I came her for the first time even though 5live 5 minutes away, I never noticed this location its kinda hidden in the corner. But anyway?, everyone there was very nice and polite. They offered exactly what I asked for and I loved how everything came out. She even worked on my ingrown nail! Thank you so much for being so professional and very neat and helpful. I will definitely continue to keep coming and recommend to family and friends:).

Ive been coming here for a while, very clean and they are always friendly and do the best to please the customer. The reason for the 4 stars is because I went to get my mani done yesterday with an appointment at 1pm and it took them, literal 3 hours to get me started. It wasnt until I complaint that they rushed thru the other ladies. To their defense, the group of ladies before me had 5 manis & pedis, but the ladies had only booked appointments for 3 so it was taking them longer. Jenny did an awesome job on my nails(like always) but they need to work on their scheduling skills

When I walked inn nobody asked me if I needed anything, I had to look for a sign in sheet, and they didnt even notice until onother frequent customer walked in. They also took a very long time to get to me, and because they all seemed to be in a rush I feel I didnt get quality work on my nails. Also I had thet do a design with crystals and the lady had a hard time placing them on my nails, and its only been a week and most of them already fell. You can see the shape they left on my almond shaped nails. Some curved, some are too thick, and others have lumps.

Super nice staff and they did an amazing job on my nails for a decent price (70$ for pedi w gel and full set w gel). Just make sure you make an appointment bc theres quite a wait. My new go to place 😊

Will book other people appointments on top of yours even tho they require you to make a appointment and poor attitudes

They are not cleaning the work stations after each client finishes a service during the COVID-19 pandemic. After completing my manicure the polish was so sloppy it looked like a 5 year old did it. When I complained I was told that it’s because of the top coat and asked to pay an additional amount to have it repainted. Save your money and go elsewhere. Customer service is horrible!

They took 2 hours just to do a regular polish . Had an appointment at 12:00 didn’t get helped until 1:20. They acted like we weren’t there until we said we were going to leave . Charged $50 dollars for acrylics with purple nail polish and no design. And nails were burning after . Do not recommend

After 3 hours my polish came off after I washed my hands. Very cheap polish and they don’t have matching regular polish to match the gel polish. Not a good quality of polish nor selections. Also the place needs to be dusted. Light and drying area is very dusty.

I went here for the first time yesterday, June 21st, keep in mind that i called beforehand and asked for the wait time and i was made aware that there was one person in front of me and i would me next so i decided to go there. I get to Alessandro location in Moreno Valley about ten minutes after the call considering i live down the street and there were five people in front of me not one but five. I decide to just look past it and wait there. I got my nails done then left. Later that day I ended up break a nail and today i called again before i went and asked them if there was a price and they said no and they’d be able to fix it. So again i arrive and they sat me and then said that it would be a three dollar charge but why didn’t she say that before when i called to clarify? I feel they are NOT true to their word and they are very rude. Also their selection of nail polishes are horrible. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. They also have very horrible time management and don’t take appointments but tell their customers to be back at a certain time yet still have them wait forever once returned and that was an observation i made while waiting my turn.

The people who work here are extremely rude. I highly recommend not coming here. No appointments and they make you wait forever. They will tell you that they will take you in a little bit and you will wait an hour or more

Walked in no appointment but they had a opening and Holly did my feet, ill be back she took so much dead skin off my feet, mind you I get my feet done on a regular .

The gentleman that works there gave me a manicure 💅🏽 cut my finger with the cuticle remover and when I told him he didn’t even clean the blood or try to heal and desinfect he blew on my wound and polished over the cut and the blood. Never going back there. This is a health issue.

OMG great job on my nails, felt relaxed very clean and my nails are still going strong. I will be back!!!! OK Im here for a second time, I called for a 4 oclock appointment and Im still sitting here at 4:40. Never again. Im here once again and nothing has changed. Horribly treated. Slow service, this place doesnt know how to manage there time or customers, very rude, ridiculous pricing. Only thing nice about this shop is the space. This will be my last time coming here.. I would advise anyone else not to come here......

Ive been 3X and Chi is the best at coffin style nails! She takes her time and does it right the 1st time around. She only wks Fri-Sun but is totally worth the wait! Thank you Chi!

This is a horrible place to get your nails done I was a regular there and I went to get my nails don’t like normally and the she tried to charge me up the but for the nails she normally does for me based off of a customer that got long nails an they put the diamond on them and everything and she told the lady she doesn’t like them she they took them all off for her.. and I was like what does that have to do with me you guys no me I’m a regular I will not be going back to that shop agin that’s over priced an it’s wrong

Worst nail salon experience ever!!!Im not sure how this is the first one star rating. Perhaps it was just the older lady that I had, but she did a terrible job and I was literally there for two and a half hours! (All I got was a full set) She kept filing my nails down to get them even and I left with an acrylic nail that was shorter than my original thumbnail when I walked in.I wanted white tips but she talked me into doing the clear tips and she would just paint the tips white. She said that would look better. They did not.

Went there a few months ago with a friend because she was getting a pedicure. Waited for over an hour, so we decided to leave. On our way out one of the lady’s starts talking mess to us because we were leaving

Coming from LA it was hard to find a good nail shop with great artist. Ive been in Moreno Valley for 3 years, I tried 4 other places and Red Persimmon on Alessandro is awesome! I havent been anywhere else for my mani/pedi, full sets and waxing(face and eyebrows ) since.

Good customer service, clean, new equipment. Needs more options like nail tech designers . They only polish nails. No specialty styles.

My daughters and I decided to try this because it had 4.3 starsWe walked in, it looks ok. I get to the table, theres a dirty towel. The girl pulls the sterilized tools from the machine, only to use the ones she had in her drawer. (Im getting a mani) She files my nails and uses the buffing machine to remove dead skin. I ask her not to. So she removed the dead skin, then proceeds to color. (No buffing) Now a couple of nails look bumpy. What pissed me off the most, i didnt get my lotion massage! As i was leaving, i notice a praying mantis on the lamp. Ugh!One daughter (getting a full set) said her girl was too caught up on whatever program she had going on her phone. Not paying attention to her nails. When i went to check on her, the lady was talking on her phone.My other daughter said she was fine with her service. (Getting a full set/pedi)In giving 3 stars, just because most of the service was nice.

I really like how they do my nails, and I love that they last me a long time too, this is my #1 place to go to.

Used to come here but now, It Takes more than 1 or 2 hour waiting, they need more employees! they have more people doing pedicures than manicures.
