I have not lived at UV, however while working in fire safety, I toured the entire complex with maintenance to see how I could help them with their annual fire safety requirements. Hands down one of the better complexes I have seen when it comes to upkeep and safety of their tenants. I would feel completely comfortable sending my child to school here at Ball State and them living at UV. Recommend a look!
University Apartment is a great student housing apartment for Ball State students around the Muncie area, it has great amenities such as the pool, workout gym, entertainment areas, shuttle bus, and many more. Also is in a good location with many retails around and the apartment has a lot of greens, at night time the parking lot lights made the apartment even safer! Overall is a great place for students to rent here while studying at Ball State University. The staffs are helpful and nice, especially the maintenance team is top-notch, supper helpful, on-time and responsive with everything.
Our business partnered with UV on discount cards and brochures for the incoming tenants. Thank you to UV and their staff, especially Alexis, for reaching out to us and supporting us. The staff is always friendly when we stop by and the public common areas are clean and look very cool.
U.V. is a very friendly and clean community. Kinda hard to get better than this in Muncie. I never have problems and if there is a problem, the staff is quick to help you out. Would highly recommend.
Amazing staff. The events here are so fun and makes being a resident even better!! Keep it up!! 🤩
I have loved my time at UV. The staff is friendly and efficient with any and all concerns. It’s pet friendly which is a plus for me and my fur baby! I love that it is close by to shops and is overall clean and spacious. You won’t be disappointed!
I have loved living here. The apartment staff here helped us with maintenance when needed in a timely fashion. The living area was amazing. The pool and workout facilities in the club house are top tier. I love this environment and would definitely recommend others to lease an apartment here.
Hands down the worst place I’ve ever lived. They try to charge you for absolutely everything. Wouldn’t let us move in until the 15th, but we had to pay for the whole month. And charged us ridiculous fines/fees like cigarette buds outside that weren’t ours and turning the refrigerator off when we moved out. We had terrible neighbors and could never use the amenities due to the apartment complex closing them constantly. This place is definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend.
Beautiful and spacious apartment! I love the friendly staff! They were very quick to address fixing a maintenance issue. The pool is definitely a big plus! Location is convenient!
I would absolutely recommend University Village. The apartments are great, the staff is super, and I had an all around excellent experience using them!
Super friendly management/staff. 10/10 would recommend
Ive lived at University Village at Muncie for 2 years now and I have loved the beautiful apartments, amazing amenities, and the super friendly staff. This is easily the best place to live at in Muncie. Go check it out!
This place is awesome and the staff are super helpful. Lilly Geisler in particular is an extremely hard worker and you should definitely live here!
University village is an amazing apartment! They have so many amenities, their maintenance team gets to things in a timely manner, and their staff are so friendly! Also, they allow pets and are always having promos! I’m proud to call this place my home :)
UV Village is a wonderful place! The staff is incredibly welcoming, the apartments are very well kept, and it is a very welcoming environment. I would recommend anyone to live at this community!
I’ve lived at the UV for two years now! I have loved It. Friendly staff, affordable rent, and nice area! It’s two minutes from the local grocery store, and fast food is right around the corner! I feel safe in this community as well!
The staff is good and I enjoy the pool and hot tub. It’s a pretty good place to stay overall including price and proximity to ball state’s campus
The UV has always been good. I utilize the lab more than anything. It’s so convenient that it’s a block away and you don’t have to drive to campus. Plus it’s free! The gym is also very nice. The only con I’ve had while living here is the dog poop. This is not their fault but people being disrespectful. I can’t even walk to my car without stepping in it. Overall we resigned our lease because my roommates and I love it here!
Went on a tour here before thanksgiving and it was an overall great experience! The rooms looked great, I enjoyed seeing an actual unit next to the other apartments that wasn’t just the showroom. The amenities look great as well and my only critique is that I wish there was a way to see the 3x3 unit with a video or virtual reality. I have heard great things from my friends who are residents and I can’t wait to live there next year!
I love this place to an extent, but the management could use some work. They have constant policy changes at the office without telling anyone and can be rude when you ask why these changes happen. If they were more consistent and kept us residents up to date via emails, that would make me consider a higher rating. The staff that works on the maintenance calls also scratched up my toilets paint really bad after working on it, which makes me wonder if they will make me pay for that repair. Though, they are speedy with their service and those staff workers are very to the point. Over all, very nice apartments but could be ran a bit better.
When I moved in the unit was barely cleaned and needed to be re-cleaned before I could move my belongings in. Those who work in the office are hit or miss and if you speak to two people about an issue you may hear different information. Some staff are very kind and considerate but others are not the most kind. It’s nice they do raffles and things, but many of them include leaving a review, but those reviews need to be positive, which seems kinda wrong to give an incentive for a good review that may not be truthful. Living here is fine but just be sure you want to do it.
I have LOVED living here the past 2 years and if I wasn’t graduating I’d live here again! My 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment has WALK IN CLOSETS!!One of the cons of other apartments near Ball State is all of the units are furnished. I wanted to bring my own furniture and it was nice UV has furnished and unfurnished options! It’s very affordable. They have cool resident events too like grocery bingo and give-a-ways!12/10 for sure!
U.V. is a very friendly and clean community. Kinda hard to get better than this in Muncie. I never have problems and if there is a problem, the staff is quick to help you out. Would highly recommend.
Awesome place to live...close to what ya need
I have loved every minute of my stay here and I can’t wait to see what the next few months have in store!
I’ve been living at the University Village for 3 months now and I have no complaints. Rent is cheap and the apartments are super nice. The people at the office are friendly and the bus service has been great since I’ve lived here. The only bad parts is that I wish packages got delivered to my home. I understand the safety measures so it doesn’t bother me as much. However, I order a lot of things and I don’t have a car so lugging heavy boxes to my unit from the office is a little difficult. Other than that, I think these apartments are great place to live as a college student on a budget.
University Village is such a great place. The amenities are great, the apartments are priced just right for the amazing apartments, and the staff is so caring. They always make sure their residents are happy and love the community they live in! Highly recommend!
The Apartments are very nice! And wonderful staff if you ever need anything!
I really love living here because of how the community managers and staff treat the residents. Every single person that I have talked to has been so nice and helpful. So sad that I am graduating and won’t be able to live here next year. I recommend living here when you want to live off campus!
Staff is amazing, the clubhouse is amazing, the community is amazing! I’d live here forever if it were up to me :)
Living at University Village has been really great because I feel safe. It has a lot of cool amenities and the office staff is very kind and friendly. The prices are great for the quality too!
I am a current resident at University Village Apartments and they are very clean on the outside and inside! The staff is very friendly and they do a great job making their residents feel safe, comfortable, and at home!
Amazing staff!! Especially Alexis Bartle!!!
UV at Muncie is a great place to live! The office and staff are always eager to help out. The community environment makes me feel safe and connected. 10/10 would reccomend!! :)
Nice apartments for the price! The landscape is kept up and the workers are very kind.
I toured the facilities and it was super clean, the buildings were in great shape, the staff was wonderful (especially Tricia.) They made me feel like at home, which is something I’m looking for. Thank you UV!
I love living here! Everyone is so engaged and friendly including the staff. The grounds and rooms are very clean as well! I would recommend for any college student!
Cheap place to live with friendly staff! Lots of great amenities! So close to ball state as well! (My roommates are also great!)
I love the living space, the staff are always super friendly and helpful and my favorite part is the gym!
Living here has been great! Affordable price and wonderful staff meme gets always keeping the apartments lively!
Don’t live here unless you know all your roommates ahead of time. If you’re roommates can gang up on you about something they will. I’ve live here for two years and have had pets almost the whole time. I was set to get three new roommates. The three new roommates have known each other for a while. They move in in three weeks and I have to move out or get rid of my pets since the new people are able to pull a 3 people against 1 situation. So much for my lease that was supposed to last another year.
This is my first year at UV and I have been extremely impressed with the new management. The staff is attentive and kind, they are very organized and know residents personally. My roommates and I already renewed our lease to live at UV next year.I absolutely LOVE the layout of our apartment. We are in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom space. It is very spacious and manageable.
Great place to stay because the staff were always helpful and the rooms were really nice.
I have lived here for two years now in a 4x4 premium. Very convenient to have my own bathroom, kitchen has plenty of storage space and living room is very spacious. I definitely recommend getting furnished because the furniture is quality. Closet/dresser space is sufficient and staff is always friendly when picking up packages, printing stuff out, etc.
Tricia Timmons and the rest of the staff were all so wonderful and welcoming in my time at University Village Apartments. It is a great community with great people and great prices!!!
Fantastic staff :)
This is my second year living at UV and I couldn’t have picked a better place to live! It is conveniently located near Walmart and there’s a shuttle with the BEST driver!
Ive lived here for 2 years now, and Ive really enjoyed the experience. The Vie Shuttle is an incredible asset to a college student, always getting you to class on time without having to pay for gas. The clubhouse, gym, and office are all kept neat. The staff, both front desk and maintenance, are all very nice making a community there. My roommates and I also locked in a very nice, low rate for our rent each month simply by applying early for an apartment, and weve kept that rate since. Highly recommend for Ball State students!
I’ve lived here for 3 years, and it’s good value for everything you get! I love getting my own room and bathroom. I will say that it’s not within walking distance of campus which isn’t my favorite, and I wish that the property at times was a little bit better taken care of.
Management is unorganized. The employees aren’t telling you the correct information nor the same information. It is not a good experience overall with management.
Great place!
Clean, well put together, and some great amenities!
Great environment and great staff, very clean as well
Im 32. I have never in my life left a negative review. I am generally a very positive person but I feel people need to be warned about this place. This is my first negative review and hopefully my last. I would leave this place negative stars if I could.Maintenance is great. Any issues Ive had, they fixed in a great timely manner. Having talked to a few of them, they are amazing people as well.As for everything else, the worst living experience Ive ever had. The hallway smelled like urine. Told management, nothing came of it. They put a couple trashy roommates in with me. One of them still owes me hundreds of dollars for bills but I will never see that. Had two trashy squatters in the apartment. Literally brought dirty cot mattresses to sleep in the living room who didnt pay rent, increased my utility bills, ate my food, trashed the apartment. One of them asked me if I wanted to buy cocaine from them. Told the multiple managers about this. THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I own a business, just wanted a cheap place because Im not picky of where I live. If I found out that my manager ignored my clients like this, they would be fired on the spot.Yeah, they may be cheap, but save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
I recently signed with the Vie for next semester. Everyone was super helpful and kind. It was so easy to work with all of the employees at the Vie and I can tell they genuinely care about making the Vie a great home for everyone! I worked with Priscilla to finalize my lease and she was SPECTACULAR! I loved that she was available to call or text whenever I had any questions. She was great while working with me and my roommate (who lives all the way in Texas currently). I highly recommend the Vie! Priscilla is a rockstar!
Great place to live!
University Village is one of the best communities in Muncie!! The staff is so attentive and friendly and so knowledgeable about their product!! Highly would recommend checking them out!
We love living at VIE! Such a great sense of community here. The pool are is very nice and relaxing. All updated appliances in the apartments. Large living room and shared space between roommates. Bus transportation to campus is very convenient! Oh yeah and the employees are awesome :)
I went on a tour here a while ago and loved it! The models were gorgeous and the community area was so cool!
The UV is really nice. The best part is definitely the shuttle to campus because I didn’t have to buy a parking permit and everyone agrees the driver is super friendly!
The management and staff are absolutely wonderful to work with. They are approachable, friendly, and will know your name. The repair crew are very prompt with work orders. The apartments were remodeled recently and look very presentable. The facilities and parking is also good. As you are sharing an apartment, however, your own experience will likely depend on the roommates you have. But as far as what the Vie can do, the Vie does well. Definitely consider it.
Ive lived here for a few years now and also worked for the previous management company. With that being said university village is way better. They actually care about the residents and are doing a great job at turning this place around.
If I could give this place zero stars or negative stars I would. I’ve only been living here for maybe a month and a half and the staff is unorganized and horribly trained to say the least. I wish I could move out right now but I can’t. I would not advise anybody to live here and it’s the worst place to live in Muncie no matter how cheap it is. First off, they denied us when we asked to move in early and then they called us telling us we could move in early not even a week before the day they offered. There is mold growing in my living room that took 2 weeks for the staff to even get to, and they did not even fix the problem, just spray painted over it, to top it off our air stopped working for 3 days so our apartment smelled like mold and was insanely hot. They did not email us when our first months rent was due also, so all of us were late on payment! And they gave me the wrong address for my mail so I have not been receiving any of it. I hate this place so much. I would not recommend anybody lives here and I’ve had an awful experience in such a short amount of time. I’m not excited to live here for the next couple of months and I can’t wait to move out!!!! This place sucks!
I cannot wait to live here this summer! The management and staff are so helpful & kind. They really helped me a lot with the application process, so I would reccomend to college students who need guidance in that area. They really help to figure out solutions to any issues that occur so that you are satisfied and have what you need.
The Vie at Muncie is a great place to live! They allow pets and they offer many different amenities. Maintenance is quick and the office staff care about their residents. I have no complaints!
I was very pleased with this apartment complex until about three months ago. Since then Ive had issues with the leasing agents as well as the maintenance department. The first issue was with our smoke detectors; they had been going off all night and the on call maintenance staff never answered our calls. It took them over 16 hours to have someone come and look at them. The biggest issue I had with them was dealing with a subleased apartment. Everything about the situation was handled incorrectly and the best that they could offer was Im sorry. In an all girls unit,One of the females had subleased to male, and forged the other roommates signatures on a paper that agreed to let him move in. The apartment complex is aware, but would not let anyone see said paper. It was also documented that the other girls did not want a male roommate so this shouldnt have been approved by the leasing agents. For almost two months we were told that he would be moved out. We are being told that he will be fully out by tomorrow but theres not guarantee. When asked if some of our next months rent could be compensated due to all the misfortune and feeling unsafe in my own apartment they told me no. They best they could do was move him out.
Cheap and comfortable and nice distance from campus !!
I lived at this apartment complex for four years. In those four years Ive seen it change names, and owners, three times and, if I recall correctly, go through four different management teams. For the most part the place is fine, its cheap and has a bus to take you to campus. But, thats pretty much where the good ends. The pool, if its open, will most likely open halfway into the summer. The front office staff is hit or miss, some are nice and really helpful, others are like talking to a brick wall with anger issues that only wants you to go away because it wants to do what it wants to do and not actually assist the resident.Heaven forbid you put in a maintenance request. Had a kitchen draw break once and it took 4 months to see that drawer again...and it was still broke. I could have fixed it myself in an hour.Your washer break and is completely unusable? Good luck with that, you MIGHT get it fixed a month after you put the work order in, only to have it break a second time and take another two weeks to repair. That of course is after being told they intend to replace it entirely, which never happened. So, I hope you like paying for laundromats. When it comes to actually doing anything worthwhile for the residents, like repairs or facility upgrades, dont hold your breath. But, you best believe theyll have donuts and raffles and all kinds of other frivolous garbage to give out at random throughout the week. Plenty of money for that, just cant pay their vendors in order to keep up with maintenance requests or facility improvements.Oh, and they will absolutely force you to move to a different unit when it meets their needs and only their needs. Nothing you can do about it either. But, if you want to move to a new unit for your own personal reason? You have to pay for that, you know, cause paperwork probably.Long story short, the only reason to live here is the cheap rent and the shuttle to campus. Though, they have been raising that year after year as well. There are better and more affordable places around at this point. As far as the shuttle, its great and I have no real complaint about that. It does go down at random so theres a small risk you might get stuck on campus, but theres a MITS route you can take. The shuttle drivers are also amazing and easily the only staff worth anything at this place. As far as reasons not to live here? Most of the staff is awful, either they dont know what theyre talking about or they simply dont want to talk to you. If you have a legitimate issue, good luck. They want you to walk in and pick up your package and get out, or pay them. Got a maintenance request beyond fixing something small that actually takes some amount of effort? Youll be waiting awhile. Either they dont want to deal with it or they cant get the material to do so since they have a record of not paying their vendors off. Hence being sold to someone new almost yearly.0/5 stars, would not do again, cant wait to hear about when you get sold next.
The staff is always so friendly and full of energy each and every day. The clubhouse is a perfect place to hang out with friends to watch the big game or play a game of pool. The in-ground pool is beautiful right behind the leasing office with a hottub also! Plenty of chairs surround the pool also so its never a problem finding one to lay out in or just put your stuff at. The apartments are very spacious with multiple options to choose from. Theres even a basketball court and sand volleyball! Perfect place to live as a student!
The Vie is an amazing community to live in! The front office is super nice and always is able to help me! They have gone through management changes but even through those changes have been able to provide amazing service!
I loved taking a tour at Vie! Everyone was very friendly and informative about the leasing process. The model and amenities were super nice! Ill definitely look back into them after next year.. (premium plan in the dorms).
I took a tour with my sister the other day and it was great! I loved the band new fitness room and machines. Everyone there was really nice and had no problem answering questions about leasing we had. Too bad I have to be in the dorms another year...
Staff and management are very friendly! Everything is clean and the application process was easy. Maintenance is very responsive and considerate. I love the amenities and the space.
The staff is wonderful! Very friendly, and helpful. I see a lot of negative reviews towards Vie because of roommate situations.... Im sorry Im not more sympathetic, I just dont think that thats their issue. You could avoid this by living singly, or with people you know prior? Or you could interview people rather than signing on with randos? For you to trust a personality test alone for what may be a year long lease is pretty silly. Anyway, Vie does great promotional things in regards to pizza, and wings in the clubhouse. They really try to achieve that sense of community and are always giving us updates through text messages and email. Their shuttle drivers are very nice, though the shuttle breaks down sometimes. But Ive heard they are getting a new and improved one!!! It has been a great experience, and they have made sure to maintain that. 👍🏻
5 stars hands down!!
Really nice place. Staff is very friendly, and rent is affordable!
I have lived in this apartment complex for years and the new management is 1000x better than the last. The units are great especially for the price.
Management is super helpful! Way better than last year
Had an issue with our heat last year but it was resolved and haven’t had any other problems since then. Juwan has also been great at the front desk.
I have lived at the Vie for 2 years now and have nothing but good things to say! The front desk is friendly, the gym is awesome, and maintence gets things handled in a timely and profession fashion. They are always doing things to promote and get residents involved and are very easy to talk to! Definitely recommend the Vie to anyone in the Muncie area. Great location and reasonably priced compared to other college apartments in the area!
I have had a great experience living here. Great people and great staff who are very helpful with every question. Super friendly with fun events!
The management staff is great and they really do anything they can to help you. Apartments are very nice and rent is affordable!!!
I just moved in today I was paired with another roommate and it was a great fix. the staff are amazing and so far I am impressed Thank you Vie At Muncie staff and management.
I had previously given this complex 5/5 stars but all of that has changed within months. I lived in this apartment complex last year as a junior and had no complaints. Everything was consistent and the staff was friendly. This year however, has been totally different. I moved into my apartment early due to issues with the previous apartment. Our apartment was never repainted, leaving marks all over the wall. And our back door was broken (which took FOREVER to be fixed). People have entered our unit without 12 hours notice per our lease contract. When we moved in we were told by the previous property manager that we did not have to put gas in our name. Only to find out recently that we had been charged for 7 months of gas bills and assigned a $50 administrative fee because we did not have the gas bill in our name. We were not contacted via telephone about this but did receive an email. None of the invoices were scanned or logged on to our resident accounts so we had no ability to check the charges for the bills. When we went to discuss it with management there was no one available to talk to and the person we did talk to was rude and not helpful at all. The customer service was UNACCEPTABLE. Everything about my stay this year has been unprofessional and its safe to say that I am thankful to be graduating. It is not worth living in a complex that causes so much grief like this one does.
Very nice apartment complex to live in. The staff is wonderful. Keith and Scott are the two best employees they have
Perfect first apartment!! Any issues we had were taken care of immediately. Maintenance is super helpful (pretty speedy) and the courtesy officer always responds (or gets the cops in necessary situations) within an hour or so. Pool and hot tub have been clean every time I have gone. Gym is always clean and never packed. UE was the first apt. I lived in after 2 years of living in the dorms. OH!! How could I forget...the shuttle SAVED MY LIFE! I never needed to buy a parking pass since the shuttle got me anywhere I needed to go. All in all it is a great sense of community and where I have made some wonderful memories.
I moved in from Michigan, at the last minute before school started, and the staff were very helpful assisting me in getting an apartment. They are very understanding of any problems you may encounter, and make sure to contact you multiple times before you incur fees of any sort, unlike other places Ive lived at that stack up bogus charges on your apartment. The price is good, and the rooms themselves are very nice compared to the surrounding apartment complexes. Good value and good location in Muncie.
I have had nothing but good experiences with this place. This is my first time living off campus on my own and they have made it an easier transition than I was expecting. The staff are some of the nicest people I have ever had to deal. And to top off the whole thing, my apartment is more than I expected for what I pay. If you ever need anything be it a repair or assistance from a staff member, you can always find someone willing to help. Already renewed my lease for next year!
I’ve lived here almost a year now. the staff members are super friendly, and maintenance has always answered my requests in a timely manner!
I moved into Vie at Muncie August of 2016. It was great at first and had very minimal issues with the staff or the apartment itself. This was Until April 2017 when I was forced by property managers to relocate to a different apartment on the property because of a leasing problem on their end. They gave me a week notice. Though they had maintenance help me move and didnt charge cleaning fees for the old apartment, the one they relocated me to was disgusting and had obviously not been looked at/ touched in months.I have been in this second apartment for a year now. 8 months of this year have been without a working A/C. Their solution has been a plug in A/C unit that is supposed to cool a 4 bed 2 bath apartment. Other than this there has not been any further compensation. Our electric bill is higher and our apartment is only cooler in the living room and kitchen area, not any of the bedrooms. I have reached out to property staff on multiple occasions and have only gotten excuses as to why it has not been fixed yet or no response at all. It has now been 80 degree weather (if not hotter) consistently for over a month now. This is ridiculous and I couldnt be happier to be leaving this property.I would like to note that this does not reflect the maintenance staff as they are only doing what they are told to do by the property manager. They have always been friendly and understand my frustration.
I am a current resident and I love living here. The rent is affordable, the apartments are nice and the grounds are maintained well. If anything is broken (whether the pool, hot tub, something in the fitness room or something in your apartment) they are pretty good about fixing it in a timely fashion. The Internet connection is not always the best but that cant always be helped. We fixed it by buying an extra router which they reimbursed us for when they realized nothing else was helping our problems at all. Its a great complex and Id definitely recommend it.
I lived at these apartments for 3 years, and it had its pros and cons like any other place. When I first signed my lease it was under the name University Estates. By the time my friend and I moved in, it was under the Vie management. We really had no issues until the last year we lived there. We had a harsh winter that caused several furnaces to stop working, ours included. We went an entire week without heat, and we had to keep pushing them to have someone come out and fix it. It took several calls from three sets of parents for them to finally get our heat fixed, and we had to run space heaters during the day to keep warm. I had to keep a sweater on my poor dog while we were at class so she wouldn’t get too cold. The management said they would give us some kind of compensation for having to run space heaters and for not having working heat. It has been over a year since we moved out, and I have not received any compensation nor our deposit back, even after several times trying to contact them. Management switched over yet again around the time we were moving out to the current management (University Village), and they claim that files had been misplaced or lost. They claim they have no record of us paying a deposit, and they never gave us a receipt or anything to prove we paid a deposit. It seems a little suspicious that I used to have access to payments going back to when I moved in August of 2016, but those payments suddenly disappeared from my view, and I could only see payments starting from November of 2016. This may have no reflection of the current management, but it would be nice to have some compensation back, especially since we were good tenants for 3 years.
All businesses will eventually make a mistake with a customer. It happens. Never judge a business solely on the mistake that they have made with a customer --- judge them on HOW they handle the issue once the mistake is made. This is the true test of any business, and their dedication to customer satisfaction. In a society full of social media bitching and 5 star satisfaction ratings, we are often to quick to exploit the mistake and not the solutions of these fantastic businesses. Thank you to Vie of Muncie for being a top-notch company!
I’ve lived her for two years and I’ve really enjoyed. The staff have always treated me very well and helped me when I needed it!
This is my first year living here and I LOVE IT! Pool, hot tub, computer lab, my own bathroom and free activities and prizes all the time! Ill be back next year!
Easy application process. Staff was helpful and very friendly!
PARENTS/STUDENTS BEWARE- We were so excited to move our son into an apartment at Vie at Muncie. Its relatively close to the campus, very close to shopping, and the apartments are furnished! All great stuff. Unfortunately, thats where the great ended. Over this past 12 months this staff has cashed rent checks and then said they never received and charged late fees....even sending a copy of the deposited check didnt immediately clear it up. They have come into the apartment and taken my sons mail and pool keys and then told him that he owed $75 for replacement keys. Finally they came into the apartment 11 days before the end of his lease without prior arrangements to do a check-out/walk-through without him present and without his having cleaned or prepared and said that he owes fees because his room and bathroom werent cleaned. They now also claim that a deposit was never received and therefore cant be refunded. Exhausting and frustrating. Just be very careful and keep in mind that there are a ton of rentals in Muncie.
Lots of amenities such as a pool and shuttle bus to campus and the village. They have some of the lowest prices for furnished apartments near Ball State and they offer a lot of resident events!!
I have been living here for two years, and I have nothing but good things to say!! There is an amazing and friendly staff, who is always there to help! And a brand new fitness center that is GREAT!!!
I love the apartment complex and the people who work and live here. The staff is awesome and they make it safe for all of us to live here.
