Toyota!
Murray, Utah dealership has my name and phone # attached to someone else. It was showing up on someone that brought in a different vehicle for service the day before 7/7/21.My appointment was not showing for 7/8/21 at 1:30 pm. The rep that greeted me at the service drive-thru said that they could not do anything about my phone# and name being attached to a different persons vehicle service account. I told them I was not going anywhere until it was straightened out via the manager. They said I would have to wait at least two weeks before they could reschedule my appointment. I was extremely upset. They did some checking and asked if I could give them an hour or so to try and get my Toyota serviced. I told them I have one hour only. They got my Toyota serviced within that hour. Im still very upset with how this was handled and would like someone to contact me via email. I want to know what happened and why my contact information is attached to someone else.
Five stars isn’t enough. Paul was incredibly helpful and the finance department was quick yet thorough. Best experience I’ve had at a dealership by far.
Krista Nichols @ LHM Toyota was excellent! So responsive to all my questions and was able to get the vehicle I needed... She made the whole process so easy.
Every time I have had my car serviced here there have been issues. Today was the final straw I will take my car elsewhere. You make appointments and tell them what is going on, then you show up and they can’t help you cause the either are too busy or don’t have that person there that day. I have never had such a bad experience with a service department. I hope that this place can go under new management and they can fix the service department
I made a appointment for 1:30 but had to come in a little early because i had some things to do. I asked if i could get my oil change and rotation done and the got me right in. I pulled in and didnt even have time to get out of the car and there was someone there to take my info and keys. I waited a little while since i was actually early, and they got my car done and was happy with the outcome. Great Job everyone Ill spread the word around and send more ppl over there. Ill definitely be back.
Initially, we asked to be notified if the car needed the spark plugs serviced, we didnt get any notice of the service being performed. It was not okay for the sercive to be done without consent. The total was $223 and went up to $463, that is inconsiderate and unprofessional the customer should know first hand when requested. Besides this, the car was not vacuumed or washed, in the past Toyota did these services for the customer. Its one thing to take care of the customers needs and another to take advantage, with that said, hope future customers dont go through the same.
I just got my UT plates and was unable to pull the old ones off because the bolts were stripped and rusted. I stopped in to the service department to see if someone could help me and Cody said he was happy to take a look. He was funny and entertaining and was able to put both of my new plates on in a flash. Another service guy chatted with me about where I moved from, and they both made my experience great. Highly recommend!!!
There are plenty of places to get your car serviced and maintained... why Larry H Miller? Because of people like Craig Warner. He treats us like family and explains exactly what is going on and why it’s important. Plus he is fair on pricing and timing. Thank you Craig, we see you next time.
We recently had a recall on a part on our Tacoma, so we brought it to Larry H. Miller. After picking it up, everything seemed fine… however, we noticed that for some reason our dash cam was ripped off the windshield and set in the passenger seat. The part that was recalled was no where near the camera, so I have no idea why they would feel the need to take it down. It was incredibly hard to mount, so I believe it would have been hard to take it down. I have tried calling Larry H. Miller 10+ times to get ahold of the service department, and I’ve left 4 voicemails in total (including one with the service manager). It’s been about two weeks and STILL no return call. We just want to know why it was taken down, as there was no reason for it. The camera wouldn’t have been filming anyways. What sketchy stuff are you guys doing? It makes me suspicious of your work ethic, especially since I can’t get a call back with an explanation. We will never return here, take your car elsewhere that you can get quality service and a phone call back when you have a question.
Brian Felt gets a 5 Star for service.
Larry h Miller dealerships have come a long ways over the years. My experience shopping for a new Camry at this dealer was positive and the salesman Tyler was excellent.
I was really disappointed in this service today and I was ready to leave and find another service for my car until an amazing guy working in service helped us out. We have had issues with some of the things that were promised to us when we bought our car and after today it was our final straw. We’re so thankful to the kind serviceman who noticed our frustrations and was so willing to help us. We totally spaced on asking for his name but he was a gentlemen with longer hair and glasses. We thank and applaud him for hearing us out when nobody else was willing to. Our family has been buying cars at this dealership for the past 15 years and it is because of people like him who are willing to go above and beyond for their customers.
We went to LHM in Murray to test drive a car and dealt with David Ramirez. He was professional, courteous, and most important to me, not pushy. We ended up having a change in our circumstances and dont need a car at the moment but when we finally decide to purchase one, we will definitely be contacting him again.
I’ve been a costumer of LHM Toyota for nearly 20 years. The service and customer loyalty, from my personal experience has been absolutely outstanding. I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from here and I am never dissatisfied with the store. Service is AWESOME (if you can get an appointment) Marion and John are my personal favorites. Love this store.
They had my $500 for a Toyota RAV4 Prime for 16 months. Finally tell me they can get one after multiple claims that they couldnt but I had to pay for the larded up dealer rip off items like security code etching etc. And pay an extra $5,000 over MSRP for the base model. One phone call to a dealer in OR saved me $2,000. Take your hard earned money elsewhere is my advice.
I called Larry H Miller Toyota and talked to Collin and let him know what I was Looking for and he found it for me. I decided to buy it and he took care of everything and kept in touch with me until it arrived. Also Steve in finance made everything easy handling the loan. I was very happy with the service.
I was in the market for a new car, I decided to go to this dealership since my family is one who loves and will vet for the quality of Toyota. From the start it all seemed so quick and fast and easy however it turned into everything but that. I leased a 2021 Rav4, paperwork was signed and everything went smooth. Krista Nicholis told us the dates to expect the car no later than two days after we signed the paperwork. It took longer than a week. I constantly had to follow up and communicate with her. I understand Toyota is having a delay in production/arrivals for vehicles. I asked her what can be done to compensate customers for their time. She lacked compassion. It was frustrating Josh, however one of the financing guys was very helpful! We appreciated his advice and our entire experience with him was good. Overall we were frustrated due to the lack of compassion and communication. We ended up buying a car from the Mazda dealership down the street.
Larry H Miller not only sold me my automobile but is because of their excellent, professional, knowledgeable, courteous staff that ensures my patronage. I can not bestow enough praise to fulfill their expertise.I will remain a loyal customer. Thank you for the wonderful years of service.
My sales and finance team were amazing. The mid-level managers however were just the worst. They constantly put my sales rep in positions that just sucked. These managers that my rep had to speak with constantly changes prices or other included promises, were unwilling to speak with me, and should be avoided at all costs.
I just want to say thank you to the staff of the Salt Lake location. Everyone has been so helpful and amazing through the process of buying my vehicle. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience.
Collin was amazing to work with. Even with the current shortage on new automobiles, he made our experience headache free. Thanks a million
I came into the service department on 4-24-21 and Jacob Graham helped us and he did an amazing job kept us up to date on everything and sold us the oil lube package and then we brought my husband truck in and did the same thing with the lube package. I also had a leak in my coolant thought I needed a new coolant pump. they checked and all it was, was a loose hose. I appreciate the honesty on that. We really appreciate Jacob he went out of his way to make us happy. We will be back.
Easy car buying experience start to finish. Transparent dealers really worked with us to get the car down to the price we wanted. Couldn’t be happier.I was also pleased to see they had plenty of new 4Runners in stock whereas all of the other Toyota dealers didn’t have a single one on the lot, and were a bunch of hucksters saying “If we don’t have them, no one has them.” Well fellas, Larry Miller did—in abundance! All my Toyotas are going to be bought at Larry Miller from now on.
First time getting service at this dealership. The entire experience was friendly, hassle-free, and well-above my expectations. It was even less expensive than I anticipated. Will definitely be back for future needs.
I arrived on-time but my scheduled service adviser was nowhere to be found. Thankfully someone else was kind enough to assist me. I requested a ride home since the manufacturers recall (fuel pump replacement) was going to take a couple of hours at least. I was told to wait for my service adviser to help with scheduling an Uber. I was left waiting for almost half an hour before going to look for the person that originally helped me and asking him about the status of my ride and again he was kind enough to help me out. My scheduled service adviser couldnt be bothered to help me at any point during my time at the dealership. He did have enough time to call me when my car was ready to be picked up. When I picked up my car there was a very strong gasoline odor inside the car that I assumed was from when the fuel pump was replaced. Fortunately the strong gasoline odor went away after letting the car ventilate a few days with the windows open. It wouldve been nice if someone at the dealership wouldve given me a heads-up about that but unsurprisingly no one said a word when I picked it up. My Toyota Care Maintenance just expired this month. I dont think Ill be visiting this dealership in the future.
When I was living in Rexburg, Idaho, I bought a 2014 Toyota Corolla LE car. I saw some nicotine stains and could smell the smoke from the previous owner and went to multiple places to get my car detailed so that I would not smell it anymore. I moved to Murray last year in April and saw this dealership. Because I was making more money, I wanted to get my car cleaned and detailed from the inside to the outside more often with the wax purchase to keep my car in the best shape ever. Plus I come here every few months to get my oil changed and topped off.About a few months ago, I purchased an oil package with an alignment that has three times to get it done for the year. I feel it is very convenient because I don’t have to go into the dealership and keep purchasing an oil change every time.Customer service is amazing and they know what they are doing. Their knowledge and aspirations towards their current and future clients/customers is quite remarkably great.
I wanted and needed a truck and happened to stop in yesterday to see if they had the model Tacoma I wanted and had been trying to find elsewhere unsuccessfully. The salesman, Jose, took me right to the only model they had on the lot. It was exactly what I wanted, but I was on a major time constraint with needing to get to work. With only 2 hours to do the loan, trade in, detailing, and paperwork, they ran at warp speed to get me into the truck and off to work. Everybody was great, and I really appreciate the help and service Jose provided. I came back today to get the full vehicle features tour today, and Jose was great with showing me everything on the truck we didnt have time to go over yesterday.
I went in for a scheduled service for the first time last week. Staff was friendly and polite. Great customer service and so much better than other places Ive been to. The person I had my scheduled service with was away from his desk. Another employee noticed I was waiting and came right over to get my information. While waiting, other employees dont ignore you. When I picked up my vehicle, the person I had scheduled with was personable and polite. He also didnt try to upsale me on anything.Thank you!
Not only was our sales rep friendly, he was extremely helpful. First time buying a car was made so much simpler because of Serghei and all of his help. Rest of the staff were also wonderful. Friendly, informative, and patient. Would highly recommend this place to everyone.
Mechanics went above and beyond. When I was leaving I asked about a loose tail light cover and the mechanic quickly took it back and removed the inside of the trunk, added some screws, and didnt charge me. That tail cover had been bothering me for a long time and I was so appreciative of how cheerful he was to fix it for me. And this was right at closing too! Im very pleased with the respect and care all of the employees/mechanics showed me, a single mom of 10 children.
It was kind of a tough time to get a vehicle, but Jake did a great job of facilitating the process and helping us with some changes on the order. When it got in, it was pretty hectic because of how busy they were, but they did a great job of getting us the car as soon as possible.
Several unfortunate events occurred with Larry H Miller Murray, Utah service department over the past 5 years that I can no longer be passive about. 1. They lost my vehicle keys, I was 1.5hrs late for work due to waiting on their car service to give me a ride to work. I then provided additional time to retrieve my keys once they located them.2. Several scheduled visits with a 5-6hr wait. This was with scheduled appointments. After the second time I packed lunch and dinner for the camp out in their show room.3. Today I showed up at my scheduled appointment with a confirmation email and # along with a reminder email about my appointment. The service department said that the emails don’t mean anything and appointments are verified by a phone call only. They turned me away. QUESTION: where is it written that service appointments are only verified by a phone call only? Why do they send confirmation emails AND reminder emails if they don’t secure your appointment? Why offer appointments in the first place? Jacob Graham you are listed as my Service Advisor on my email. Wow! Who are you working for? This isn’t a one time event. This is EXTREMELY BAD service year over year for 5 years. We have 4 FOUR Toyota vehicles purchased in 2017 and we are ready to buy 2 TWO more.Tony Devino we will be seeing you soon. We are Thankful for your sales and service team and willing to drive from Murray Utah to your Northern Utah location. ❤️
Paul was great to work with at Toyota. He was knowledgeable about the cars and was able to answer all my questions. He wasn’t pushy, which I appreciated. He made buying a car a pleasant experience and I would recommend working with him.
We had a great experience buying our new Toyota Highlander. Jose was our salesman and he was knowledgeable and friendly but no pressure. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were being taken care of till we drove out of the lot. Alex in finance was also very friendly and knowledgeable and explained every question we had. I would definitely recommend LHM Toyota in Murray when buying a new car.
The salesman Jacob was very nice and helpful. Come to find out he was a few weeks new. When it came to figuring out the exact price and how to go about taking possession of the 4Runner he asked a few other more seasoned salesman for assistance. They were all very nice as well.I have to say the finance manager was also every helpful and nice. He broke everything down very clearly and we knew exactly what we were getting into. After cross referencing a bunch of different institutions he was able to get our interest rate 0.9% below what we wanted and was great. However, his computer was freezing and had a few errors. LHM get this man a new hardware setup! He deserves it and it would have made the sale process faster for us and for your team.
Great job done on my vehicle service. I was a walk in customer for an oil change and tire rotation on my Tacoma, just after the lunch hour. (Probably prime time) The only downside was the 2 1/2 hour timeframe it took. Betting that a solid reputation creates high demand. Anyway, the waiting area was very nice and people were spaced out. They definitely have the capacity for high volume. Got a text message when my vehicle was finished. Very smooth operation. I will be back in 5,000 more miles, maybe just try for an early morning walk in next time.Side note: I am way more of a “walk in type” than a scheduler type, and this is only my second oil change/tire rotation service on my new 2020 Tacoma. Also, I observed that not all the vehicles getting serviced ahead of me were Toyota’s.
Mehdi Ahmadian was our finance guy at the dealership. He was nice until he realized we were not adding the optional warranties. After questioning us why, he didn’t like our answer so he became more and more disrespectful throughout the process. We didn’t understand some of his questions so he’d get frustrated and talk to us like idiots. We spent a lot of money buying our new car and he didn’t care as long as he got his extra cut with the optional warranties is how we feel. The way he responded to our decision to not buy the warranties made me even more confident that it was 100% unnecessary and all we wanted to do was get out of his office. We love our new car but that ruined our dealership experience hands down.
I was never updated or called on any of the issues they found with the vehicle. I was sent a text that told me multiple problems they found with the vehicle and where I could schedule to call them. I also made the mistake of telling them I would be out of town the weekend I dropped it off to find out that they didnt even attempt to look at it. And I had to call them to find that out. They then said it would be done by that following Friday by 2pm. They then called me late Friday to tell me it would be done Saturday morning. In the mean time I am stranded at my home with no car, running out of groceries, and trying to plan to drive and see my husband who is a wildland firefighter that weekend. So I readjusted plans to see my husband Saturday. Saturday came, no one called to update me on the delays of time, and my car was not done until later afternoon that Saturday. Completely rude and not acceptable. This was the worst customer service I have ever had. I also missed seeing my husband.
Took great care of my daughter while buying her new Camry. Sergei was incredibly helfpul and made a smooth transaction. Excellent service and caring staff. Thanks LHM Toyota for a wonderful car buying experience.
Id been having issues with a local tire shop who could not resolve an issue for me. Frustrated, I vented to a friend who highly recommended Levi and his service team at Larry Miller Toyota and I am SO thankful he did. They quickly diagnosed the alignment issue that no one else could resolve. They owned the issue and took accountability which was refreshing to say the least. Their expertise saved me hundreds, and quickly earned my trust. I even had to call and have them re-look at the alignment a few days later. They were incredibly accommodating and gave excellent service. I will not go back to anyone else to service my Toyota. They truly are the experts. Well done Levi! You have an amazing team!
Never buy a car here, they show you and make you sign numbers and they’ll call you to tell you they make a mistake with those numbers and charge you more, taking your car and your money. They are thief’s, be aware! They do that to Spanish speakers…
My Customer Service Expert, Mary Jane took excellent care of me. The work on my vehicle was the best. Kudos to the Maintenance Technician. There were eleven items that needed to get done and the crew delivered. We’ll done!
I drove in from out of state looking to purchase a 4runner we found one that I liked and I decided to trade in my currant vehicle. In the paperwork for my trade in it was agreed that the trade in value given to me would pay off my existing loan. Up to this point the transaction went smoothly. That is until the drive home when I got a call from my financial institution stating that the check from the dealership wouldn’t cover the total value and it was up me to cover the rest. I called the salesman we worked with (Anthony) and he also seemed confused. After doing some research he said that for whatever reason $500 of the money given for our trade in was put onto the principal of the 4runner. I was never made aware of this by neither him nor the financial guy that made up our paperwork. Being as I had already left the state I felt helpless and was made to pay the remaining balance on my trade in. I am extremely frustrated with the dealership and feel as though I was deceived.
Second time I have had my car serviced here, but same lack of customer care. I usually make the extra 15 minute drive out south, but was in a time crunch, so I gave them a second try. Had an early morning appointment, and waited for 15 minutes before I went and got someone. I had received a price for service over the phone, and then when I went to the service advisor she abruptly told me they were incorrect with the amount, and upped the fee. She had no interest in helping me with it, but did make sure to try and upsale me on a 30,000 mile service, which she said was due per the warranty. I declined, waited, and when my car was done went and talked with the service manager, who was polite and helped.I called the dealership out south who I bought the car from and went over what miller said about the 30,000 mile service. The story was totally different and he asked if they checked and gave a report on my fluid level and condition. They did not. I called to tryand talk with service and have not had a call back.STORY is that at 30,000 it is time to watch and check fluids for level and condition....not automatically schedule a blanket 1,000 service.I will never take my car to this dealership again andwill be happy to drive the extra 15 minutes out south to get excellent care and communication.
This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. It was fair, quick and easy thanks to Sergei, Dave and AJ. Took the truck in for some accessories and the service was amazing.I live in Utah County and it was well worth the drive. Don’t waste your time and energy at the Toyota dealer in Orem.
Victoria was great! she listened to what we needed, suggested vehicles that would best fill those needs and at no point pressured us into something we did not feel comfortable with. we walked away in a reasonable amount of time with the perfect vehicle for our growing family
I have been going to LHM Toyota Murray for the last 14 years to service my Toyota vehicles. However, that may be changing. The experience has only been getting worse. You should prioritize customers who SCHEDULED their service. I should never have to wait over 2 HOURS for a scheduled express oil change... After my service package is over I think I might try another local Toyota dealer.
Scott is a very knowledgeable and helpful dealer, I had the pleasure of getting to know him while test driving a few vehicles. He is very personable while maintaining professionalism and made this process fun and easy.Shout out to Eric, the used car sales manager, he went above and beyond to ensure I was getting what I wanted and more! They treat you like family here, not just another customer. Highly recommend!!
Amazing experience lovely people. They really do help you look for the car you’re looking for and is in the range you’re able to afford! They go out of there way to make sure there customers are happy with what there getting. I would honestly recommend coming to get you’re car at this dealership !!
Service was great. Jacob was kind and professional. He said to expect my car service to take about 4 hours and that is exactly how long it took. There were no surprises. Everything went smoothly.
We special ordered a Toyota RAV4 and even though we had to wait longer than we wanted to due to lack of availability of our option package, our Salesperson was so pleasant to work with and delivered exactly what they promised and more for an awesome price. I was impressed that there were no surprises and even the price negotiating was super mellow. A pleasant dealer process.
I was well taken care of by Larry H Miller Toyota. Aaron was my sales rep and he was thorough, honest, and had a great sense of humor. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with the purchase of our new Toyota Venza- Thank you to Aaron and Larry H Miller Toyota!!
My new 2021 Toyota Venza is best! I love it! They have great services and friendly!
So far my husband and I have loved working with LHM Toyota. They were the only dealership in town that had a vehicle in stock for us to at least look at and test drive. Preston was VERY nice and helpful, answered all our questions about the vehicle. We went back 2 days later and ordered the car! Yea itll take a little bit to actually get the car but the experience with Preston and the rest of LHM staff make it well worth the wait. Im fairly new to buying vehicles on my own but I was completely comfortable and confident buying from LHM Toyota.
Had a great experience with Brian. He treated us with respect and showed us everything we wanted to know about our vehicle. The other staff were good to work with as well and the process was made simple.
Both men were great men I dealt with were great. Sales and financial men were great. It took too long to get out of there I was hoping not to be at the dealership as long as I had to be.. I was promised less time.. i know it is a process that is all I think everyone could improve.
Had a really great experience purchasing a Toyota. They were fair on price and not pushy at all. Really appreciated that. Everything went very smooth, Thomas and the Finance guy we worked with were so awesome. We will most definitely be back when its time to trade. Thank you so much!
The mechanic was courteous, explaining exactly what repairs were needed and why. The mechanic was knowledgeable in that he pinpointed exactly what happened to my vehicle and knew exactly what repairs were necessary. My car was repaired efficiently, and so far professionally!
We had the best car buying experience we have ever had with Brian Felt at LHM Toyota in Murray! Brian was super friendly, professional, and made buying a new car fun. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions and explain in detail how everything works on the RAV4. He even hand washed our new car for us since the car wash was broken. We had a great experience with everyone that helped us.
My experience was great. Thomas was on top of reserving my specific Tacoma and was very informative throughout the process!
Unfortunately, my passenger side was window was smashed in by thieves. Larry H Miller Toyota was able to get me in the following morning. They replaced my window and tinted the new window. My car was finished the same day. I appreciate their prompt and exceptional service.
I purchased a 2020 Toyota Tacoma from Larry H Miller Toyota in September 2020 in anticipation for a move out to Texas the week after. Denis, the salesperson, was excellent. Answered all my questions, let me spend time with the car, and handled everything promptly and with care. The entire process afterward was a nightmare though. First off, the service fellow (dont remember his name) pressured me three times to get new tires installed to make the truck look cooler. I finally acquiesced, not really wanted to replace brand new tires for other brand new tires, but thinking if I could get out of there with that as the only extra it would be fine. Then the back and forth with the finance guy. Again, hard sell on the extended warranty, I didnt want it, ended up with it by the end. I am still not sure what the magic number is on refusing things, 5+? 7+? 3 times does not work. Someone else will have to let me know.I was very clear on the fact that I was going out of town for good the next week, so everything would have to be done promptly, and was assured it would be fine. Waited an extra 30 minutes by myself for the keys while everyone watched me awkwardly in the waiting room, and finally got out of there.Didnt receive any calls or follow-ups for tire installation, until I was able to get a hold of someone two days before I was due to leave for Texas. They could only fit me in the morning of my move, which I thought maybe it could work. I had a trailer and the truck packed that morning, and was unable to unhitch the trailer, so I called to cancel the tire installation. I was assured that I would get a refund, so I went on my way.Its been 6 months. Ive attempted several times to get a refund, with assurances each time that its been on the way, and nothing to show for it. This has been an ordeal to say the least, and the worst car buying experience Ive ever had. It was especially telling how quickly everyone there stopped caring after I signed the papers and gave them my credit card, like they couldnt wait for me to leave (but I was stuck there because the new keys were not in my hand yet). Im not sure if that is standard practice, or if I was just a special case because they knew I would be out of town shortly. Regardless, Im telling all my Utah friends and family to avoid any Larry H Miller properties if they want to have a decent experience car shopping.
Every time i get an oil change it takes more than an hour, last time it was an hour and a half. then they left someone else’s keys in my car and i had to drive all the way back to the dealership. i would avoid there service department.
When I showed up I waited outside as all bays were full. A dark haired gal with a tablet came out asked if i had a appt. Told her yes, she in a very rude voice asked for my phone no. She said rudely your not in the system staring at me, made me feel like I lied to her, I gave her my husbands phone no, she again said hes not in the system ( been coming there for over 20 years) very rudely asked me am I sure i have an appt. I told her YES, I felt like I was in the military being drilled. She asked who did you make the reservation with? Told her Craig, I asked her to please get Craig as I was about to leave as I dont deserve to be treated like that.Craig is a great asset to the company, he is the only reason I gave any stars at all.The company needs to do away with gals with the tablets, others have told me they were treat with very little respect by them. Others told me they are going to go to other Toyota dealers to get the work done with respect.Wow, what happened to customer service there? If I get treated like that again I to will go somewhere else.I did report it to the General Manager, I didnt feel like she cared.
Great experience! Jake listened to what I needed and was able to help me find a car that was affordable and fit into my budget. No high- pressure sales tactics. Thank you for a positive car buying experience.
Had agreed to go look at a vehicle with a salesman, did that and then started to negotiate the price. He kept going back and forth with a manager in the back. Out of no where this manager comes up to me and starts yelling at me saying that I had agreed to the price and that he would not move anything on it. That is the worst experience for many dealer I have received and in my opinion that is not how you do business. I will be updating this review with the managers name so people know to deal with and who to not. Went to Karl Malone Toyota the next day and got the exact same vehicle with a little extras for $100 less than this guy would do and without anyone yelling at me.
Carisa Miller is not your typical car sales person. She is genuine in the way she deals with you and does what she says she will do. She was also patient and answered all of our questions knowledgeably and thoroughly. Thank you for being honest and easy to work with Carisa! She is a good person and I feel any customer who is assigned to her will be treated well.
Brian was an absolute pleasure to work with. Listened to our wants and was able to find our perfect car. Had a horrible experience with another dealership, that didn’t have the time to answer our questions or to show us the car that fit our budget. Brian was great 👍🏻 We would definitely recommend him and Miller Toyota.
Paul was great!!! The market right now is completely insane, which means the sales people dont have to try very hard. I know this because I had two bad experiences at two other Toyota dealerships in the state recently. But Paul was awesome to work with, followed up on my questions quickly, didnt give me the usually annoying salesman B.S., and was patient with us that one time I had to bring my two kids in with me. ;) Also the finance guy (Im pretty sure his name was A.J.) was awesome to work with and didnt try to pressure and bully me about some of the extended warranty stuff. Very honest and helpful. I definitely appreciate that I had such a great experience here considering my recent poor experiences. Thanks Paul and A.J.!
I Love this Place, they treat customers with respect Salesman are not pushy & they listen to your needs.
They didnt find anything wrong and now my lane assist isnt working. It is a big deal for me to get a day off and bring in my car. I had it towed three times before taking it in. I dont know what to do. Everyone was very friendly. They did the recall work while I was there.
On 01/25/2021:My wife and I were very excited about the newly released RAV4 features and design, and just three weeks ago, we bought one from Larry H. Miller Toyota Murray, Utah, USA. It runs excellent, and we love it. However, a few alerts/errors constantly appear on the screen saying that contact your Toyota dealer to have the vehicle inspected for Cruise Control System, Stability Control System, All-wheel Drive System, and Pre-Collision System. The seat memory set did not work either.Toyota is known for producing reliable vehicles. Having such issues just within a few weeks after purchasing a new Toyota is not acceptable. The service department told me that the issues are solved, but when I went to pick up the car, I noticed they just deleted the alerts from the cars Alert History. The error was continuously popping up on the screen, and the memory seat was not working again. I am upset because if these things happen after three years of warranty, it will cost a lot to fix them.----------------------------------------------------------Update: 01/31/2021I went to the service department, and James somehow figured out setting up the memory seat. You have to recline the back of the seat down, pull the seat all the way forward, and then pull it back. Then, sit and adjust the seat and press the set and seat keys together to set up the memory.Alan Weeks also solved one of the bugs that kept popping up on the screen, saying, Error loading app, please try again later. The error was because I waived the Connected Services when installing the Toyota app on the phone. The RAV4 2021 has a 1-year safety connection service, and after that, if you want to renew it, you have to pay $8/month. Anyway, the error disappeared after subscribing to it in the Toyota app. Previously, I tried to create an account on the Toyota Entune, but it did not work out. With the new Toyota app, you no longer need Toyota Entune. I have to say that Alan is one of the smart guys working in there.Thank you guys at Toyota Larry H. Miller Toyota Murray for resolving the issues quickly.I still have no idea about the other four errors that have been removed from the car alert history! They do not appear again, which is good, but these errors dated back to October 04, 2020 (some pictures attached here). However, we purchased this 2021 RAV4 XLE Premium in early January 2021. Anyone any idea?
Super friendly and easy to work with, they took great care of me start to finish 👌🏻
