We purchased a vehicle from here recently and had a really great experience. They were helpful, accommodating, and did all they could to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We recommend them if you are looking for a used vehicle.

False advertised on vehicle they sold me, the service trying to get the vehicle fixed was poor, took over 3 months and multiple times bringing the car in for them to finally address one of my concerns, fixed stuff that didnt need to be fixed while not fixing the obvious leaks I asked to be fixed. Out of the main and obvious leaks on the bottom of the car, they only fixed one of them and had the car for 3 weeks before they even touched it. I get they only had one mechanic but I waited for over 3 months to get the problems fixed and in the end only got 1 thing fixed before I said forget about it. They where hard to work with and the beat service I ended up getting was from one of teen relatives that was translating for us. Overall, sold us a lemon of a vehicle and had to spend more then the vehicle was worth on repairs with other shops since they wouldnt address the problems I kept bringing up since basically day one. Definitely wouldnt recommend buying a car from them. The mechanic seemed okay and I feel bad if he really was the only mechanic their but every other aspect of the experience their was crazy stressful and poor customer service.

Jeanettes Auto tuned up my Chevrolet Truck K1500 1997 with spark plugs OEM style, air filter, wires, cap and rotor, fuel filter and pcv valve, oil change and emission. The parts were ready when I arrived and they did a wonderful job. I am grateful to have the work done and plan to return.

Amazing recommended a million percent

The seats of the truck were so dirty my husband had purchased seat covers for them -- which were so ugly I couldnt stand it. We took it in for a detailing and they got them clean!!! The truck looks amazing and the service was great. Highly recommend!

Always come here for my car renewal and today came in for the same thing also for my oil change and as always amazing service from Jeanette and her amazing crew.

Unfortunately the front desk lady Roxane is dishonest. After I signed the receipt she added a note. I tried to explain that it was not ethical to add something after the customer signs, she immediately got defensive a lied. Said that she had added that before I signed. One of the mechanics confirmed she added it before and she refused to acknowledge. The whole thing was unfortunate for the shop and us. Will never recommend or go back. Honesty is so important.

I got my fuel pump done over there I was really satisfied with the job I like it I recommend going here.
