Very good service answered all my questions in a timely manner

Canceled my policy in June, got charged the last two months. They said they never canceled it and have no record even though I got a call back to confirm my cancellation. Been trying to get my money back but they are incredibly slow moving and give zero energy into trying to help. They gave attitude and took days for them to call back.

We have never had anything but the best service. They went out of their way to file a claim against another State Farm customer who struck my car then would not return calls! Thanks! Been a customer for 30+ years.

I was new to Morgantown and was looking for a state farm agent. This office does a great job welcoming new people to the area and getting them set up for new to state residency and explaining all the policy transfers.
