My AC went out on a Friday night. First thing Monday morning the guys from West Brothers were there. The service guys were quick, honest and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my AC with a quick and easy part they already had in the van. They did not try to upsell me on service, parts or components I didnt need. I would highly recommend this company!

My AC went out in the middle of summer. Todd and his guys showed up quickly and did great work. The pricing was fair and our house now cools down better than it has every done before. I could not recommend West Brothers enough.

Our A/C went out right in the middle of a heat wave, and Todd and his team got us in within a few days and gave us an awesome price. We did get bids from other places as well and they were several thousand dollars higher than West Brothers, and they would have taken another week to do the install. West Brothers was awesome - professional, gave us a better system than we had before, and did everything the right way (the prior carrier we used had wired everything wrong, didnt have things up to code, etc...). West Brothers took good care of us, moved things around to get us in fast, and did an excellent job. Cant recommend them enough.

I received four different bids to replace our old air conditioner. Wasnt looking for the lowest bid, that just how it turned out. I was looking for the most professional and reliable company. Checking google reviews goes along way as well. Todd from West Brothers was the last person who came to our house and gave us a bid. I was pretty frustrated with the first three companies and Todd was a refreshing change. Friendly (not false friendly), honest and to the point. Todd didnt try to rush me or try the quick sale. He told me about his company and what they try to do for their customers.The installation couldnt have been smoother. These guys know their work. No surprises, no hiccups and we couldnt be happier. Theres a reason why this company has so many positive reviews. I wouldnt look anywhere else for our heating and air conditioning needs.

Our AC went out over the weekend and they got us up and running when the outfit that did the initial install fell through. The other guys were going to charge us for a new control board and motor, but John said that wasn’t necessary and the motor was under warranty. The total repair was a fraction of what we expected it to be. My family has used West Brothers for years, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

New Furnace, Central Air and couldnt be happier! These guys are awesome, professional, clean, and super nice. They did a fantastic job replacing my old 20 year furnace with brand new. The job was well done and the communication was top notch. Wont go anywhere else for my furnace and air conditioning needs. Trust these guys!

Wow! West Brothers, Inc walked me through cleaning the flame sensor over the phone.....OVER THE PHONE!!! They could have easily had me schedule an appointment and then charge me $100. Nope. Not West Brothers, Inc. These guys are honest straight-shooters. Weve done business with West Brothers multiple times and I refuse to go anywhere else.

They are one of the best. Honest and they wont sell you anything you dont need.

This is my second experience with West Brothers, first time was a service call on a 30 year old AC unit. Didn’t want to replace, selling the home, Todd understood and did all he could to solve the problem. System worked better than it has for years but died 2 months later, real hot summer. Called Todd for bid, came out same day. Got bid the next day and started install the next day. Tried to get a second bid, contractor was booked out over a month and was priced over $1,000 higher for similar equipment. Worked was completed in a timely manner and their workmanship is very professional. Granted the previous system was very old but the new system works so well it feels like a different home, quiet and very cool. I am a retired construction manager, wish I would have had more people like this to work with when I was in the business! These guys are good!

Todd was amazing! We have been without AC for 3 days in really hot temps with a 2 year old. We mistakenly tried going with one of those big dumb companies that you hear about on the radio that says they can come today. Biggest mistake ever. We were strung along for 2 full days and nights (my husband sat up til 1 in the morning waiting for a tech from Whipple to show up....never did). Finally, I called Todd with West Bros. He was super busy and booked out, but he was able to squeeze us in between jobs. What a lifesaver. He came quickly, was extremely king and helpful, honest, and didnt try to sell us something we didnt need. He simply fixed the problem quickly (less than an hour), charged us a very fair price (way less than expected), and was on his way to his next lucky customer. I will never use anyone else. More than impressed with West Brothers. They came out and gave us a bid for a new AC unit for our 100-year-old Sugarhouse home, and it was less than HALF the cost of the two other big, local companies. They came in and within the day had the new unit set up and running - just in time before the temps hit the 90s! They worked quickly, did an immaculate setup, install and cleanup job, and the AC unit itself is beyond quality (and gorgeous, in my opinion!)Would recommend to everyone!

Spent a miserable weekend with no AC. Had two separate companies come out and quote, try to talk me into a whole new system and then never get back to us. Not only that but charged us for an after hours visit. We have used West Brothers for our heating and air conditioning needs for years. Most recently, our furnace went out on New Years Day, with freezing temps outside. Once we contacted Todd West (he was actually out of town for the holiday) he came directly to our house on his way home from his travels...on a Saturday. He was very efficient in getting our furnace in working order and for a fair price. We have always found West Bros to be hard-working, honest, efficient and very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone!

We had our furnace go out over the weekend. Todd West called me on a Sunday morning and walked me through a switch reset. Burner fired up. Heat! He was helpful and explained possible issues and what to do if the problem reoccurs. He saved me a service visit, especially during the weekend. No charge for his help. We called West Brothers Heating & Air for some duct work a couple years ago and had a very positive experience then. Two for two. We will definitely use West Brothers whenever we have heating needs. Highly recommended.

West Brothers takes care of my companies waist oil heating and do an outstanding job.

After a technician from a different company failed to fix my furnace and told me that replacement for several thousands of dollars was the only option, I called West Brothers. They promptly sent over John, who isolated the issue to a switch within 20 minutes. John replaced the switch and left us with our furnace working for less than $150! Highly recommend West Brothers!

Our a/c went out today. It was 95 outside and 88 inside. Miserable day! Called West Bros and talked with Todd. He was over to our place within 1/2 hour. Fixed the problem in about 15 mins. Air is blowing. Itll take the rest of the night to get back to normal. First time using West Bros, but it will not be our last! Very inexpensive! Could have charged me tons because we were desperate. Very honest!!!

West Brothers just replaced my old undersized furnace with a larger more efficient furnace. My house now stays cool in the hot weather. Todd, John and his guys do excellent work at honest and fair prices. I highly recommend them.
