I cant think the McBee crew enough for the personalized service i received last week. My old unit was tested for failure and Jim contacted me within a few hours about my options. The crew was there the very next day to remove old unit and put new in place for hookup the next morning after some custom ductwork had to be made overnight. In two short days a new, far superior unit was installed and running. Great service and skilled craftsmanship from these guys, i highly recommend!

Our son, Paul A. Haws, who owns Paul Haws Construction in Murray, Ky. recommended McBee Heating & Air to us when our central unit gave up the ghost. They came within 2 days to assess our needs and agreed with Paul that the unit was not salvageable. We authorized replacing it, paid a deposit, and they ordered the new unit immediately. It arrived 2 days later, and they installed it the next day in just a few hours and collected our final payment. It works perfectly, and we are absolutely thrilled and very comfortable now.Their staff members were all very friendly and professional. We prefer to pay cash for everything, but they did offer easy financing options. It was a pleasure doing business with this family-owned company. We would not hesitate to call on them for routine inspections and maintenance when needed if our son cant get to us.

McBee replaced our old unit last year. Best return on our money. Unit is quieter, many times more efficient, lower utility bills and no worries about the unit failing during extreme temperatures.

Worst HVAC company in the area! Justin is rude. I have lightning damage at my house and he refuses to work with insurance to ensure that my damages are covered. Had them out multiple times and nothing was ever fixed. Charged me $75 2 different times and didnt fix anything. Im a local electrician and will not be giving them any referrals anymore. I have nothing but bad things to say about this company. Company has went downhill since Justin has taken over. As a contractor I have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and want to make sure my customers are beyond happy. This company could care less. I suggest doing business elsewhere

I called Mc Bee at about 7am with a A/C problem, within a couple of hrs the service tech was there and he got it back back going but has to order parts. So Im happy with Mc Bee and definitely recommend them. Thanks for the quick response.
