My Grandparents have had insurance with White Insurance for over 50 years, and while the company may have been good and helpful years ago the service now is terrible. Duane seemed more interested in getting my credit card number than answering my questions or addressing my concerns.What should have been a couple extra moments to answer my questions turned out to be 15 minutes and numerous rude comments. If you want someone who can credit card handle, be my guest here but there has to be someone more user friendly in Morgantown.
