The place overall was ok. I took my friends for pedicures as it was first times but was a little let down that they don’t serve the drinks like they use to. They didn’t say why but I’ll assume because of Covid. And Jenny who did my nails was sweet however $65 for a fill and for my design to be a mediocre as it is made me feel like I should’ve did it myself. As a matter of fact, I WAS doing it myself at one point because she couldn’t quite get the shape right and said I could help her out. I paid over $200 in services and just don’t feel like I got my money’s worth. Overall a decent place but definitely overpriced, understaffed, and they’re clearly overworked.

DAVID IS A HORRIBLY RUDE PERSON! DO NOT GO HERE! he yelled in my friends face just because she asked to sample a color. she has been going here for a while and loved the service until today. another employee even apologized to her for how he spoke. she was crying of embarrassment and he just laughed at her. her parents even had to step in because of how horrible he was being. this is ridiculous and i hope this business does something about him.

2 of the ladies had attitude towards me for wanting a design that was very simple and straight forward. A lady did end up doing my nails but was very rude and started arguing with me about the design. I told her I had gotten the same design before at that salon and showed her a photo. She said she could not do it because it was meant for acrylic when my nails are long like acrylics. She ended up thinning out my nails and filing them down extremely short when I told her to file them square. 2 days later my nails are flimsy and thin. Usually love going to this salon, this time I did not like the service of the nail techs. The lady who did my nails ended up laughing at me and gossiping with her coworker. Poor quality in nail work!

This is the first time a pedicurist listened to what I asked. Absolutely incredible! Nearly flawless and worth the money.

E does nails you can schedule a appointment days in advance get there and she has someone else she is doing and wont try to apologize has no respect for her clients. Kelly lies and tells you she doesnt have appt but will book them for others. I will never give them a penny more of my money. Owner should teach his employees some respect and loyalty towards customers that come constantly and pay their high prices

I went on my bday for the first time and had a great experience! I Had the BEST foot massage with hot stones during my pedicure!! My feet were SO relaxed afterwards I could barely walk. Definitely will be back !

I enjoyed my experience. I went there without an appointment and I wasnt there more then 1hour. I got my feet and nails done.

They used to be so nice here, now they are rude. I usually call before arriving to make sure they will take me in and i went 3 days in a row for them to send me home because they are too busy!! Mind you I arrive 2 hours before they even CLOSE. I mentioned being a loyal customer, bye bye though. Inconsiderate as heck.

I was super excited to try this place but am throughly disappointed. I went in to get a full acrylic set. The woman immediately started grinding on my nails, didn’t push my cuticles back or anything. I asked her to make them almond shaped and she said oval is better, argued with me about and STILL gave me oval shaped after I said multiple times “more almond shaped please.” She made my pinky bleed, and basically carved out my cuticle even after I said “ouch that hurt!” She then tells me it’s going to be $55 for everything as she’s starting to do my color. (Nowhere on the website does it say $55, even for Gel) I asked if she was doing gel and said I didn’t want it. She argued with me AGAIN and got mad when I insisted I didn’t want it. (I understand upselling, truly, but don’t argue after I say I don’t want it) I asked her name and she ignored me. I was fuming by the time I left, I just wanted to get out of there. Not worth the $35 I spent plus the $10 tip she got. Never going to this nail salon again.

Went here for the first time to get a fill and it was a great experience. The front desk attendant was very nice & friendly. (spoke English & Spanish to the guests offered water to everyone waiting) The place was packed the entire session I was there so I do recommend not simply walking in. But process was very smooth and organized. The gentleman that did my fill was very a tentative, careful, and listened to all my requests. He gave me exactly they style nails I wanted and was friendly and made nice conversation while he worked. Will definitely come here again and look to try their mani and pedi packages.

I am left speechless. Pedicure was about 7-10 minutes the woman rubbed my legs more than she worked on my actual toe nails. I also requested a dip on my nails and they came out looking straight poo. They rush through customers so quickly that there is no integrity in their work. And of course over priced $100.00 later gross 😖🤢🤮 Ill stick to my little hole in the wall nail salons that take their time with their clients.

I dont have any complaints on my visits here...................*UPDATE:* I have so many disappointments with this salon. Theyre always packed and understaffed now. Most of them all seem to do a rushed job, the paint looks unprofessional. Although I give a tip for services, I dont feel like they deserve it. I can go on for days with my complaints over the past few months but I wont because I will no longer frequent this business. Theyre definitely unorganized.

Sundays close at 6pm. Arrived 40 mins prior to be told by a rude attendant that their last client is 5 pm. I told him it is not advertised on the window outside nor online and he didn’t care. He said have a nice day and turned away. Their pedicures were alwaus sub-par and I can’t stand rude unaccomodating customer service.

The wait was an hour and I get a pedi first and the lady was great then I got a Mani gel and this lady did a hack job but Imma go back cause they have a two day free fix. Hopefully they honor it cause my nail tips are lumpy from an uneven coating. And the secretary was very helpful and gave great service.

I was tolds they are walk-in only and do not take appointmentsd. When I walked in two ladies showed uup with appointments. I waited with 5 other girls for 30 minutes and was then told my table was ready, only to wait for another 15 minutes. The lady who did my nails rushed through it and was continually correcting her work along the way, filing and repainting my nails. Even at the very end she was still filing after she had already put on the top coat…I could have, and should have painted them myself. Polish is unevenly applied and when I said I wanted slightly rounded nails, she rounded them completely. Not a good experience at all would not recommend or ever go back.

Being my first time there, I am very unsatisfied with my gel manicure. The tech rushed through it and wasnt really open to what I wanted. She shrugged her shoulders when I asked her if they had a certain color. She didnt even try to find it. Her work is sloppy. I can still see my nails underneath the polish. And some of my nails arent completely covered on the edges while some runs over the edges. I called to ask for someone else to redo them and they told me I had to go back to the same tech otherwise I had to be charged again for a new gel manicure. I will NEVER go back to this nail shop.

One of the best nail salons I have gone to by far, the service was excellent everyone was super nice, they asked you if you want anything from the internet done to your nails, not a lot of people do that, it was very professional, 100% would recommend to everyone

Was not happy with the service. When in to get a basic manicure. The guy to me to get a dip . It would be better for my nails and last longer make my nails stronger. Worst thing ever. He just did the dip. I didnt get a full manicure. And worst thing was it was 45$. A couple of days later it started to lift. I try to call them no answer I got a hold of someone 5 days later. And told what happened. They told me its been more than 2 days and they cant fix for free. And I would have to pay for them to fix or remove the rest of them. I will never return to this location.

I had scheduled an appointment and had it in writing and the tech lied and said it wasn’t till 30 minutes later. Then said I could wait an additional 30 minutes to wait. The owner put me with someone else and I he did his best but I am not happy with the quality at all. I had to pay 48 dollars. He nicked almost every finger with the drill. I was a regular for two years. I will never return.

I called in and asked if I would be able to get my lashes done today, I was informed yes at 11:30, I literally got dressed and made it there by 11:25, the lady that was doing my lashes took a pedicure appointment after an hour of waiting, the nail tech suggested that I get my nails done first and then by time she is done I can get my lashes done, she came over as soon as he started my nails and the appointment after me asked if I wanted to switch I agreed to switch, after getting my nails done I went to the waiting area and set there for another 1.5hrs for her to walk pass me and start a full set, I asked her about my lashes and her reply was “she comes her all the time it will be fast.” I explained that now almost three hours have went by and my appointment was at 11am it was after 2pm and her reply was “She comes her all the time” I will never go back, horrible service and so disrespectful

If I could I would give a zero start rating! Worst experience! The lady left me in the middle of doing the gel paint for 15 minutes to take phone call. Came back and added a bunch of layers to the gel. Two toes came off at the chair she had to redo them and now 3 days later they are off! Spent $50 on my pedicure and when I called they told me they only had a two day warranty!!!!!!

I’ve given this place of times chance but almost every time I walked away unhappy. I went last week to get them done and within several days they were already healing up. Terrible job on cleaning up the cuticle. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Not worth it!!!

I was refused the type and style I wanted.. told my nail bed was too wide.. NEVER had that problem before.. as you can see in the previous pictures I like narrow nails.. these are bulky and uneven..they were lifting and pulling my hair same day AND I have file burns on my fingers.. Im very irritated. Very upset. And apparently I have to spend MORE money on another set because I cant have a nice one the first time. SORRY JERRY, youre work was great but I am unsatisfied completely with this set

Okay guys i’m not the type to write a review but this place is amazing! Linda is my main girl, i think she might be a bit new to the artsy stuff but she isn’t afraid to try new things if you ask her. also everyone is so helpful towards each other like when linda was confused they had her back. PLUS the place was clean and they never rushed me compared to the experiences i’ve had in the mall and even though i messed up my nail she took her time and fixed it

I visited on Saturday 01/23/21 and paid for two pedicures and a gel manicure which was $87, left the remainder of the $100 for a tip. I noticed some bulging on my nail and asked the tech to fix it, she pressed down on it and said it was okay. Within an hour after leaving the bulging area opened up and you could see my natural nail and layers of the gel peeled each time I washed my hands. I returned to the shop first thing in the morning and by this time two nails had lifted around the edges. The tech was there and she repaired the nails but she began to “fix” other nails by filing them around the edges with an emory board. I gently told her those were fine just the two that lifted needed to be repaired. After I left the nails that she worked in that were fine began to chip and lift around the edges the same way the first two had. I attached a photo**** In 25 years of getting gel manicures I have seen simple fixable errors but this is annoying especially when you live in Perris and have to pay gas to go back and forth to a shop to have repairs done o Er and over. Yesterday they were closed so I have to drive back there today. I’ll update afterward.Today I came in and I received my manicure with gel from Jasmine. She took my previous gel off with the drill and I asked her not to damage my nail because other techs I have had do not use that method. She got an attitude and started to rush through my manicure making many mistakes and was passive about things I brought to her attention. The tech that was doing my pedicure was Tracy. She did a great job and even noticed that Jasmine was being passive aggressive and offered without me saying anything, to fix my nails. I am English speaking but I can tell that Jasmine was speaking about me as the entire shop that did speak her language was engaged in the conversation. I returned later after leaving the shop because after spending 75$ no one should leave anywhere and be disappointed. But I wish I hadn’t returned. You could see the white underneath my top coat that I was told would be used to make the color pop. The gel polish and non gel polish were two different colors and I looked tacky and felt like I could have done a better job at home. If I do come back I hope I get a person who takes pride in their work, not someone who rushes through and doesn’t accepts suggestions or corrective criticism well. Lily please come back.

Came here to have my nails done before my wedding, and they turned out beautiful! The color is wonderful and hasnt chipped or scratched off at all. I asked for sparkly jewels to be added on and my nail technician did a wonderful job, she took her time and really made sure the jewels lined up well even though the store was very busy and she couldve just rushed me out the door to get to the next customer. I also got a pedicure with white tips done, my feet have never been softer! I felt like the price was extremely fair for the amount of time the ladies spent on my hands and feet, I will definitely come back to this location.My husband got a manicure as well, he usually doesnt participate in my girly indulgences but he agreed to get the ultimate manicure with the wax dip, his nails looked so fresh and clean! He probably wont admit it to me, but I think he will come back for more manicures as well 😊

Made a 9 a.m appointment and just as quickly as I got there I left. What’s the point in making an appointment if you have to wait. Not to mention, no greeting and already packed to the brim 🤦‍♀️ what a waste of time.

First time customer. Made an appointment for 11:00am. Arrived 10 mins early and it was packed! I had to wait at least another half an hour before I was called. Well, whats the point of making an appointment?? The nail tech act as if she did not want to do my pedicure. She was very rude when asking me about nail color and which package I would like. Arrived before 3:30 pm they said 15-20 m wait to sit us for a PEDICURE so we waited. At 4:50 pm after them letting a lot of people go before us i got fed up and left. They are not professional they are NOT KEEPING 6 FEET MANDATORY GUIDELINES EVERYONE IS SITTING NEXT TO EACHOTHER ON THE PEDICURE CHAIRS. I will definitely not be going there again.

I’ve been coming here for years but this last set I got was complete fail . My nails lifted and fell right off after a week . If you don’t know what lifting is, it’s when they fail to properly prepare your nails or they overdo it . It was such a shame because I loved this place and it’s expensive so I expected my nails to last longer . And yes I did take care of my nails properly otherwise it’s like throwing money away :/

My first visit to Nashville included the museum. It was informative, interesting and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The exhibit was well organized and documented. All ages would find something of interest here. There were quite a few school children visiting the museum and they were exuberant but well behaved and polite.

Usually when I come here the nail techs are nice but today both the ladies that did my pedicure and gel manicure were not friendly at all. They said nothing and when I asked for them to fix certain things they would stay quiet and do them all mad. Once I left the establishment I looked at my toes in the car and realized that most my toe nails were only painted half way and some of my nail was left unpolished. I walked back for her to fix them and the lady had the nerve to tell me I hit my toes when clearly half my nails werent painted properly. I didnt even get an Im sorry or anything, she just went over it with a 3rd coat all mad. I wont be returning here again, bad experience!

Expect a long wait time, even with appointment. Theyre nice, they do good work and they do it fast. Five star work, minus a star for hour+ wait time. We went on a Wednesday afternoon.2 weeks later update: his is my second experience. My first one went great. I have no complaints aside from the wait time with an appointment ~ hour. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them.This second time evens the score to 3 stars. It was very clear my nail technician was uncomfortable doing my dip nails with added tip. There was a lot of other-language and gesturing, people stopping by while I was being worked on to check and another technician that translated near me peeked over occasionally. Let me add that the nails look fine if a little wobbly. Now the cons:1. In sanding down my nails after initial removal - the technician literally buffed into my cuticles. I bled. Its still sore. As it went on there were a couple of times the sander got painfully close but no blood.2. The incident was addressed with a couple sincere sorrys but it wasnt cleaned or dabbed or anything. The entire procedure continued. Dip stung. Burned the whole time.3. I got almond/stiletto shapes and when they used the scissors to trim down they sometimes pushed the scissors too close and was cutting into my finger. I politely told them when I feared theyd actually cut through to my flesh.4. Some residue from my old set stayed on my hands the entire time they worked. It was incredibly messy. When I pointed out that it wasnt coming off after I washed my hands repeatedly and one other technician assuring me soap and rubbing would remove it (It didnt) another nice technician brought me a cotton ball with acetone on it.5. My fake nail - to real nail glue application glued my real - nail to my real - finger/bed.So overall they look fine, but at what cost?One great experience (with Jerry, will book with him) and one bad. Three stars.

The person doing my nails did an great job. They were well shaped and the gel color looks great. After 2 weeks, hasnt chipped or faded at all. The 3 stars however, are for the pedicure. The lady literally just let my feet soak for a few minutes, filed my toenails a bit, scrubbed my feet and polished my nails. I expected way more than that for $50. Definitely not getting a pedicure here again.

LOVE this place! Ive followed Bibi for years, she is amazing. When she goes to a new salon I go with her but I must say Organic Nail Bar is by far my favorite! It is BEAUTIFUL, clean and well organized. The staff is always friendly and inviting. The prices are a little high but they have 100+ gel colors and powders and are up-to-date on current nail trends. I highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the upscale modern design and excellent service. They did a full set in a very timely fashion and the shape and color looks amazing. I drove 20 min to come here and it was worth it.

First of all I’d like to say I did a lot of searching for a good spot that made me feel like I was gettin pampered and I have found the spot! My only thing is I miss Linda. The guy that replaced her I guess did not care that I didn’t want to cut my real nails to replace with fake plastic nails. I wanted to shorten one hand and get a fill, He basically made me feel forced to get a full set even tho I said three times i just want a fill but it didn’t seem like he understood that it was a special style I was going for so I can play guitar at ease. I didn’t ask about prices to care for a difference.. No. he said full set would be less money. I don’t care about the money. I wanted my real nails cut only a little bit and then get treated not get chopped away. It took a long time to grow them and I was taking pride in my long nails just to have him not listen to what I wanted and then proceed to chopping them away. Made no sense what he was doing. He just didn’t listen. Eventually I stopped talking. And not to mention the fact he took a fifteen min lunch in the middle of my appointment. He left me there for fifteen minutes! I couldn’t even use my hands to text. I had to ask someone else to remind him that I have an appointment twice, or I’d gladly take someone else since my real nails were already chopped away at this I was already starting to get impatient. I understand people are hungry but I didn’t eat either and I made it to my appointment before I made it to food. Hungry. And in Shock from my nails being cut as much as a guy could cut a nail down 😭 I felt highly disrespected. I love the spot. I’d go back but last visit has been giving me nightmares. I wasn’t told a name to know. Bring Linda back please. She was an angel to me. Listened to every detail and accommodated so well that I literally came back just to get the same color again.Beautiful location. Everyone is nice. I guess you have to be very clear and assertive on what you want and I refuse to have that man do my nails ever again. I don’t know a name but I remember the face and hope to god I never get that unlucky again.

Did a beautiful job, shape was just a little crooked and acrylic ran on my skin a bit. Overall good experience, might just have to try a different nail tech. Beautiful environment and they have products most basic nail shops wouldnt have.

They arent that creative. You have to have your own picture if you want them to draw anything. My daughter water checkered and she couldnt do it so she did strips instead. Beside that they were fast, and nice.

They pick and choose what days are cash only or card only. Told us we could leave our id as a deposit so we could go to our own bank atm when we told them we had just been in and we’re able to pay with the debit/credit card.

Do not come here. My nail tech was very nice did a good job;however, the young lady who was asked to do my design was rude and had an attitude because I did not like the way she did my design. She didnt even try to make it better. I will not use them any more. Then on top of that some of the other nail techs were making fun of their clients. They charge too much money. I really enjoyed my previous service by BeBe in February of this year but she is no longer working at this nail bar. Again I will not recommend anyone else to come here. This was my second time going to this nail place. I got a full set on March 17th. A nail broke at almost just 2 weeks. I called the nail salon spoke to Helen she said that she will give a $5 discount on my next fill and to tell the nail tech to make my nails thicker. I ended up not making it Sunday to get my fill but since then 2 more nails snapped off. I will not be coming back. Its way more expensive but seems like they use cheaper product. I just took them all off what a waste of 50 bucks. I will be going to my regular nail shop that I always go to. Only reason why I came here is because my nail shop isnt open on Sundays.

Opens at 9am very convinient and everyone was very hospitable. They treated me nice. Everything was super clean and they have a lady who dedicates her day to cleaning the place and replenishing towels and sanitized areas. I fell in love. Im definitely going back.

Don’t bother making an appointment. They don’t follow through with them. My mother-in-law made our appointment for my wedding day a month ago. She even confirmed it the day before the appointment. Our appointment was for 9am. When we walked in at 9am all of the chairs were full and they told us they would start working on us as soon as more workers arrived. This made no sense to us. We had an appointment! Then they tell us they will “try to fit us in”. We had an appointment!! For my wedding day! One of the girls YELLED at my mother-in-law because she was upset at how they were handling the situation. The guy that did my pedicure also did my manicure. He cut my pinky finger in 2 spots. My mother-in-law spent over $200 here. It’s way over priced for the service they provide. We will not be coming back to this salon. Ever.

Vivian is AMAZING! A little difficult to get an appointment with but that is only because everyone wants an appointment with her. Her nail sets last long and her work is beautiful! Highly recommended!!

This is my first visit to this salon. The interior nice, clean and well lit. The prices are comparable to other nail salons. The one thing that is most important to me is that the aesthetitoan not gossip with others while working and actually look at what theyre doing. That was not my experience today. The guy was looking around the entire time he was doing my pedicure. He looked at my feet when he trimmed my nails and when he painted my toes. Sorry but I expect a bit more attention when i am paying 50 for pedicure.
