This place is awesome. I have trained there for a long time. And the coach Carl Glover is a wonderful coach. Definitely recommend anyone who wants to workout and train thoroughly.

My 15yr old daughter is attending this Gym. She has learned alot, enjoys the classes and the people. She has improved on her weight, confidence, and even made new friends. The coach is really attentive towards each student. She even is allowed to have her service dog there on the side to help her if she needs his help. Its humble, safe, and a really great place to learn about different types of marital arts. Everyone helps each other.

Best place for kids to find out what kind of sport they like to pursuit

Coach Carl and his team of trainers are amazing! Family friendly environment. I have my 5 year old son in wrestling training which they hold Monday-Thursday from 6:30-7:30pm. They have boxing, MMA, jiu-jitsu, and wrestling. This has to be one of Moreno Valleys best-kept secrets as far as this type of gym!
