DO NOT have these guys run a diagnostic on your car. I recommend taking it to Jody Wilkinson or anywhere but here. I spent thousands fixing parts that didn’t need to be changed. Took my car to a small shop near me and came to find out it was just the AC clutch that needed to be changed.

Tried 4 times over a 3 month period, by web appointment and by online chat, to schedule service for my 2020 RDX...no response, no call, no acknowledgment, nothing. I bought my RDX from Jodi Wilkinson but live 1 1/2 miles from Mike Hale, so I felt it was much more convenient to get serviced here. Now they will never get the opportunity to get my money for anything.

Worst Acura service I have received! Brought our 2015 TLX in for an oil change, and the guy said we had a lot of miles on the car. My wife told him that 50k miles on a 6 year old car is not a lot of miles. The guy thought the car was a 2020 model. How does an Acura employee mistake a 2015 for a 2020? When the car was finished, they gave my wife the keys, said, “Here you go,” and left it at that. They went over nothing that they had done. Then they gave us a receipt that indicated they had washed and vacuumed the car, which they certainly did not do! NowI’m wondering if they even changed the oil or if they just reset the counter. Never going there again!

Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had in buying new car. Customer service after the sale was beyond bad. They never followed through on what they said they would do. The salesman need some serious customer service training. The simplest things that they said they would do didn’t get done. It was really an incredible bad experience.

Now that Chris has left the service department it is less than desirable.Made an appointment specifically for brakes inspection / service/ repair, oil change, rear diff service, and tire rotation and balance and 3 hours later they barely finished oil, diff, and tires.Chris would have had this done in complete in half the time. They need help!!!!What a joke. I will be taking my TLX elsewhere for brake service needless to say.

Service had my car for a long time without contacting me or keeping me updated on the status of repairs. When I finally contacted them and they said it was ready to pick up, I ended up paying an exorbitant 4-figure price for the repairs to a power steering leak. Only a couple weeks later the power steering was leaking profusely again. It was not fixed. This was not the first time they took advantage of me. But it is the last time I will ever take my car to them for service. Rip offs.

I went in to purchase a used Lexus from this dealership. I loved the car when I test drove it but the brakes were very squeaky. I asked the salesman if the brakes needed to be replaced and he said no and that it had a multi point inspection and everything was good. About 4 months later I was told during an inspection that I needed new brakes. Will not return to this dealership

I am leasing a 2020 RDX. Yesterday afternoon, I used the assist button inside after one of my tires popped while driving. I was informed that my particular vehicle doesn’t have a spare tire, so I chose to have it towed to Mike Hale Acura, the nearest dealership, which is not where I leased it. Granted, I got there about 5 minutes before closing on Thursday night, but I was told by the service manager that he would have to let me know in the morning if it could be fixed or if he would have to order the tire because they don’t keep it in stock, and neither does Jody Wilkinson, and then it would be Monday. At that time I asked if there was a loaner available and was told no due to COVID. James from service was the only redeeming factor so far from this experience, as he was kind enough to give me a ride home from the dealership. Hence the 2 stars.Chris from service called me this morning to let me know that they would have to order the tire for nearly $200 and it will arrive on Monday, or I could replace all 4 tires today with another brand they have in stock that I have never heard of nor does that make any sense, and he said he wouldn’t advise that. I told him to order the tire, and was told they still have no loaner vehicles. I also received a text message from him saying to reply to the text if I needed anything throughout my visit, I would reach him directly through the text. I text and asked if they could take care of my 5000 mile service while my car is there, even though my car is a few hundred miles short of 5000. I figured while it’s just sitting there, but I also understand if they can’t get me in. Just tell me. After 2 1/2 hours he hadn’t responded, so I text again a quick “did you get that”. about 2:30pm. Nothing. Wow. How unprofessional. Tomorrow is Saturday, and hopefully they redeem themselves. I will post an update.So they did finally replace my tire. That went smoothly once they got it in, and they delivered my car to me, I’m guessing because I didn’t have a way to pick it up, but still, good customer care.

I bought a used car from here. They stated they were the most relaxed, pressure free dealership around. Pressure free means not coming at me with a bunch of sales tactics. I wouldnt even mention this if they didnt state they were pressure-free. Sales pressure is expected unless you state your are pressure free. Then, almost 3 weeks later, they called me stating they forgot to do the emissions test. I live in a county that doesnt require emissions tests so having to get this done was incredibly annoying and difficult. But they still required it because the car was being sold in a county that does require emissions test. They at least reimbursed me for the cost of the test. Now, about 2 months later, I get a safety recall and told not to even drive the car until this is fixed. The recall has been open since September 2018. Dealerships and private sellers are not obligated to get recalls done prior to selling, but when a dealership neglects to do take care of it, it tells me they are shady and just looking to turn cars and couldnt care less about safety.TL;DR: Dealership lied about not being pressure-free. They forgot to do the emissions test and called me about it 3 weeks later. Then they neglected to fix or even notify of me the safety recall and the car shouldnt be driven until fixed.

Update: we get treated horrible through the phone and I also have a video recording of going into the building and getting the nukber to call. Worst place ever they had a customer who rear ended me in a rental car and have not got back to me or my insurance company for any type of repairs after a week and are not willing to do any coverage repair that is needed not helpful at all

Bought wifes 2015 TLX from this dealership, new. They call this pad wear normal. Did not take care of us. Wife always has taken car to them. They never mentioned it in any visit when they inspect the car. For those who dont know, this is not normal wear and tear. One pad is completely worn, and the other three have plenty of life left. Pad was stuck. If you buy from this dealership, dont expect good service.

The dealership is nice inside and out and easily accessible. I bought my car here and it has only ever been serviced here because I feel like they are honest and do a good job. The service department is excruciatingly slow. With that being said there are a few things that I really dislike here. The first being any time I come in to get a service which I have called ahead and scheduled a time when I show up they have no idea why I am there and I have to answer the same exact questions that I already told them over the phone. Probably the most bothersome thing is the lack of any type of relationship building from the sales staff or the service personnel. I love going places that are offering goods and/or services but it doesnt feel that way. When I come here I feel as if I am a number and and all the opportunities and touch points are very canned and impersonal. I never look forward to coming here and its truly disappointing because I have been to other dealerships where its not like this.

Mark was a great sales man. He greeted me and my in-laws within two minutes or so of us looking around the lot. He did not follow us around and ask us lots of questions like most sales men do. He just welcomed us to Mike Hale Acura and to let him know if we have any questions. My in-laws found an RDX they liked. We asked Mark to test drive it. Mark went over the vehicle and pointed out other RDXs that they received for trade in to give us more options. When my in-laws found the color they liked Mark gave us the keys to test drive and when we came back he asked how it was and did push or try and force us into the building to purchase the vehicle. Mark was a great sales men and was not pushy at all. I would recommend going to him when shopping at Mike Hale Acura.

Providing customer service is one thing, but genuinely caring about one’s customers is another. Earlier this week, I dropped something valuable between the seat and the console in my car and could not retrieve it. I stopped by Mike Hale Acura unannounced to see if anyone could help. Ryan, who was on his lunch break at the time, put down his food and ran over to see what the problem was. He greeted me warmly and then proceeded to spend his break using several different types of equipment to try to get the item removed. It is very rare in this day and age to find anyone who is as willing to go the extra mile as Ryan is. Never buy a car from this dealership!!! We purchased a used car for our daughter. A 2016 Toyota Corolla. She had most of her money saved to buy this car. We got it home 3 hours later realized the sunroof was broke. That was one thing we didn’t test. We called them immediately to see if they would look at it. Our salesmen was nice but his manager said there was nothing he could do and he had no authority. Why is he a manager if he can’t make decisions. $1,500 later we had to fix it on our own. A part was broken off. They claim they do a thorough inspection. Obviously they don’t. Plus take advantage of a 16 year old girl that has saved her money for a long time.

I can’t say anything for buying a car through Mike Hale because I got mine at a different dealer. However, the service experience I have had there is very good. I bought the three pack oil change and have been two times now. It is very convenient and they take great care of the car and clean it too for an amazing price! I’ve also had a few other things fixed on the car like the backup camera and seats and such under warranty and things went very smoothly.

If I could give negative stars I would. We bought our MDX in 2010 from Mike Hale. When we bought the SUV, we were offer free lifetime oil changes. There was no discussion of stipulations or requirements to continue to receive this perk. Today, we brought our MDX in for an oil change and was told that Mike Hale will no longer honor the lifetime oil changes since we do not service our vehicles with Mike Hale. We have been going to Jody Wilkinson because the fees are generally 10-20% cheaper for the same service. We requested the service rep called Jody Wilkinson to see that we have done the services there, his reply was “You should have Jodie Wilkinson do your free oil change”. Beware potential buyer.

The only reason why I gave this dealership a one star was that the salesman Jake was very helpful. I was going to purchase a car from them. I wasnt going to finance it through them. My credit union finished my loans papers, cut the check and i got insurance for the car. Then I was told because i didnt put a deposit down they sold the car even though they knew I was coming in later in the today to buy the car. This was not right!

Been there twice and both times they made me feel like a piece of meat waiting to get cooked.I was standing right there while they were talking about another customers bill how much did you quote him and this and that but it was how much they could ream him for.their was no hospitality whats so ever.The only sincere person was the mechanic whom came and took the car back to change the oil I believe he said his name was Steven he at least seemed to care.If it wasnt for buying the three pack oil change I wouldnt ever go back there. If thats how their customer service is I will definitely go with a different car make..

I have owned my Accura for 12 years, bought it brand new. They said Id have free oil changes for life of the car. So I drove the long distance every time it was due for an oil change. I have never done any other services here, they are just way to expensive. I came in today and they said because I didnt use them for other services they are voiding my free oil changes. No warning, never been an issue before. Very disappointed.

Do not purchase a car from here!!!We bought a used car about 45 days ago. Here is our experience:We wanted to use our credit union who we were pre-approved through and already did the credit check paper work. They said no problem. Well, when we decided to purchase the vehicle we were told we HAD to get a credit check through them and do all that paper work over through them. The sales guy told us it was the patriot act law. ( Not sure if this is actually the truth)2+ hours later we were driving home with car. Very soon after having the car we heard a noise from the rear end. Turns out the lug nuts were extrely loose ! Easy fiox but this is very dangerous.Took car back for emissions testing, rock chip repairs, and a non working turn signal. Got the car home for my husband to realize the service department broke the tail light when replacing the bulb. And the rock chip repairs are not even close to being repaired. I had to haul my kids back to the dealership to have them look at the tail light. Of course bin if the techs would guess up to it. Its obvious someone stuck something it to pop the tail light off but it actually chipped a chunk out of the tail light. After having to show pictures to prove we did not buy the car with a chiped out tail light they agreed to fix it. Its been 5 days and I have yet to hear anything for them.Now, my car has transmission problem!! Ive had this car less than 2 months and its sticking in 1st gear!They should not be selling vehicles with transmission problems!!This has been the worst experience purchasing a vehicle !Do not buy from here unless you want a lemon!

TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPT. My Tlx was under warranty and I took it in for a few issues I had been noticing like the clunkiness of the transmission and the driver side window rattling. Two things that would be covered under warranty. They said both were normal and only oiled my window and told me to use higher grade gas.I took my car to Jody Wilkinson for the exact same issues and they correctly diagnosed and fixed both issues and found a couple other things to fix under warranty. I would never take my Acura to mike hale for service again.

We were communicating back and forth sending information and paperwork and out of the blue they sent us a text and said they sold our car and then wouldnt answer the phone to talk about it. Lying service, stay away. We took our car in for service. They do a full inspections and price quote us over the phone. We agree to have one item done for $600 over the phone and has says he will email us the quote. We also wing by and grab and grab the paperwork. Funny the item we agreed to have fixed was not listed with a quote on the paperwork and he also never emailed it to us. We called today Monday morning asking if the car done like they said it would be. We called again at noon and they said it would be done with in the hour (this was a 3 hour job) at which time they finally emailed the quote now showing $750.In essence they failed to provide paperwork for a quote on multiple occasions when we asked for it until it was finished.

He genuinely cares if you are satisfied and make sure in the end that you are.One thing they could improve on if they really want to impress their customers and convince them to buy a new Acura...loan out CLEAN cars that have a FULL TANK of gas and DO NOT let a tech fill it up who smells...it lingers. On the phone they said two different things for prices and availability for oil changes on different makes of cars. Then get a voicemail from some dude saying they cant do what was already promised. But when i got there as i disregarded that message due to two people telling me i was scheduled and good to go for the oil change three pack, there was no problems as i confirmed the 3 pack but it was for 129.99 when they guaranteed me on the phone at 107 but its okay i was still able to get my oil change with a three pack and everything worked out. They do need to get with their staff to confirm prices and products.

Through out the whole conversation he kept a smile on his face, showed interest, was engaged the whole time and was very friendly. Im reviewing the service department only. I wont be going back. I initially had some basic work done here. Pricey as expected but no real issues. However, I took my 08 Acura TL in some months back so they could look into a prominent grinding sound and sensation upon accelerating. As I expected, they determined it was a loose heat shield and did the repair at no additional cost. It turned out, unfortunately, that this had done nothing to solve the issue. I took it back in, drove with a service tech, and they kept my car for awhile trying to locate the source. After days, they were unable to do so, having saying they listened and looked while running it for hours. When I got home (a few miles away) and shut off my car, the fan kept running for a long time. Concerned, I called them and they said it was probably nothing to worry about. The next day, my car overheated and my engine died after driving a few miles. It turned out they had cracked the coolant reservoir, causing the coolant to shoot out everywhere and my engine to overheat. They told met to try to drive it back, but the car wouldnt start and shouldnt have been started anyway. They sent their techs out to me, filled up the coolant, and took it back in. They fixed the reservoir, but my engines heads may well have been warped in the whole process and Im not sure of the damage to it. I could never get a hold of them after that, but did get my car back after hours. The original grinding is as bad as ever, but my car is running for now. So I have mixed feelings, but my complaints are that they couldnt solve this simple issue, that they created a bigger problem, that they didnt bring me up to speed on the state of my engine, and that they would never call me to let me know my car was ready while taking much longer than they estimated. They were probably glad to just get me and my car out of there at that point. I do appreciate the initial service and courtesy, and their coming to me and then fixing the coolant reservoir, but I question the mechanical and diagnostic competency of this service department and the lack of proactive communication. Hoping my vehicle isnt damaged and holds up. Ill deal with the initial issue sometime later I think.

What a refreshing experience. Drove 350 miles to purchase a new car. Knew what I wanted from looking at the Mike Hale website. Narrowed it down to a couple of cars. Met with Mark Sneed and Lynn Cameron in the sales department and had world class treatment. They didnt sell me a car---they helped me buy one. Took the time to go over features and benefits of every car. Bought a 2017 Acura MDX and drove it home. Before that, they gave me a tutorial on the operation of the car. They really knew their stuff. Also, a big thank you to Gabi in the business office. She was knowledgeable and made the closing very pleasant. Looking for a new or used car---see these people. Recommend them without reservation.

I can not tell you have greatful I am to the service staff at the dealership. I was traveling from Denver to Nevada to visit my 91 yr old father. I had a mechanical issue on I 70 and was towed to Murray. The took me as an emergency and fixed my car at 3:00 in the afternoon. They went above and beyond. Than you soooo much.

This place has really stepped up its customer service. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Made me feel like they really cared that they got it right. The phone system has me listen to three recorded messages before I get to a real human, but the human was helpful. When I called to schedule service the lady could not have been quicker with available times and figuring out just what kind of service I needed. I mentioned needing a ride back to the TRAX (light rail hub) and she said it would be no problem. However, a day later when I brought the car in, the service man who took my keys and checked the car told me he would have me out the door in a half hour. I told him about the shuttle request and that was new to him. But in five minutes they called me for the shuttle. Tiny connections and tweaks will improve the performance, but they really behave like they want to go the extra mile for you, and that attitude goes a long way in my book. Super thanks to the service department. And the courtesy car wash looks like a superior detailing job. Thats terrific service.

I have purchased my first Acura TL from MHA in 1998 it was with all available options. It was my first brand new car. I still have it with 247K+ miles on it, and it run like a top! Since then I have purchase Legend, two MDX, ILX. I also purchase a RDX and they ran it thru the service and check to see if it was worth buying. MHA have done at least five safety recalls services, and all of our basic maintenance on our vehicles. They also done multiple cutesy transmission repair on our TL, and Legend over the years. After gone thru three sale representatives, three store manager, four services managers, five services representatives, two locations, three building upgrades. MHA get my recommendations for all my clients if they are interested in a new or used Accura. Dont get me wrong for every vehicles that I purchase I still do my due diligent on the history of the vehicles, title status, accident reports, recall report, major required maintenance like water pump, timing belt, head gasket at around 80k-100k miles, and I a frank conversation with Ryan services rep on the vehicles condition. Over the year everyone at MHA has alway been frank and honest with all my purchases. As for community services, Nita has done more for Murray High School than anyone I know. She care about the future of the students so much and she recruit local business leader to present on career day for the student to experience their live. Currently Jake is probability the most honest sale rep in the valley. Keep in mind I have about 30 plus car dealers as our client on a weekly basis. These vehicles are so well design and tested but they are only as good as the person who take care of them. Our extent family own 35 Honda vehicles. I also own Honda snow blowers, trimmers, mowers. Too bad they do not make a good truck.

Wish I could give zero stars... We drove down from Twin Falls to look at a GMC Yukon we found on KSL. It drove good, was clean and it was priced reasonable enough to drive down to take a look. After we test drove it we headed on our way to drive another car (private treaty sale also found on KSL). About 5 minutes after we left the dealership we got a call from Stuart, the sales manager. He asked what it would take for us to turn around and come purchase the car. I told him the price it would take, which he could not meet, so we continued on to look at the other car. He called us again and came down on the price, which at that time we liked the price of the car but had already made plans to go look at the other car. After some back and forth communication with the salesman Mark, I texted Mark and let him know we would buy the car at the agreed upon price. His response was, Congratulations. When do you want to pick up the car? I let him know it would be in a week or so, to which he responded with a thumbs up and said Keep me posted as to when. Text me photos of [your drivers licenses]... then I can start preparing documents. He also asked for our insurance card, so I added the Yukon to our insurance policy and sent that over after Memorial Day weekend. All is well right??? So we thought... We are started on paperwork, working on completing as much as we can so we can go down and pick the car up without any hassle at the dealership. I was told that putting a deposit down would not matter in reserving the car (we were planning to pay cash and they knew it). While in the process of completing the paperwork, I got a text saying the car was sold. What?!?! How can you sell it to someone else when we have already started paperwork? I called Mark and he didnt answer, but he would text me. I was told that another family was coming to look at the car that night and buy it for the asking price. So essentially they stood us up in our agreement and sold it to someone who hadnt even showed up to look at it??? When I asked why they were able to sell it to someone else when we had started the paperwork, he told me that it was because we hadnt filled out the credit application online and so they didnt have our info verified, which is really ridiculous because we sent them our drivers licenses (as if that isnt official enough) and we were paying CASH!!! Why would the finality of the sale depend on a credit application? Im sure if we had filled out the credit application they would have come up with another excuse, but I think the real reason was because the other customer was willing to pay full price and the car was still on the lot according to Stuart. Sad what the world has come to and what people are willing to do to make a buck... VERY VERY VERY FRUSTRATING for my wife and I as this was a car we had filtered out of about 300 cars we had sorted through for a couple months. I would not recommend this place at all, they have SNAKEOIL SALESMEN written all over them. If you walk in with cash and plan to walk out with a car Im sure youll be fine, but for everyone else, stay away!!!

It could have been better but the credit card machine was broken when I went to pick up my car from the service department. I told them to call me when it was fixed and I’d pay right away, 8 hours later while I’m in a meeting I get a call, then another, then another... 9 calls in under a hour and 2 texts including one from the service manager saying I need to call immediately. I understand they want to get paid for the service but that was absolutely ridiculously obsessive and borderline harassing. When I brought the number of calls up to the service manager, Monica, I received a quick I’m sorry that seemed to lack any sincerity. Will think twice before bringing our Acura back here.

The staff is nice but is really pushy and their repair costs are insane. I was able to do most of their suggested maintenance repairs myself for a fraction of the cost that they were going to charge me. If our car didnt have a warranty on it, I would not take it here.

I dont really ever leave bad reviews, but this time I dealt I had to. I brought my car in to Mike Hale Acura toget a seatbelt replaced because the sensor was going off. Asked them to also check if there was any recalls. They said there were none (foind out later it was a total lie).So I left my MDX with them. Chris said they replaced the buckle. I drove away and the sensor went off again. Turns out they replaced the wrong seat belt....AND there is a recall for the seatbelts!!! Mike Hale Acura (and Chris) wanted to charge me $100 for a diagnostic and then $2500 to replace the onboard computer!Love my MDX! Ill never go there again. I found out about the recallbecause Zeeway at TSW AUTO checked with the guys and Jody Wilks Acura and they confirmed the recall.

It is probably the best dealership service I have ever had. Definitely sticking with these guys because I know I will completely satisfied and it will be timely! Short story: ended up going to Jody Wilkinsons (didnt have the car but they said theyll call me, when they do) I will be going back there.Full story: Came in with the full intention of purchasing a 2019 TLX. My wife and I waited in the lot (looking at said car) and lobby for about 20 minutes before even being approached. Once we got approached, the salesman seemed nice and attentive, we went out for a test drive. Upon conclusion of the test drive, he hands me his card as he proceeds to dismissing us (goodbye and all). During the test drive he asked about our interest in buying the car, I didnt catch that (my mistake I guess). As hes walking away, to show interest, I asked about working out numbers for the car, hes response was along the lines of Well 37k plus 10 percent, thats about 40k and continued walking. At some point during that final exchange, I heard the following remark; if you have any questions or interest, call me, its a good thing youre rich so youll be able to afford it.

Came here to test drive a car that I had found online, Jeff helped me when I arrived, told me about the car I was looking at, was very helpful, everything you would expect from a car salesman. After the test drive I told him I was going to go check out a few other cars because I wanted to be sure I was getting the right one for me, he didnt try to pressure me or tell me not to or anything, just said that made sense and hed be ready to help me if I decided this was the right one.Eventually decided on that car and called up Jeff and told him I was coming in. He immediately sent the car back to be detailed so that it would be perfect for me to take off the lot, he had the paperwork all ready to go and the process of buying the car went great. Absolutely no complaints about anything with Jeff, or anything else at the dealership, would definitely recommend.

Purchased a used car from the lot, after driving home less then 15 miles the engine began to misfire and oil pressure was lost. Service Dept towed the vehicle from my driveway back to the dealership. After several days it was found to have a faulty AC Delco oil filter that crushed inside the housing causing the loss of oil pressure. (Gardner the service guy) assured me that they changed the filter to a Toyota oil filter this time. Also at the time of purchase I was told that they had conducted a transmission service on the vehicle. Fast forward 1 month vehicle has been driven less then 300 miles. While in the middle of nowhere the vehicle begins misfiring and lost oil pressure. After having it towed to my home, I drained the oil and pulled the filter. What did I find? Another AC Delco oil filter not the Toyota filter that they claimed it was replaced with. The Service Dept could not explain how that happened, I also had Toyota Dealer check the transmission the fluid hadn’t been changed. This dealership will lie to you, and the service Dept is completely incompetent. Owner that seems to reply to these reviews no need to contact me I don’t want anything to do with your business.

Expect to be charged for things your car does not need when taking it in for service here. Just over a year ago I took my Acura TL In because of a bad seat belt buckle. By law, seatbelts must be fixed by the manufacturer under warranty for the life of the vehicle. They did replace that and gave me no hassle for it, but told me I had a severe oil pump failure as well as failing seals on the power steering pump. They told me both were leaking on the timing belt and could cause it to slip. That would result in valves hitting pistons and the end of my engine. The service advisor basically scared me into believing my car wasnt safe to drive. The total for all this work was $1700. I decided to go ahead and do it because my timing belt was due for a change in the near future and it had to be replaced anyway. I got my car back and everything worked as it should and I had no problems. Recently I had a small oil pan gasket leak. Im not a mechanic, however I do know how to fix some things. I got working on the oil pan and was surprised to see how bad of shape it was in. I was doing some research online and just happened to come across some information that showed the only way the oil pump could be replaced is to remove the oil pan. I called a friend who is a mechanic, he looked at the oil pan and gasket and told me there was absolutely no way it would be leaking or look like it does if it had been replaced only a year ago. Upon further inspection he told me it looked like none of that part of the engine had been opened up recently, and has probably not been touched since the car was built 14 years ago. Same story with the power steering pump. So last year, I paid for all this work at Mike Hale, nearly $2,000, to find that only my timing belt was replaced and nothing else. I have nerve to report this to the better business bureau. If youre considering taking your vehicle here for service, look somewhere else. Unfortunately, Mike Hale Acura falls into the stereotype of dealerships who do nothing but rip people off.

My 2007 (which actually is NOT an Acura) was in desperate needs for new tires, they were balding and had little to no traction in the snow. I did not want to deal with tire only installation companies or a previous dealership that I bought from. I knew that I wanted to be able to trust someone and have an amazing experience with not only buying new tires but replacing them. I knew a few people in my area who had a Mike Hale Acura or had visited who loved their experience so I had to try for myself.Surely enough, I was not disappointed! The wait was minimal and the staff were extremely nice and told me BEFORE what the price was going to be, the labor etc. In a lot of businesses today they like to skip such normalcys. In all honesty it was probably one of the smoothest if not smoothest experiences I have had with a car dealership and love the tires they recommended. After the tires were put on they gave me a free car wash and I was on my way! I am so glad I stopped by Mike Hale Acura and will be visiting there again soon despite my Acura that is not an Acura!!! :D

I brought my Acura in for service because I kept feeling cold air blowing on my feet when the heat was on. I paid $100 to be told there is nothing wrong, & they asked “are you sure you had the heat on?” Yes, sir.. im not an idiot. They told me nothing was wrong with that, but there is lots wrong with the engine. $2000 with of damage actually. But definitely nothing wrong with the heat, which is what I brought it in for..That seemed suspicious, so I brought it to a normal mechanic shop (since Acura apparently can’t diagnose my Acura..) the other shop said the $2000 worth of repairs that I was told I needed was totally bogus. My car was fine. They DID however find that there was a crack in the air filter case, & a chunk of plastic had broken off, leaving a 3” hole that cold air was blowing through. He showed it to me. Nothing even had to be taken apart to see it. All it took was him bending over, & shining his flashlight above where my feet go on the passenger side.Thanks for making me drive 2 hours to you, & pay $100 for absolutely nothing, Mike Hale Acura.. Stellar customer service.

I purchased a certified Acura TL 5 years ago from Mike Hale. The purchase was as painless as car buying can be. There were a few cosmetic blemishes on the car and they took care of those both inside and out before the purchase was completed. Since then, I have taken it here for every oil change, tire change and any other maintenance (and there hasnt been that much). The car has been fantastic and will stay in my family for years and the service guys are top notch, particularly Ryan and Chris. I was previously a BMW owner and the treatment you get from the service department alone is so much better that I will be an Acura owner for life.
