Absolutely would not recommend. Was a complete disaster from day one of calling them. Paid 6,000 dollars for a unit that still to this day doesn’t work right. Leaked all over our ceiling two months after they installed it. Was told they would fix all the damage. Finally got someone out here months later to change the sheet rock. Till this day two years later still have never got anybody to paint anything. And as of tonight tried to turn the air conditioning on and once again it’s not working. Last summer it was one excuse after another. And I’m sure that’s what i will get this year too. Worst company I’ve ever done business with.

I have a rental house in Murray and my tenets heat went out 2 weeks ago. I have not heard an update and the day they came to fix it, they left the unit torn apart with parts in the yard. This has been the worst experience by a business that I have ever seen. The amount of money that is charged for this type of service will be further reported.Updated...Michael, the manager called and explained what went wrong and sincerely apologise for the miscommunication. While the experience could have been better, it was nice of him to reach out and follow up personally. Nice job Michael!

Excellent service! No heat and they came right out, repair man was very knowledgable of my unit, knew just what to look for (and it wasnt even their usual brand), had the part in stock. Heat back on and running in less then an hour. And the staff was very friendly when I called.

I am a Service Technician for a Trane Comfort Specialist in Louisville, with six years experience in the field, a KY Journeymans and a Masters license. My mother lives in Murray and called me this morning to say her air conditioning wasnt working. Being so far away and on call this week, I was unable to get away to repair it, so I called Thornton at 8:30am to load a service call so the unit could get back up and running.My experience, from start to finish, with this company was absolutely outstanding. I called (on my mothers behalf) and was greeted by a cheerful receptionist who forwarded me to the service department. Upon explanation of the problem, they loaded the call and gave me a time window of the afternoon (2:00pm and later). When I gave a courtesy call at 3:30PM, the receptionist told me of my mothers place on the board. Eventually, the technician called and announced his ETA, and arrived promptly and professionally.Thorntons service technician, Jason, listened to my mother, assessed the situation, isolated and identified the problem, repaired the problem and offered suggestions to prolong the life of the equipment to the best of his ability, was professional yet conversational (I spoke with him directly over the phone during his visit), direct and concise.While I cannot speak to, nor can I expect everyones experience with this company to be equally satisfactory; I will say that as a fellow trademember that I am highly confident in this companys ability to conduct business in a professional and thorough manner. Very good service--a cheerful repairman came to check out a new noise in the heating system--took me seriously, which service people often do not do with older women, and worked out in the extreme cold to make sure all was well. Many thanks!
Service tech was prompt, professional, and polite. Had our A/C back up and running quickly and for what I thought was a reasonable fee.
Im sure they are qualified, but their lack of inventory can leave you baking or freezing for a day or more until parts come in.
