Scottys was recommended by a coworker and Im so glad that I went. Ive been going to Scottys for over 6 years and I havent regretted it once. Scott and his son Jordan, have always stepped up to help me with my cars in any way they could. Ive shown up on their doorstep with my car barely driveable (and NOT thru any mistake on their part but thanks to the mishandling at Pep Boys). Theyve worked me in despite how busy they are. All their customers are thru word-of-mouth. My supervisor started to taking his cars there and hes glad he did too.Repairs that I expected to be in the 1000s wasnt as based as what other mechanics said. Scott and Jordan did it for so much less.

Best experience we have ever had with an auto shop. A few friends referred us to Scotty’s, and after taking a couple vehicles into them I truly feel like they have earned our trust for sure. Very happy to finally have a mechanic that we felt treated our vehicles like their own and also isn’t ridiculously overpriced at the same time. This is a great small shop. They are honest and transparent. I had an issue with my AC system I couldn’t figure out. They diagnosed the issue and asked if I’d like to do the work myself to save money. I didn’t have the time so had them change the parts. The work was done within a day.

I had problems with my gear popping out and I wasnt sure why I thought transmission problems and my friend Karen Lewis told me to go to Scottys because she has taken her vehicles there for years. When I called Jennifer told me to take it to Freeway Transmission because they dont work on transmissions. I went to Freeway they asked who referred me and I told them Scottys. Then after the diagnosis they told me I actually need to go back to Scottys because my vehicle is special, that it goes through the A/C something or other. When I brought it to Scot at Scottys he said because I used their referral hell give me a discount after everything he honored it. I love how he was so honest at everything he said.I have other car troubles but didnt think it was imperative to get it done plus I was thinking it would be a lot of money so I started to save for it. Then I brought my vehicle to Scottys and told him about what was happening. He said he could get it done. I needed wiper spickets, one of my front lights wasnt working and a part on my inside door was totally broke. Scottys fixed everything and plus he noticed the back brake light went out and fixed it. Everything done was responsible priced.From now on I am using Scottys Auto Repair for all my vehicles. Hes honest and hard working and if he cant do it he will send you to someone who will. I trust Scots crew 110%! !!

We brought in my wifes car to Scott based upon the reviews, as our previous mechanic we used had closed up shop, and he did not disappoint. Scott was attentive and listened to the details as we explained what was going on with her vehicle. When he called me back he clearly explained the 3 issues that were causing the car the troubles we were experiencing, and he was able to fix them all at a great price! We were VERY happy with our experience here and will be bringing our vehicles here going forward. Would highly recommend Scott to anyone. Also his front desk receptionist was very kind, and took great notes when my wife had called on the phone to set up the appointment.

Take your car here, period. I was referred by Freeway Transmission (another great business) and Scottys was able to repair my car in about 2 days. The price dropped my jaw because he completely could have fleeced me as I thought I was having transmission issues, but he didnt at all. The price was way less than expected and they are SUCH nice people. The wait can potentially be long, but it is only because of the well deserved reputation of honesty and great work. These guys and girls here are amazing

If I could offer a 10 star, I’d do it! Scott fixed my ford 150 truck and did an incredible job replacing the wheel actuators. This was a difficult find, as the truck ‘moaned’ in 2 wheel drive. Scott was so concerned and considerate about spending my money, which is so unusual for a repair shop. He communicated with me through the whole repair, making appropriate recommendations as he was doing the repairs. He identified some lug bolts that were worn or stripped that would cause me problems if I got a flat somewhere, and the difficulty it would be to get them off. It’s nice to find a reputable repair shop that I can trust or recommend. In fact I’m taking my daughters car there this week! Thanks Scott and Jordan for running a professional and wonderful shop! Super friendly and helpful! We were in town for a few days and our air conditioning went out in our truck. They got us right in, were very helpful and knowledgeable. We were in and out in an hour and Scotty said that if the coolant does not hold, just to bring it back in. It is working just fine, and if we lived here he would be my go to mechanic.

Scottys is great at always helping us figure out what needs to be done whats the most efficient way to get there and all the options to help us figure out our budget. No one likes car repairs but its great to have a shop where you know you can trust them to be straightforward and get you back on the road.

The most trustworthy, friendly, and knowledgeable mechanic Ive been to. Ive never felt cheated when I take my vehicle here - on the contrary, during my last visit Scott waived a couple of the charges I wouldve paid since he was unable to completely resolve my cars issue (simply due to the nature of the issue, not because of any fault on Scotts behalf).Be aware that because it is a relatively small shop and only staffed by two mechanics, they are usually booked a few days out so you will need to call ahead and may have to look elsewhere if your vehicle needs an immediate fix. With proper planning this isnt a big issue and Id easily recommend Scottys Auto to anyone.

I had a list a mechanical issues I wanted fixed after getting a bid from the local BMW dealership in Murray. We had the bad luck of getting stuck with a dead car. We got a break when we saw Scotty’s Auto Repair close by. They were busy, and yet found time to take care of us, as fast as possible. They were very nice and helpful, and made sure that everything was working perfectly fine before we leave.My stereo was actually poorly wired.
