Best place to get your nails done. I am from Nashville and they do an even better job than back home! My nails are absolutely perfect every single time. I always schedule my color dip with Ruby and she is fantastic!!! Shes my go-to girl and always makes sure my nails are absolutely perfect before I leave. The other techs are very friendly and professional as well! Overall, its the best!

This place is beautiful! their clean marble floor and their beautiful chandeliers make you feel like you are in paradise! Ruby did an excellent job on my dip powder! Not too thick totally even and beautiful! They have a great selection of colors for dip and gel. My pedicure was amazing! Micheal always does such a great gob! This salon is great. Everyone is so nice and respectful. I have had a great experience the 3 times Ive been. I had an appt yesterday and the other customer in front of me ran over making my appt late, but Micheal still took great care of me and was very apologetic. I will definitely be back.

The lady didn’t even pull back my cuticles or took off the dead skin which is something that I have always gotten done at every salon without having to ask and not only did she do my nails really fast. I called back because I didn’t want to be rude in front of the other customers and asked if it’s something they usually do and she said yes but then she started making excuses to why she didn’t do that. They ended up charging me $30 not worth it. What I got were gel nails

I love this place and its owners they have always been great to my family and I. I love that they crack up and joke around. Never have done a bad job on my nails. A couple of the newbies have cut the skin around my nail beds but hey theyre new its to be expected. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Very friendly and did an amazing job on my nails!

I got gel done on Monday. The salon was nice and clean. The service was pretty good. The children were very helpful and cute. This is what they looked like the first day. The next day, they chipped and the ends were it was on my cuticles have grow out and started coming up. Really disappointed spent $20 just to get the polish :(

The absolute best place to get your nails done in Morristown and the surrounding areas. I’ve been to a lot of nail salons in Morristown, Knoxville, etc. and I’ve never been as pleased as I always am with Paradise! Every staff member is great and make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. The pricing is very reasonable and the pedicures with hot stones is out of this world!

I have been coming to paradise nails for a few years now mostly to receive pedicures. Today i chose to do a manicure and michael has done an EXCELLENT JOB! Its not only the work they put in or the wonderful hospitality they hand out, its the connection between the client & the nail tech that make this place THE BEST IN MORRISTOWN!! Whether youre looking for a beautiful set of hands or a nice “pick me up” for the day, this is the place to be! MALE OR FEMALE!

When they first came to town, I adored them and told about 10 people to go there. I couldnt believe the intensive spa treatment I felt I was being given for such a reasonable price. I still go there, but noticed that my most recent pedicure seemed a lot shorter in duration, and they no longer offer you a nice neck wrap or pillow for your lap. They leave it to you to turn on your chair massage and dont do it for you. I was not offered water like I had been in the past, either. My polish, which usually lasts about four weeks by some miracle, only lasted a week with my last pedicure, and was chipping within a few days. I feel like they tried harder in the beginning and were more attentive, and like everywhere else, now that they have a regular clientele, they are like any other nail salon. Nothing special. Go back to giving customers the extra special attention. That is what drew me in in the first place.

The past 2 times my overall experience has really had been bad. The new guy they have in there is more interested in singing than paying attention to what he is doing!!! He ripped the skin on 2 fingers, uneven dip, and overall crappie job!!

Went in with my daughter for us to get a pedicure together and the owners was not only rude to me but was also to my daughter! Then to top off the whole thing, they over charges my card and refused to refund it. Needless to say we will not be back!!!!!
