Ive been going to this place off and on since they opened. They dont value your time and some of their customers are just as disrespectful as the owner. If you make appointments with people who also run and have business of their own you should stick to them. I wont be giving my hard earned money away to place that doesnt value me

Went and got a gel pedicure. Paid for the most expensive one with hot rocks. A few days later, noticed my toe was swollen. It had gotten infected under the skin where he cut my cuticle. It’s barely going back to normal and it’s been six weeks at least. Took pictures but it’s so gross I won’t even add them here. Should have left a review sooner, but just a heads up, don’t go here.

I arrived to this nail salon at 6pm. I kindly asked the owner if I could come in, because I saw that that they closed at 7 pm. She gave me the dirtiest look, and rudely told me, “We want to go home already!” I then responded, “okay; I can come back.” She said, “okay, to sit over there.” Again, giving me the nastiest look. It was my first time coming to this business, and after a super long day, I decided to stay because I had somewhere to be the next morning. I deeply regret it. I never write reviews, but the way they treated me was horrible. Loss for them, I wanted to try their lashes and make that a permanent nail salon for me since it’s close to my home. The entire time that this women worked on my nails, she gave me the dirtiest look, and would just have a rude demeanor overall. Don’t come here! Spend your money, where they treat you kindly and show you some respect.

I went in to get a full set done, never again I showed her a pic of what I wanted didn’t even look close to it. Got charged way overpriced for Medium sized nails with no gel. The polish they did looked like my 4yr old did it. Never again!!

This is the only nail salon I go to and I absolutely love it here. They are very professional and the workers are really kind. The owner Lisa is so kind and my nails always come out amazing. She’s so easy to talk to and she’s always open to trying new designs.

I dislike when they rushed in did my feet and still after tried to make me get more stuff done. Great customer service

I got gel nails on my nails by Kevin and it started pilling after one week.

I went in at opening to get a fill. Two different people asked what I needed and I told them. No one gave me a wait time but it’s never been an issue waiting longer than 15 minutes. After almost 30 minutes someone came in after me and they sat her immediately. I asked how much longer it was going to be and they told me 15 more minutes. Incredibly disappointed in their customer service.

Meme Nails, don’t ever go here, they have a phone number that does not work. When you walk in the old woman to the left is so rude it’s not surprising why she doesn’t have her own customers, and is only the help. The women to the left has an illness and coughs on people. The owner is no longer around and left his control to a woman to the right that thinks she’s the owner.This place has gone down, and lacks professional integrity and management. Please do not go here, you will be disappointed. I give them a one star.

Thank you Lilly’s nails for refusing services to me twice (ones the day before 4th of July because they were booked all day and other because I did not have an appointment and they weren’t accepting walk-ins), because I don’t think I would’ve found Meme Nails. Linda is amazing! My daughter brings in photos of how she wants her nails done and she replicates them with no problem. Also, they accept walk-ins even on their busiest of days.

My favorite Nail Tech is LYNN She is so professional, sweet and amazing at what she does!

I made an appointment for 10:00 and actually showed up at 9:45, but didnt get assisted until 11:00. The guy I got was nice, but he never told me his name. He was gentle with the filing, and he was always making sure I liked how my nails looked before he continued. With the gel application, it wasnt the best. He flooded the cutical, so now as my nails grow out the extra gel is catching on this and I cant snip it off because it may create a lift and peel all the gel off my nail. So, I rate this place a low 3.

I came in on a Monday morning and hardly anyone was there. The service was amazing. I got my eyebrows, full set and a peti with callus treatment all for $73 (not including tip) and it was so relaxing. They all took their time which made the experience better. The staff made sure I was comfortable and also gave me the WiFi password because my service was bad. Highly recommended!

The owner of this nail salon treated me very rudely. She displayed very poor customer service skills. I accidentally dropped one of her nail polishes. I was very apologetic and offered to clean it up and I paid for the broken merchandise. Afterwards she was very mean to me, ignored me and refused to tell me her name. I reminded her that I frequented her business and that I had been a good customer and she unprofessionally told me that it didnt matter and I still didnt need to know her name. She didnt value me as a customer just because I had an accident.

I wasn’t sure on what to do in color for my nails, Lisa dis some suggestions that were exactly what I want, my nails are beautiful !!! Thank you Lisa you’re awesome !!!

They do a very good job on your nails and toes. They are very professional and wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone.

07-22-2020 was the Worst $142 dollars I ever spent on getting my nails done us they dont even put plastic on their pedicure massage chair where the water pours into

Horrible service! Went in for a mani & pedi. I left with just a manicure. They were charging me more money then a full set acrylics! 3 people argued with me about the pricing. Never again will i come here.

I live close by so I began coming in here and there because a close friend invited me on an outing. The first time I came in they didnt greet me at the door and I felt unwelcome. No one even lift their heads up to ask what service you wanted or anything. But In wasnt paying so I stayed. I came in this past Tuesday near closing time for a pedicure. My natural toe nail chipped on the corner so I asked that it be repaired with acrylic. The technician did a good job with the actual pedicure but the fix was not satisfactory. The nail looked nothing like my natural nail. It was curving and bulky. I asked the tech in the middle to fix the curve but she kinda dismissed me. At the end when she was done painting I told her again that the nail did not look natural and that I did not like it. She had the like owner or like head tech come over and she began to fix, the fix..... she removed a lot of my natural nail trying to remove the acrylic the tech before left. When I left the shop I was satisfied. The very next day, it was cracking so I knew it wouldnt last. It cracked up high so I lost alot of my natural nail. I returned today and when I came in the first tech whom I wasnt pleased with, looked at me with a smirk and looked down at my toe with her hands on her hips. She already looked discouraged.... like she hoped she didnt get me..... but she did. When she sat me in the chair she didnt even ask me what I wanted, she just got the paint and began painting. I stopped her andsaid, Im here for a fix, remember.... she said loudly, I CANT FIX THIS! I said, I paid 25 dollars and I left a 6 dollar tip, someone needs to fix this... you messed it up. She told the manager or owner something in her language and left me sitting in the chair for now 30 minutes. They just want your money here and they do not care about the service they deliver. They look at you and laugh when they should be apologetic for the bad experiance.

I cant believe this place. Really. I asked for a fill. The nails look spoty and crapy. He didnt even clean them off. He was so rough as if he was rushing and be kept hurting me. Then they had the nerve to charge me $28.00. I paid that for my original nails that were also gel. How does that work? Anyways Tullys is way better and they give you a free cuticle oil on your first visit.

Didnt like the guy to did my nails today. He was rough and it felt like he was in a rush. I will not be returning. They didnt even have a place to dry your nails. They just throw your shoes on and let you hit the road. That blows my mind.

This place prices are way too high. I went twice, the first time for a full set ( no design or gel) & the $18 pedi $60. The second time was a fill with design & $18 pedi $67.
