I paid $26 plus tip for this gel manicure on my teenage daughter. The gel is bleeding on the sides, the nails looks so uneven, a very poor job- The manicurist was very nice but she did not do a good job. Very disappointed.

I would like to first start off with the good, the technician was willing to fix the problem. However its now day 2 and the other thumb peeled.

Absolutely love my nails! First time trying the Gel Extensions, they feel so natural. Great alternative to acrylic nails since I have an allergy to the acrylic. Technician was absolutely great just wish I had asked for her name. Definitely will be going back, cant wait to get a pedicure.

The first time I went they did a great job on my gel overlay manicure. The next time I walked in they told me to come back the next day...after waiting 10 minutes. Today I made an apt after waiting 20 minutes they said it would be another 10 minutes. They didnt apologize, I walked out and WONT go back!

One of the manicurists purposely gave me a higher service than I requested which doubled the amount I had to pay at checkout. I was with my grand daughter and did not want to make a scene, but I will never come back here.

Horrible customer service made an appointment for 4:30 waited 15 minutes people that kept coming in after we got seated before and worked on definitely do not recommend going here find somewhere else better If I could give zero stars I would wanna bother making an appointment if you’re not gonna keep the time

Place was using unsanitary utensils and was doing a really bad job on the pedicure. Lady started my nails and walked away and started someone elses nails. Very unprofessional and now I remember why I stopped going there. Really gotten bad over the years. Never again. Dont waste your time or money.

I have been to this salon 3 times and one time I took a friend and on another occasion I took my husband. We are all very satisfied with the service provided and how quickly they were able to take care of us. They’re prices are reasonable too. My friend and I had gone to a diff salon in town and were on a wait list of about 30 minutes and the prices were kind of high so we decided to go here Instead and were taken in right away and ended up paying less!

They charge 60 dollars for full set gel. A/C broken bring water gets really hot in there.

They do a very good job here. Very clean and they sanitize after each customer.

Place is run down dirty. They pour remover in the polish because it’s old. Lady dropped utensil dropped on the floor and picked up and wiped off. I told her please do not use it on me.I do not like acrylic nails but she kept insisting I need acrylics. Chairs are falling apart. I picked a color and she kept telling me that I need a brighter color. No massage on my fingers and she rubbed up and down my legs 4 times. So sad that the owner is so greedy that he won’t do anything to improve or do maintenance on the shop. Hi

This is place is not for customer service. They’re concern is capitalizing on larger priced items. If you go in for a nail repair or a fill they will purposely make you wait 30-45 minutes in hopes that you leave. They will take in all the full sets and double procedures like pedicures. They do not care about your wait time or place in line. Don’t go here if you want to be treated with respect as a paying customer.

I decided to give Elegant Nail Spa a try since they are so close to my house. Never will I go back to this nail salon again.The salon itself is pretty standard. A few pedicure chairs lined the sides of the salon with the manicure tables in the center.Though I was seated for my gel manicure quickly, the woman that did my nails (I didn’t get her name) seemed distracted from the start. She kept looking up as if she was checking what everyone was up to. She haphazardly removed the old gel polish, leaving bits behind. She only pushed the cuticles on one hand and then cut my nails with a cuticle nipper and filed them unevenly.As far as the gel polish goes, the color is uneven and doesn’t cover the entire nail. A couple of my nails actually still feel tacky and the edges are rough or have extra gel hanging off. She used cuticle oil for the “massage” and barely wiped my nails with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. I should’ve said something before I left, but I just wanted to get out of there. It ended up costing $22 for the manicure.Next time I need my nails done, I’ll drive across town to the nail salon that costs a little more but does the job right!

Walked in at six and the lady rudely stated come back tomorrow. I repeated what she says just to assure I heard the customer service level correctly. She then repeated come back tomorrow.They were open. Does not close until seven.. Didnt even know what I wanted..... Never going there again

This is the best place in town. Ive tried a lot of other salons after my first visit here. None have compared to their work. My nails have yet to satisfy me the way they did here. Ill see you soon ladies! A genuine business with expert employees!

I have been here a couple of times and both times they did a terrible job. I got a full set and the person who did my nails left the acrylic stuck to my thumb and skin under my nail. It burned and she was mad when I asked her if she could fix it. I had done a red color and she left my hands and fingers with red nail polish all over and didn’t want to clean it. The nails were very thick and uneven. They also cut me a couple of times. They also started peeling the next day. This place is too expensive and it is not worth it. If I could I’d give this place a negative 5 stars instead of one.

My Mom, my daughter and I were treated very nice. But I have to mention three things...The pedi lady burned the top of my foot with a HOT rock (that HURT and she didnt say sorry), the lady doing my nail fill burned the top of my nail bed with the electric file (that HURT and she also didnt say sorry) and while folding my laundry today I noticed the gel is peeling off of my nail.We spent around $150 there..I expect at least an apology.

Worst experience at a salon. The wax lady wouldn’t do what I wanted. My toe lady left me for 30 minutes without saying anything. Then I wanted a fill and color change. The lady trimmed my nails unevenly, took off two nails and didn’t replace them, only put acrylic over my natural nail. She did more grinding on my skin than on my finger nails. She didn’t clean out under my nails. Now I have uneven and bumpy nails. She kept leaving to go eat her cheeseburger. Gross. Very unprofessional. Very terrible job. Will never be returning. Three different employees working on me, all bad at their jobs.

If I could rate 0 stars I would, Worst experience and service, I could’ve done a way better job myself... I even argued with those lady’s and didn’t even give you any receives of what your paying. I am very happy with my mani/pedi. I almost drove out of my way because of past reviews. I decided to take a chance. Glad I did. The salon is clean & the staff was very nice. When I first arrived they looked busy & were honest about the 30 min wait. I ran an errand, returned & got right in. Tammy took care of me. She was very nice & talked to me not other staff. I will return & def recommend

My friend and I were reading some of the reviews and then we were very hesitant. We did not have an appointment we only needed to wait 2 minutes before they sat us,(by the way we got a mani/pedi) The lady ( Van) I would Recommend. She was patient and gentle.I just wanted to get my nails painted orange for Halloween,but she gave me more options. Such as painting some spider webs with black flowers. Overall I loved my visit. YOU should request Van. I will defiantly come back.

Ive been coming to this salon for three years and had a great technician named Linda. She quit and I started seeing Julie. Julie was very good at first. Now every time I come in I feel rushed and my manicures dont look like I just got it done. Im very disappointed and will NEVER come back to this shop again. Im a loyal customer and I give GREAT tips. These people get comfortable and think they can half ass their jobs!!!

I have gone to other nail salons but since I found this one, I will only go to Elegant Nail. I always request Tina to do my mani and pedi as well as my waxing. She is very friendly and patient with me especially since my feet are so sensitive. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

I had gone for man-pedi. The lady was very cold and rude. She did my toes, started to clean my finger nails, she left me, never said a word,started talking to others in the shop for more than ten minutes. Horrible service

This place was horrible.. I just wanted a quck pedicure since I got one last weekend and nails had grown out. I saw one for $15 dollers I told the lady I wanted that one she kept showing me the $30 and $40 doller pedicures which I dont mind getting but I just wanted some thing simple.. I ended up just getting a nail change and this is what she did..i could have done a better job myself

Seriously horrible, worst set of nails I have ever got!!!but I mean thats what I get for going to a hole in the wall nail spot. All bumpy and all the nails arent even the same shape or length 😂 Highly do not recommend this place what so ever ! Tried to make me pay more just to fix them.... Looking for an amazing nail salon? Do not recommend this place. I got a gel manicure and the coating was so thin that the nail polish started to crack. Worst manicure ever. First time there and last.

Staff is nice, although Ive gotten my accrlic nails done here and they are not durable at all. They are always falling off 3-4 days later. Not worth my $27 . Not coming back here

The staff is RUDE! I told my tech that I needed the blue gloves. The other lady asked me why I couldnt just use the other gloves. I explained I was allergic to latex, she laughed and said she never heard of anyone allergic to the gloves.
