Every single person I spoke with was fantastic. Their office manager/receptionist was friendly and helpful. Their Sales Rep Katie was super flexible and accommodating to my schedule. She came and talked to us about different options and made great recommendations. She had great product knowledge and was easy to work with. Today our installers arrived on time and worked diligently to make our system perfect. Thank you Ethan, Carter and Jesus for such a quality installation. They did meticulous work and I am really impressed with the outcome.

After having a great experience with them in the winter, I knew exactly who to call when our A/C unit was not keeping up with the recent high temperatures! They sent a tech out to take a look, and I appreciated that they presented options of repairing or replacing with no pressure. We decided to replace (since our unit was quite old) and from the office staff, to the sales staff, to the installers it all went seamlessly! They were courteous, professional and informative. I filed a warranty request through my builder (one of many) to have my fireplace looked at because it was not staying lit. Bills Comfort Systems had Nick come to assess the problem. It ended up being the thermocoupler, but while Nick was here he did a full overhaul of the fireplace (cleaned the glass, touched up some of the paint, vacuumed it out). The fireplace looks and works like it is band new again. After having several negative experiences with other contractors for other warranty issues, it was refreshing to work with someone who cares about their work and their customers.

Ethan was very pleasant and very knowledgeable with my superior fireplace. He got it up and running quickly and I was very pleased with what they charged for their service. This place gave me the worst service. I called to have my fireplace insert serviced and they made an appt. I had to call back twice because the service guy never showed up the first time. When he finally showed up he didnt have the right part, he told me he would call me when the part came in and took the part with him. Two months later I call back to see if the part is in and they dont know what Im talking about and say they will have the tech call me. He never does. I call back three separate times and they just say the same thing, Ill have the tech call you.I would not use this company to service or buy anything.
What a great Experience to be a customer of Bills Comfort Systems. Im preparing to finally finish my basement. When my home was built in the early 80s, the builders put my furnace at the end of the house instead of centrally located. I needed a new system, and to have the entire system relocated with new duct work. I also wanted a new wood burning fireplace, and this was something that Bills offers as well. I received 5 separate bids, and overall Bills comfort system was definitely the way to go. Marcus was very helpful and great to work with. He was not pushy, and did not try to up sell me something that was not in my best interest. He was very informative, and explained exactly what needed to be done. The crews were very professional and courteous, and had no problem with me hanging around watching them work and asking questions. (Im always interested in learning about other trades.) I highly recommend Bills Comfort System to anyone looking for a new HVAC system or fireplace.
They replaced a 50+ year old home made boiler heating system with an energy efficient furnace and a/c, along with humidifier and special filter. They had to install the duct system, as the old one was unusable, even though most of the basement was finished. We were amazed at how they could install the new ducts without cutting into the ceiling (fortunately, the hallways were drop ceilings). Bill and Kevin were extremely efficient, cleaned up after themselves and did a wonderful job. We are delighted how the system is working as the heating season is starting.
We have used Bills Comfort Systems for years. Their techs are knowledgeable and honest. They give great service and economical recommendations. Theyve now replaced our furnace, and a/c and our house is toasty in the winter and cool in the summer. If you are in the market for a new furnace or a/c, or need repairs done, I would highly recommend Bills Comfort Systems. They are hands down the BEST around.
Was in a pinch after heater broke down. They scheduled an install super fast the day after thanksgiving. Brandon and Eaton did a quality job at a fair price.
They were on time and the installation was pretty smooth. The cut they made into the sheet metal for the filter was not a great job but it works with a struggle...but not smooth like you would think it would slide for the $.My only real complaint was the writing on the rebate sheet. The s/n numbers were not legible... 8s looked like 6s, Ps looked like Ds... they just need to get the tech a new pen that writes more precise:) I was able to figure it out and correct it...but I feel if I had just thrown it in the mail I dont think the gas company would have accepted it for the rebate.**** I would recommend this company though
Had a new water heater and ac/furnace put in a couple years ago. They did a great job then and I was happy with the with the work. Everything had been working great up until a few weeks ago when we found out the water heater stopped working. Contacted bills comfort systems in the morning. Found out it was covered by warranty. So, we had a new water heater by the end of the day. Great people and great customer service! We will continue to refer our friends and neighbors when they need it. Thanks Marcus!
Dave came out and fixed our A/C. He was the nicest guy and gave us excellent customer service. He called us in the morning to let us know a time frame of when he would be over then called us 20 minutes before he came. He is very knowledgeable, kept his work area clean and gave us great tips to keep our heating and air conditioning in tip top shape! We really appreciated everything he had to offer and will use him in the future!
These guys are the best around!! From the lady I think her name was Glenda in the office to David. They really care about you and will do whatever they can to help even if they’re are busy. I thought this other company that came out were going to kill my tenants from carbon monoxide from how they halfway tried to fix my unit. When I called and talked to Glenda she told David about this and they were out there in a couple of hours to look at it for me and make it right!! Honesty is hard to find nowadays!! That’s why I will never use any other company but these guys again!! Love you guys thanks for all you do!!
This company rocks! A friend recommended Bills Comfort Systems. I priced them and others and their price was the best of four companies. They worked with me on providing the best install for the air conditioner. They explored many options with me and took the time to resolve all my concerns and questions. They were patient and worked through delays caused by the other contractors working on my house. Bills know what they are doing.
I had Bills Comfort Systems do new install work for me earlier this year in my home. While they were in my home, I also opted to have them service my heating and AC units. Last night, our furnace wouldnt turn on. I called the main number for Bills and the woman that answered the phone wasnt helpful at all. She even made comments like, you live in West Jordan, wow thats really far away.... I didnt realize that a 20 minute drive was really far away. She then notified me that the soonest she could have someone to my house to look at the furnace was 6-days away. I politely declined her offer and told her I would contact someone that could come out sooner. Her next comment to me was, yeah, well thats too bad since we worked on your home earlier this year... I called Action Plumbing, didnt mention my previous call, and was told they would have a technician to my home today. You would think in the socially driven business world that we live in today, especially in the services space, that companies would be more aware of the importance of customer service. Im not implying that Bills Comfort Systems should have dropped everything to run out to my home but 6-days seems a little excessive when nighttime temperatures are between 38-45 degrees. Add the delay to her comment of where I live, it comes across as them being unwilling to help customers that they were more than happy to take money from before.
Bills comfort Systems replaced my furnace several year ago.Their price was the best around ( a fraction of more well known companies) and their service was excellent.Highly recommended
I had them install two 95% furnaces for $4,000. They did a great job and they work beautifully. I also had them repair my gas fireplace and they threw that in free. Wow, what a company.

I wouldnt recommend Bills Comfort Systems to anyone. We purchased an air conditioner and furnace from them in 2010. The air conditioner has been leaking freon ever since we bought the unit. Weve had to have Bills Comfort Systems come out twice (in 2012 and in 2014) and they added freon both times. The second time they came out, they charged a $200+ service fee for a unit that was less that 5 years old! The receptionist was incredibly rude, argumentative, and didnt even offer any solutions to remedy the situation when I called. Now, in 2016, we are having the same problem, but I will call another company because Id rather pay someone who will actually stand behind their work and fix the problem.
This place is a total rip-off. My mother bought a HVAC system from them and I bought one right after she did. Hers had to be replaced right after the warranty went out. Mine was installed incorrectly (not enough air flow causing the furnace to overheat) and had to be completely uninstalled and then reinstalled on a bas that allowed more air flow. Now a $600 fan went out that I will have to pay for. Avoid this place like the plague.
My son in law bought a fireplace from another person and installed it in our home. Rather than using the old pipe that came with the fireplace he bought all new from Bills. Later when we were trying to light the fireplace for the first time we were having some issues so he called Bills to request a service call. Salesman Cade took the call and shortly after my son in law got a text message from Cade that said, Want to hear something funny? That guy that bought the fireplace on KSL and bought the pipe from us just called and wants us to come down and check his installation because he has an inspection Monday.Totally unprofessional. Dont use this company for anything. We werent asking for anything but professional service.
