I have been going to this establishment for as long as they have been open 5 years or so and have NEVER been disappointed! The owner/operator is fantastic! All of the workers are professional and friendly. Prices are reasonable and they also offer waxing services. I highly recommend this shop.

They allowed me to come in on short notice which was on a Saturday and they took great care of me. The price was reasonable, got a nice massage with a free alcoholic beverage. This will be my new spot! Must come.

Nicest ppl at any nail salon ive ever met.Most places like the one across three street are very rude. But Sandy there at City Nails is so sweet and she did these theyre Gel Nails. For $40

I was laid over in the area for work and found this salon on google. The good reviews and pictures were very accurate. EVERYONE was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and good at what they do! I felt at home and, I noticed they treated all of their customers well regardless of how much you spent, how you looked, etc! I will definitely be back here if I am in the area again! Great job!

Sandy does an amazing job. Its a little more expensive then the other places around but its worth it for the detail.

Absolutely love sandy, she is amazing. I have had her do my acrylic set, pedicure and eyebrows and they are always perfect !

I was the only person in the store and it still took her over two hours to do a dip manicure. My nails (no tips) are shaped crooked and the dip powder is overflowing past my cuticles making my nails look bigger than they really are. Also, the employees that were in the back were laid out on the pedicure chairs sleeping and weren’t woken when other customers came in as i was leaving. They asked her to wait n the front when two workers were in the back, sleeping. I won’t be back.Side note; they charge extra for a full set if you leave your tips a certain length and don’t ask them to trim. I’ve seen places charge extra for shaping but never length.

My first time at City Nails. The co-owner did a pedicure for me and a leg massage with hot stones.This was my first pedicure! And she was absolutely awesome! She has me; client for life! Go in and ask for Sandy. You will not be disappointed! My opinion, for the experience that I had, that day, the price of the pedicure was way way too CHEAP!! this lady will make your day! A great Spa, great atmosphere, she does an Awesomely Wonderful job and she does have other employees that does nails and pedicures and manicures also. Love City Nails!

I love this place. I love that its family owned and operated. I love that their kids take naps behind the counter and bring me little flowers. Theyre super affordable and close by. Always a pleasure to go in there.

I love this place. Easy to get to. Not too crowded. They are very friendly and really take their time to do a good job all while getting you in and out efficiently ( I go on my hour lunch) they do excellent designs. The lady always replicates the pictures I show her from Pinterest 😁

VERY GOOD got in and sat down. The lady took her time with the lady she was helping then and when she started on mine she was really nice and did an AMAZING job especially compared to the 1st place I went a few weeks ago. Will go back and will send people there.

I absolutely loved my manicure and pedicure experience here! The salon was clean, bright and inviting. Crystal definitely took her time and provided a wonderful service to my distressed hands and feet. She certainly ranks in my top 3 and I will be back!

I’ve been to many places to get my nails done by dip powder, but none match up to the customer service and quality work that Ocean provided me with. He did just an amazing job with my nails! I will definitely be coming back !

This place is horrible! DO NOT GO HERE! The nail techs have the nastiest attitude. I visited here twice with not great work done each time. When I returned to complain about my poorly polished nails the owner rudely told me that there was nothing she could do about the old color from my last polish being left on around the cuticle, and that she didnt have time for it.... How do u not have time..your here ALL DAY! She then proceeded to yell at me in front of other customers! All I wanted was my nails done, not to be publicly belittled. Needless to say I will not be returning.

I just had my very first pedicure ever at age 39!! The staff was very friendly, warm, and welcoming. They helped walk me through the process. I had an excellent experience here and I will definitely be back again.

The owner did my nails. All my finger tips hurt. He filed the skin around my nail with a nail file so they are now all red looking. The entire nail is not filled in and they use power tools to remove most of the gel. When you use power tools on your fingernails it damages them. For the manicure I soaked in plain water and no cuticle oil was applied. I will not be going back!

Less than a --🌟 .At first the owner was great with my acrylic.nails,but now they are crooked not even straight, even my husband noticed😮 my nail was crooked, the techs sleep in the back and on their phone constantly 😡, very small children running around, Im not sure what happened but this was a great place, but now it isnt worth the high prices, and the price is always higher for the same exact nail job, also the nail colors never change, always the same colors,no new colors ever available

First time here and I was very satisfied with my experience. I received a spa pedicure from Ivy and my step daughter received a full set from Tony. They where both very friendly. I will definitely be back again.

The management is rude. She decides to say that every nail needed to be replaced when the hand still had polish on it. then charges for a repair and every single nail and a fill in. I will never go back to this place. I hate that because the pedicure lady was the best. But your boss messed that up

City Nails & Spa is the best in Murfreesboro! They treat you like family. I have started going to this location when they first opened. The moment I entered I felt welcome. Ever since then I have came every two weeks faithfully.

The type of nail salon that will seat you and get you started even though they cant really get to you. I would appreciate simply being told itll be a while before you can get to me as opposed to being seated, started, and feeling like I cant leave. I will never return to this salon.

Did great job on my nails but I feel like I am at the daycare

I went here almost 2 weeks ago to get a gel manicure, since my usually nail salon was closed, and had a very sub par experience. My manicure started peeling around the edges just a couple days in which has never happened with any gel manicure I’ve had before. The lady that did my nails was not very nice at all; I changed my mind about the shape I wanted (before she even started painting my nails) and she was huffy about it. Really, she was only nice to me when I was paying her and leaving. She also just started clipping away at the sides of my nails (very unevenly I might add) before even asking how I wanted them and now a lot of my nails are really crooked. I had to start taking my gel off because my hair kept getting caught under the polish because of the peeling. Not a favorable experience and overall poorly done manicure.

While the staff was nice, Im not a fan of pain and bleeding from just a basic manicure. The girl was trimming my cuticles and just kept cutting my skin. 4 fingers had blood caked around the nail, one she had to put nail glue on it to stop the bleeding. The towel under my hand was covered in blood. My fingers are still sore and now have scabs

I have been to many nail salons over the past years in Murfreesboro and City Nails & Spa is by far the best one that I have been to. The staff treats you like family and always makes you feel welcomed. Their works lasts for a very long time and always leaves you satisfied, I would recommend the salon to everyone. I love this place please come check them out we need good home folks here in Murfreesboro.I look forward to telling everyone i know about this place love it!!!!!!@

I absolutely love this place. My nails always turn out just the way I like and the pedicures are amazing!

I go to get a pedicure, after telling them the water was freezing cold, twice it was brought to a lukewarm temperature. I had a guy that was in there, he didnt want to shape my toes the way I wanted, didnt do each foot the same, and filed my nails to the point they are raw. Then proceeded to get nail polish all over my skin and flip flops and didnt get it all off. This has by far got to be the worst polish I have ever had painted on my toes, as in I have 3mm or so of nail that is not painted but he could get the other side somewhat right. Go figure. Needless to say they were too busy dealing with an overbearing mother and 3 teenage girls, who were beyond rude but apparently more important than others.

This is literally the worst nail shop I’ve ever been to in my life. They are very unprofessional. I went for a full acrylic set and within 3-4 days every nail had popped off like press ons. Not only did they pop off the shape was NOT what I asked for at all. When I asked for them to be fixed the owner was rude and argumentative. NEVER GO HERE!!!

I got gel and after only a week my nail polish are peeling back and my nails are already ruined. I didnt do anything rough with them and I noticed each day after they started getting looser and looser, until my nails are basically missing polish on every other finger. I went back to the place to find out what was going on and the nail tech basically ignored my questions and told me she would just recharge me to do them again when clearly something wasnt done right. Very disappointed and I wouldnt recommend getting your nails done here.

The whole crew is awesome. Everytime i walk in i dont have to wait. Mary u do an outstanding job. They are upfront with the way they run the businss.

Sat there waiting for over 40 minutes, I watched 3 people without appointments walk in 15 minutes after my daughter and I not only get started, but was halfway through while they hadnt even gotten the supplies together for my daughters nails. We walked out after they accepted 2 more people to do when they only had 2 people working, had 6 people waiting and they didnt even give the consideration of forewarning to the new customers of a wait. There were children running all over the place. It was absolutely ridiculous!

Felt very pampered and they took their time. Great job.
