Do not come to John Duty for an insurance! really bad experience. Before you start business with them, they will be the nicest people with great customer service then when they get your money they will ignore you and will put you on hold for 10 minutes. They changed my policy a lot and messed up with it and until now they did not fix it.

This office flat out suck none of the girls there seem to be able to do their job their customer service skills are not up to par at all! I sent in the paper work to have my account set up for auto pay 3 time and it also had supposedly emailed to me at least 6 times and guess what! It never got taken care of! Was given inaccurate information multiple times and then when I asked to speak to John directly I got passed around to every girl there! Finished off my phone call with Sarah who by the way still is not John bit whatever will more than likely be switching offices soon

Friendly atmosphere and always friendly on the phone to make sure everything is taken care of quickly.

John’s staff is the only thing keeping me here. More times than I can count, he was extremely rude to me over the phone. NEVER get insurance from this place.

This place messed my policy up.There were so many mess up 4 months of mess ups that just cost me more on my policy.I think this insurance com should pay for there mess ups.I tried to lower my insurance and after another state farm agent got all there errors fixed now its costing me more cause I switched my policy to another agent cause I was getting one bill for one amount the next week another bill for a higher amount.
