If you go to LV nails really anytime but especially after 5pm they will not do a good job. They rush and have your nails looking horrible. I was also nicked twice because she was in such a hurry! They won’t even let your nails dry properly. This was definitely not worth $45! I wouldn’t post this if it were my 1st experience but I’ve given them 3 chances so I must move on.

The worst service at a nail salon I’ve ever received! $70 set I shouldn’t have ever paid for! Not only are they the wrong length I ask for several times, they missed spots with acrylic that they had to fix before I left, nail tech was mad because I wanted acrylic and not dip, she intentionally burned my nails up with the drill, and tossed the nail swatch book at me when I simply asked for black and told me to tell her the number (the book didn’t even have black in it!!). I arrived at 6pm and was there until 9pm!! 2 1/2 hours of them working on my nails straight!! Just to ask if I could go back tomorrow and let them fix them. I was so fed up I decided to file and fix them when I got home the best that I could considering. There are many other nail salons in town where you receive much better service and quality for a cheaper price. Steer away from this place!!

I’m going to be completely honest… THIS IS THE WORST SET of acrylic nails… IVE EVER HAD. I really believe when you pay for a service.. you should be happy not disappointed. I’m a mother with a full time job and rarely get my nails done. June was very sweet but unfortunately did a terrible job on the first set. I came in showing a picture of what I wanted and left in tears.. Only wanted my nails perfect and like the picture. I asked for a refund and the nails off after leaving the business. Because I felt very uncomfortable when finished. The lady upfront told me to come back and the bosses wife would fix them. She “re-did” my nail to actually touch my cuticles and made a complete mess while doing them. Didn’t even have the common curtesy to clean me up afterwards or clean all the excess polish.. Which left my nails stained pink from the dip powder. She used to fix the first set that was messed up. I was asked to wash my hands and this should do it. She got up and l didn’t see her after that. So I just walked out. This is unacceptable and will definitely give someone else my business.

Love the group at LV Nail Bar.I just had my nails done last week and Jimmy did an amazing job. I prefer a simple classic French Manicure look because it works for business. casual, social, and those pajama days.Anyway yesterday Monday, March 21, 2021, I had a nail emergency. At some that I took a section out of nail and I do mean my nail. My nails grow beautifully as long as I keep them protected thus the French Manicure via dip. I went Jimmy wasnt available, but another young lady fixed the mishap with no charge.💞💞💞💞

I had by far the worst pedicure Ive ever received here today. the lady doing my pedi couldnt understand anything I was saying and so any questions or comments I had went ignored. the cuticle work consisted of her merely placing the cutter on my toe and taking before moving on. if its possible, my feet look worse now after the shoddy paint job. Im super disappointed bc the place is actually very clean with extremely kind workers.

Lovely people, and they will always try to squeeze you in even if they are completely booked. They are very fast and the nails turn out great, including acrylic. I love to get my nails done here.

It took 2 hours to get a refill on short nails. The nail work was sloppy and rushed. Nail polish and the refill was uneven and thick.I left with powder all over my nails and nail polish that didn’t cover the whole nail. I will not be going there again. I only waited so long because I had somewhere to be the next day and I wanted to have pretty nails. It didn’t even bother me to wait but what I disliked was the quality of the work didn’t justify my time or money . I didn’t get pretty nails I got nails that seemed like I painted them myself, 2 weeks ago. There was also plenty of parking.

I wanted to try a new place and was looking around on Google. I browsed through pictures from the different shops and saw a picture of a hombre turquoise set from this place and that made up my mind instantly. Everyone was so extremely nice and the they took their time on me. No rushing even though it was almost closing time, then went past closing time. They have a customer in me for sure, I will be bringing my friends here to try it out too! Oh and the cherry on top? The nail set I wanted also glows in the dark!!

Great to get your nails and feet done. Very friendly and fun ladies wort there. They are kind and patient. Will continue to go there and recommend it.

The first time I went. It was decent besides the time it took. I went to a young lady named Ana the first time. I genuinely liked her work so I went there a second time. Unfortunately she was not there. I don’t know the techs name that did my nails… but to say the least I will not be returning. This set was by no means the worst I’ve experienced but it’s up there. Two nails were not even centered. And by that I mean the whole nail was off. It didn’t even go to the other side. And I didn’t catch any of this in their dark lighting on the clients side. I got in my car and realized the sides of nails were not filed down properly. But on top of it all, the tech somehow made the part where the tip meets the natural nail so thin. I had a nail break literally one week at the very point that was thin. I am not hard on my nails at all! Thankfully my real nail is okay. But I am so disappointed! I really wanted to love this place!

Such a wonderful place to go relax, be pampered and taken care of. The services provided are amazing and Ill definitely come back again!

Ive finally found my nail spot! My mother and I enjoyed our visit from the time we walked in to the time our services were completed! Our pedicures were absolutely perfect and both technicians took their time and were amazing! No rush job here! My mothers nails looked fabulous as well. I hope the customer service stays consistent cause Im one happy and satisfied customer!

Do not go here if you’re looking for good quality service. The first time I went, they did decent but not as great as other places I’ve been. I decided to try them out again & the second time was an even worse experience. I got a gel manicure & my original gel wasn’t even removed- more gel was just placed on top so the old color is still very visible. I mentioned it to the lady & she told me “this is good”…….. a top coat wasn’t put on my nails. I wanted my nails longer but was extremely rushed & was told that wasn’t going to be able to be done. I was overcharged for a fill. I won’t be back & wanted to share my experience with everyone else looking into LV. Never again for me personally.My nails also started falling off within 1 1/2-2 weeks later. Never has that happened anywhere else I’ve gone.

Very professional and service was good. My only issue is that my gel clear paint started to chip off after a week also I asked for the paint on my toes to match my hands and it was two different colors, however the color still is intact. Loved the design. Will definitely visit again and ask for the same Tech.

Jimmy was amazing. Very good at what he does and nice guy all around. I think its his finance that was doing a set if nails beside me and she is amazing as well. I dont know how many times i have went into a shop and pulled out pinterest and the person couldnt match what i was showing them. I an extremely picky when someone does my nails. I cant say enough about the work Jimmy did on my nails, and actually how patient he was with me right at closing time. Thank you Jimmy!!!

The pedicure wasn’t bad, but the manicure....by the time they finally got to me and rushed through, I walked out with crooked nails and a thick and lumpy paint job. They were nice, prices were good, maybe I just went in on a bad day. These pictures were taken the very next day, all I did was wash my hair.

This is the first time I came to this nail salon to relax after a week of work. The salon is clean and airy, the poetry here is very sociable. The large and airy parking lot that serves free drinks is a plus, I have beautiful nails here, I will definitely be back again.

So I got probably the easiest service there is. Short square shaped full set with gel polish. Very simple but they did a HORRIBLE job. The nails are crooked and uneven.the shape is so bad 😩😩😩 When I first came in a man started my nails. Jumping up every five minutes while doing my nails. Then a lady came and finished my nails off and didn’t do such a great job either. I let her know it was ugly but she assured me she wasn’t done and it would get better… safe to say it never got better and I hate it!!! The only good thing about this place is the decor. Will not return Back to Nail so happy I go

I drive about 45 minutes to get my nails done here! The facility is always clean and plays calm relaxing music, the customer service is always fantastic from the moment you enter! Sometimes I do not come in every other week and the dipping powder has lasted for a month and my nails still looked good! Jennifer is amazing, thank you for always providing such a great experience!

Just had the best French manicure ever! I love the peachy base that Ruby used and I have had lots of lovely comments about how great my nails look. She makes you very comfortable and confident to persevere. Having such a wonderful and dedicated beautician who is completely mobile is brilliant.

I called a week in advance to make two appointments for 5:45 pm for dip and pedis. We arrived at 5:30. We were sat in the pedicure chairs and were not waited on until 6:45. No water was even put into the bowls. We were then moved to the tables to do our dip. We sat there and waited while they worked on a group of girls who arrived and hour and a half after us. We did not leave the salon until 9 pm! We were offered a 20% discount but still paid over $100. My friend and both had to go to other salons the next day to have our nails fixed. I’m convinced this place does not write down any appointments as this is not the first time I have had to wait a long time for my appointment.

I think the customer service is great! Everyone is always nice and we never have to wait. But. I don’t exactly think they shine in the pedicure department. The pedicures aren’t very consistent. Today I went in for a pedicure and again the lady was very nice but I did leave with a few cuts and scrapes due to her being a little too rough. From afar my toes look great but up close is where you can see the color isn’t applied smoothly or the clear coat is patchy. It’s definitely not a bad place to go to but I don’t love their pedicures:/
