Taylor and Jeremy were amazing - my coworker and I had been looking for something quick to add to our workout routines and they gave us all the information we needed. Jeremy showed us the entire place and explained all the different classes, and they worked with us to figure out the best membership too. So excited for my future at Hotworx! Incredible staff.

I was tool I could cancel my member ship after 90 days but when I tried to cancel it after the 90 days they told me that they had to have a 60 day notice and that I’d be charged for two more months.

After my first visit, I didnt like it. Kyle told me I could try a few other classes.. after that, I joined. Since now being a member, I get to keep trying new classes and even have my favorites! I love it here, and to think if it wasnt for Kyle I wouldnt have came back and tried another class. Thanks again Kyle!

Great new way to enjoy a workout. Very convenient and easy. Working out in a heated environment to burn more calories 👌. The videos are great and easy to follow. They have everything you need from the equipment to the snacks . Would recommend it.

Awesome place! Convenient location, good hours, and helpful and friendly staff. The workouts are fun and I like that you get your own sauna. Overall a great workout variety too. Would recommend for sure :)

I got trapped into a contract I now cant afford it get out of. The only reason I agreed to pay such a high monthly membership fee was because the cancellation policy was agreeable, give them a 60 day notice and theyll continue to take it out of my account for the next 2 months, and now without any warning whatsoever theyve changed the policy so that I have to pay those next 2 months up front out of pocket in office. This is not what i agreed to and had i known they could change it without notifying me i wouldnt have signed up in the first place. I dont have $120 to throw away on canceling a membership i no longer want to be a part of. So now Im stuck paying $10 a month just to keep it frozen when I could be spending my money elsewhere. It doesnt seem like they care about my fitness journey just keeping me trapped in a membership I cant afford. I wouldnt recommend wasting your money here unless you do in fact have money to waste.

The televisions are set too high up so when you are on the ground doing your exercise, you have to twist your neck up in order to see what theyre instructing you to do. The video instructors try to get you to push forward in a negative way. As a former athlete whos now injured, that was the mentality that put me into a very bad situation. There needs to be better modifiers. Also, if you go in during business hours when they are supposed to be manned they arent. The last two times in a row theres been nobody here. I went in today to do some in-person paperwork and no one is here which forces me to have to crosstown one more time to do my paperwork hoping to find somebody here on the other end. They use a cell phone instead of a business phone.

Awesome experience, great staff that are kind and resourceful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a fun way to become more fit. LOVE the 24 hour accessibility!
