This was after 2 hours my nail polish slides off when I was washing dishes. This was supposed to be gel nails.. But I told them and they asked me to return. When I returned, I was asked to wait for the same technician or if a different person re do my nails then they would charge.. I was apprehensive about going to the same person but after waiting 15 minutes she was still busy someone else did my nails for free. Im happy with the second time I returned, much better.

I almost never write bad reviews but my nails came out so bad, they over charge and can’t even do basic nail designs. Do not recommend at all.

I called last minute around 5:30 and they said come on in, when I got there I waited about 3 minutes before they put me in a chair. The guy who did my feet did a great job and even tho he took his time I felt I wasn’t there long nor was I rushed because they were closing. We had a really nice conversation and the place was really clean- no re using tools or anything unsanitary going on here and the prices are reasonable.

Horrible nails for a really bad price. I got really short nails with a few lines on them and they were $70! Besides that, they had really bad customer service. They were very rude and were not concentrated while doing mine and my sisters nails. A lady with glasses was watching a video, getting up and walking around while doing my sisters nails. She left them super bad and cut her many times with the drill. They were very unprofessional...defined not coming here ever again.

This place is my last resort. Felt like cattle being processed.

I went in today to get my nails done with my mom and sister and they don’t know how to do anything in there. One of the ladies messed up my nails and thought I was gonna pay $50 and tried to give me a free design. I definitely don’t recommend them at all. DONT GO. Waste of money

I would give them negative stars if I could. Their customer service is horrible. I just walked in there for a full set and a pedicure. I asked to use the restroom before we started since it was going to take a while, the nail tech I was paired with said it’s in the back or outside. When I got back to my seat I asked the nail tech what he meant by outside. He said it was a joke but with an attitude, no apology. Basically confirming my suspicion that he implied I was an animal. Animals use the restroom outside. Then he turned off his light and told me I could wait for another nail tech. I’m disgusted by this treatment. I wouldn’t recommend anyone do business with such disrespectful people.

Nails came out very lumpy and bubbly. When I asked the tech to fix them she replied that when I come back for my fill in 2 weeks, she would fix them. Smh. First and last time going there.

I go back so they can fix my nails, the lady that did the horrible job is no longer working there (not because of me ) but THANKS TO LYNDA she jumped in and saved my nails. She redid my set even though it wasnt her fault and she did an AMAZING JOB I was so happy. The worst nail job I have ever had in my life lol... the place is nice, clean and roomy, love the spa chairs and the nail techs were very friendly, but the tech who did my nails just did them so quickly they didnt even stay on for a full two weeks, I also asked for a pointy stiletto and I received the most dull and best try at pointy ...it was horrible

I see Linda for my nails. She does such a great job that it’s hard to get an Appt if you need the appt within a couple days. Once you go to her though, you won’t want anyone else doing your nails, kinda like a hairdresser. If you can schedule your appt at least 3 to 4 days in advance, then your good. She is def worth the wait.

I was a little nervous because of all the reviews .. but they are really nice and did a really good job on my nails .. ZULLY did my nails and rose was very sweet and attentive and held a conversation . Really loved my first experience here .. definitely coming back when I’m in Moreno ValleyMy pedicure was 30 including callus remover massage sea salt massage, hot towels etc. I think it was worth it .. but for just regular pedi without callus or sea salt massage would’ve been 18 but I figured why not treat myself .

Went here despite of the reviews for a acrylic removal but I couldnt get it done Ive only had them for a week. So I opted for a pedicure instead, she recommend option #3 on the pedicure list with is removing calice, foot scrub and I forgot what else since Ive never had a pedicure done before. It was nice and nails are so cute I cant stop looking at them😍😍

Worst nail salon in Moreno Valley. They do not know what they are doing there. I went to get my dipping powder off (my real nail) and get new one on. The ignorant lady just pulled off the dipping powder and ripped off my real nail. I was in so much pain. I will never go there again. After I tried asking for her name and manager, no one spoke english all of a sudden. They are rude and clearly do not know how to treat customers. I grabbed my things and left I did not let them touch me again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THERE

My nails were terrible after only a week they started coming out and left a whole bunch of stuff over my finger after I left that took forever to come off. They charged way to much for regular polish for it to only come off after 2 weeks later and look terrible. One of the nails even took half of my actual nail. Toe nails came out nice but chipped after a few days.

High prices for very poor quality nails and horrible customer service! The lady receptionist and man who did my nails were very rude. Wouldn’t acknowledge me and then told me to ask around to see who could do my nails. They charged me over $40 to get a fill and the next day the gel began peeling off. When I went back, the man kept saying he did not do my nails and told me that I would have to pay $10 and wait 1 hour to get them fixed.

LOVED my nails, however they were overpriced. Mani & Pedi Gel ($65.80), only for it to peel off a week later. My cuticles were hardly removed. I asked for a Basic pedi and she insisted on another Special (higher rate), which I didnt need but said ok and didnt even get any special foot treatment?

Overall, their pricing is good & the nails are okay. It is just that they have some rude workers that laugh at your toes who does that? Maybe thats why they dont have good reviews and Ill make sure that Im not one of them. Theyre also persistent on trying to make you get gel nails since its more $, if a customer doesnt seem interested they should be able to get the point already. Ill make sure to never come here again I would rather pay more & receive a good service.

This place is the worst. Went there for a manicure and pedicure and both jobs were horrible. When I asked her if she could fix it she plainly said no that it was my nail that was crooked. The workers are rude and rush to finish the job. Not only was I there for close to 3 hours but when I sat down to sit in the dryer waiting for my nails to dry some lady came and told me I was done although I had just sat down. I explained to her that I had just sat down and she plainly said that there were ppl waiting too. I had enough I grabbed my purse and paid.. please save your self the trouble and go somewhere else. A friend had told me not to go there and I wish I would have listened

Worst nail shop in Moreno Valley!!! Nails way too thin and start coming off very fast, didn’t even feel them come off!!! Went back and they acted as if there was nothing they could do! And charged me $35 for a full set.. messed up my shape and polished them terribly with an attitude!! Never will I come back to this terrible establishment!! Terrible customer service as well! (Not even worth one star, only put it because I had to in order to publish this review)

This place is ok except its in the hood and i was there when 2 black teen agers stole from the tip box right at the counter. they had to lock the place and wait for the cops to come. i love the owner daisy and i feel bad for her i wish she would just move in a safer area.

I asked for the 25$ mani pedi sale they have. However, I specifically asked how much it would be if I did gel only on my toes and the lady who is in charge, Cali, said that it would be 33$. I had witnesses there and in the end, the grand total was 40$. I honestly don’t recommend this place. She scammed me and wouldn’t admit the fact that she said my total would be 33$.

I am a repeat customer because I have always had a good experience there. The ladies there are nice and experienced. For 20 dollars, I get a nice mani AND pedi. My pedicure includes lotion and scrub for my feet and calves. The chairs are massage chairs. The workers wore gloves/masks and sanitized all their instruments in alcohol. Their base and top coat is French high quality. I brought my own color and base/top coat which took forever to dry so they showed me theirs. Its better quality than what I can buy at the drug store. They even gave me a bottle of theirs. I dumped mine immediately lol. I work in healthcare and wash my hands a lot. I always have reservation about nail polish as it never lasts more than a day or 2 with me. BUT with this top coat, it feels super strong and smooth! I love it! I will definitely come back :)

Tracy was the person who did my full set of nails and sadly I had a horrible experience. She bleed my finger while filling and burned my fingers with the UV Light machine.
