I was looking to a new nail place in town and i found them. I got a simple gel manicure from them and loved it. Service was clean fast and well done everyone there was SO nice and felt very trust worthy. Not too expensive which i appreciated, had to wait about 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time but there was only 2 girls working very hard and diligently so i didn’t mind. i’ll be back for my next gel manicure for sure!!

They started price gouging. I never had to pay over $60... Yall tripping and unprofessional to the fact that I am regular customer. . But I wont ever go back. By the time she stop talking she was up to $80-90. Lies... I want fake nails not a replacement finger...

I had specified that I wanted a pedicure service that had the salt scrub on their facebook messaging when I made the initial appointment. When I checked in at the front of the salon, I also specified the service wanted. And then when I was asked by the nail technician what service I wanted, I again pointed to the more expensive pedicure. I did not get that service though. I got a pedicure with limes vs lemons as described for the base pedicure. I am not sure if I will come back or not. Its a shame because Ive seen some of the beautiful nail jobs that La Luna has done in person.I will give them a second chance based off my friends use of La Luna with her manicures.

Best place in town to get your nails done. I’m so picky but every technician here is so talented and professional, especially Maya. I love my nails every time I got them done here. Definitely recommend to y’all. I would give 10 ⭐️ if I could.

I could count the times I’ve gotten my nails done on one hand—but after coming here to get my nails done for my wedding, I may get them done more often! I came with three of my bridesmaids and we all had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was welcoming and the quality of work was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and professional! I will definitely be coming back!

I got a gel pedicure, and paid $70 just for one of my toes to be completely peeled off after a few days. I would have just gotten regular polish if it wasn’t going to last. It was cute for the couple days that all my toes were painted.

So I usually don’t leave reviews for nail salons. In fact I don’t normally talk about them. But taking care of your nails is important. And I have had it done many different places. So here’s why I’m leaving the review. I recently visited this place while I was in town. I had the privilege of the owner working on me. She was a wonderful lady and she couldn’t have made me feel more comfortable, and believe me that’s no easy. Not only that but she did a great job. My only regret is I don’t live local. I do drive over the road, so whenever I get a chance to come back you better believe this is the only place I’ll go. So I’m asking you, if you’re looking for somewhere new or for the first time. Or maybe you’re normal place is closed and you need to get your nails done. Please don’t think about it. Just come here. Support this local business and you’ll be happy with the results.

Pedicure was good but not polished properly, theres more...wont go back. Tried to address without the review but no response

I was a walk-in and wasn’t sure what I wanted. Daniel was so patient and made constant adjustments until my nail length and shape was to my liking. He was extremely attentive and kind and my nails look perfect. They play awesome music (R&B and Hip-Hop), which only made the experience more relaxing. Highly recommend.

I came here after making an appointment same day, and the ladies here were so amazing!! My nails are exactly as I wanted and the prices were great as well. They were so sweet and it was a great environment. Definitely recommend.

This was my first time going here to get a full dip acrylic set, coffin shape. Staff was so friendly and made you feel at home. Not to mention my nails look the best they’ve ever been. I went in on Wednesday June 14,2017 at 10:00 a.m. to get a powder dip ( very limited color selection) I did not leave until 11:45 a.m. and I was the only one there. Thursday the polish on my middle finger (right hand) cracked and I had to get it fixed. Here it is Sunday and my top coat is rising on most of my nails. My nail tech was very sweet but they have quite a bit to learn.

The place has a great team of nail pros for everything from basic manis/pedis, to blinged out, super-detailed nail art. They are very friendly and diverse, with a White, Black, Asian AND Latina nail tech on staff, all of whom speak English fluently and communicate well. Gel-X and molded gel services are available (not on the menu, ask for Ani/Frances) if you have a lot of patience and need to avoid glue and acrylic! They dont carry 5-free, 7-free or bio seaweed products, but will let you bring your own. I arrived early afternoon and was seated right away for gel x French ombre shimmer almond (almost stiletto) nails. It came out almost exactly like the instagram picture I provided. It took a VERY long time, since its a difficult service that the nail tech doesnt practice often. Her attitude was excellent, however, and I booked followup appointment for matching toes.

New to Murfreesboro and tried a few salons before I found Xclusive. I am picky about how my nails and skin around them are manicured. Ammie is fun and does a great job on my nails. Dee even added art to the polish! The solon is conveniently located so it is a win win!

Love my nails and they were done exactly how I wanted. Felt like I was overcharged BUT Daniel did a really good job with them so I’m happy for what I paid for. It was an enjoyable experience so I’d recommend going here.

Three pedicures, and a set.-2 stars for the rude, rough, crass young lady that gave me one of the most hurried uncomfortable pedicures Ive ever had. And the managers refusal to refund my money after having to touch up my own crooked nails in the parking lot.Its hit and miss in here apparently.Please Use caution.

This is the place to go for your nails and pedis The 3 young ladies (all Americans) were friendly and made you feel comfortable and carried on a conversation with you instead of other employees or on their phones Didnt have to wait 2 minutes to be seated Didnt rush me in and out. Very professional and I will continue to go to this business.

BEST place I have ever had my nails done, and I have been everywhere!!! It is very, very clean. Amber and her staff were so hospitable and FUNNY! I havent relaxed and laughed that hard in a long time. Her nail artwork is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I highly reccomend this place, and I will never go to another nail salon besides this one.

Customer service was wonderful, my pedicure was great & relaxing but my nails are horrible. They’re uneven and lumpy. I took the nail techs recommendation for the mood nails. My toes & my nails turned out to be two different colors and the mood nails don’t change at all. I spent $70 at this place and I regret it.

Amber is the most creative and honest nail tech in the boro. Open to anything and always trying to learn more about her art and does her best to educate you about what shes doing to get your nails exactly how you want them done. She keeps her salon so clean and has a two week guarantee on all her nails. Shes genuine and funny too!

Horrible service! I arrived at 4:45. They close at 7. The gal who did my pedicure clearly did not want to do it because she was leaving in 30 minutes she said. She did not want to use the pink clear coat because it takes longer on a French pedicure. At the end she even bragged in front of me that that was the quickest she had ever completed a French pedicure. She was happy she was done on time. This is the 2nd time using this place. Both experiences were horrible. Never again.

Went here because my usual place was closed and I forgot. I got my tips put on, they were crooked, when she started to file the tips to get it flush with my nail everyone of them hurt. Color selection wasnt great for gel polish and I left with 3 nails completly crooked and the finished product is super thick compared to what I usually get and like. My pedicure was great I just have never had my foot soak AFTER polish and nail filing and everything else was done

First off lets just talk about me being there for four and a half hours. I got the ultimate pedi and gel polish 65.00 and I was fine with that. Then I got a full set with coffin shape nails in which they are lumpy and nowhere near coffin shaped. I asked the young lady could she do this style and she reassured me she could and my nails look a mess. I paid 120.00 plus tipped 5.00 for something Im very unhappy with. My son graduates Sunday and my nails look like a train wreck...😔😩😕

I do not recommend this nail shop if you take getting your nails done seriously. Nice ladies with pleasant attitudes but the actual work is subpar . . . Sorry.

I googled this place. Got a Basic French pedicure, Fill in manicure with Fake stones on big nail. Price quoted was 37.00 for pedi, 20.00 for mani. I expected little more for stones and design and finger. But Im sorry dont wait till last little stone then say its 120.00 ...wow..i have never..57.00 to 120.00...Ridiculous..i have got mani/pedi for yrs. So make sure you get accurate upfront pricing before getting anything done. I will never go back! Im so upset I paid it. Guess I was in shock!

Amie and Dee were nothing short of delightful. They were amazing, professional, and a joy to meet. My bride left feeling pampered, loved, and brilliantly coiffed in the nail portion of her day!Now to the actual nails- they were amazing. Flawless manicure (I am a bit of a snob, so my “flawless” carries some weight) that saw her through the ceremony, boogeying down at the reception, and is still pristine today. Our pedicures were nothing short of perfection. If there is one SNAFU with weddings, it is the number of shoe changes, and not one chip or smudge. I even destroyed mine within 5 minutes trying to decide on different shoes (such a bad idea) and Dee fixed it within 10 seconds.Y’all- this place knows their craft AND customer service. I am not local, but will be visiting each time I come through town. Until then, I will be admiring my feet.Kudos Xclusive Team, you have a winner on your hands.

Very bad experience with them today had the dip procedure done. My nails have humps that are very noticeable on top. The color I chose is not the one she put on. My nails look a mess.
