They cracked my windshield and said they weren’t responsible and said it was the heat. I definitely reported it to the police because my car did not come in like that.

The best car wash. I recommend asking for one of the ladies to clean your vehicle. They are amazing at cleaning the interior and exterior. You wont be disappointed. You go girls!!

I paid for three different waxes and decided to watch my car through the window and NOT ONE OF THE WAXES I paid for came on. If I wasn’t not paying attention I WOULDNT HAVE GOTTEN WHAT I PAID FOR. Please pay attention to what you pay to get. Define observer

Today was my first time coming here, I usually go to the sunnymead carwash. My mother is a customer and brought me to try it out. As the car was being finished up, I walked over handed my ticket and a $5 tip to the person who drying up my car. When I sat in my car my whole seat was soaked in water, and when I say soaked, I mean the water transferred on to my pants and felt it on my back side. I know accidents happened and I did not get upset about it..what I did get upset about is that everyone pointed fingers and had me do a run around. All I wanted was for them to dry up the seat. When I spoke to the cashier she said with an attitude that it was my fault and next time roll up my window. She pointed to a sign and said “Read the sign”. At that point I asked to speak to the manager. “The manager is named Miguel and he SHOULD BE IN THE BACK”. I walked to the back where the vacuum was and the other workers said Miguel was not in today. So upsetting. As another worker tried to dry my seat she ended up assisting another vehicle. There was water dripping from my side panel speaker and underneath the steering wheel. My mother ended up helping me dry the seat with their vacuum. First experience was horrible will difintely not be going back. Accidents happen and whether it was there fault by accidently pushing the panel button when cleaning, that was a wrong approach towards me. Common sense if you see a window rolled down roll it up own up to the mistake and fix it to make it worse by blamming the customer. I had my AC ON, I know my window was not left down. Now I have my whole seat wet speaker wet and water dripping from underneath my steering wheel.

Awesome job, people were friendly and quick. My truck was left very nice! Coming back again:)

They did a fairly good job on the car, but the ownership has issuesBathrooms are very bad ... as bad as they comeTables broken and not removed, also graffitiThe temp was 100+ and there was no shade, and they had the Mistys offPricing is what you expect to pay, but the other places are normal, not filthy.Its not just the business owners fault, the landlord has obviously made it even worse.Go elsewhere

~FIRST AND LAST VISIT~1. No one was around to greet me. I almost left.2. When I walked in the facility to pay, the lady at the register was on her phone and didn’t acknowledge me. Didn’t even bother looking up until I said I’d like to pay.3. The interior was not thoroughly wiped and cleaned. Dust and debris are still on my dash and seat. (See photos)4. I was asked what air freshener I wanted, yet no air freshener was provided.Overall very disappointed with the service here and will not be returning.

Terrible service they did little to no work whatsoever there was still alot of work that needed to be done. I would not recommend anyone to come here anyone can do a much better job cleaning their car alone.

The top guy Miguel was nice and professional. They gave me advice for my Camaro and added an extra shine for free‼️I’m def RECOMMEND their services. There’s so much they have to offer. They are nice, quick and professional.I take my baby Ebony seriously and I don’t play when it comes to her maintenance but after this service. She has found a new home 😍😘

Good customer service

I came here expecting to get a detail done and when they were finished there was still alot of work that needed to be done. For example, the carpet still had some dirt and the dash was still dirty and overall trash service.

The car wash was terrible The air freshener I bought paid for is non existent they left streaks all down the side of my truck they didnt do a good job at vacuuming My cat could have done a better job washing my truck

Dude I had I my car detailed from 10am all the way till closing like seriously and on top of that, toward the end of the “finish” they didn’t even clean my car correctly my rims, and dash were still dirty. They also left wax residue on my truck. Never going back

Really great, hard working people. I spoke with the manager about my hard water spots on my car and he was really knowledgeable about his products and the process. This place is a bit on the pricey side however it is worth my money.

Pulled up to the car wash waiting to get attended was the only car in the vacuum section were you pull up to get checked in and had 6 employees just standing there looking at me not one came up to ask to see if I needed help waited 10 minutes and no one came to see what service I needed very unprofessional dont bring your cars here

I heard this place was under new management decided to check it out. I started to bring my car back last month because the last manager sucked. I am thoroughly impressed! The manager gave me a really fair deal for a wash and wax that I couldnt pass up. They are very detail oriented. And they treat you like family. I will continue to bring my car here from now on.

Good car wash, no problems. Got all the road crud and loads of mammoth dirt off my car. Its white again! Love it, yea.. I can see through my windows, cant stand dirty windows and they did a great job of cleaning them, even cleaned my pups love smudges.

Came in today and purchase the budget wash for $17.99 I was not happy because they didnt wipe my doors down from the inside nor did they put shine on my tires after speaking with the manager he explained to me that the wash that I purchase didnt cover what I was asking for, he was very friendly and professional he said, today I dont want you to worry about it we got your back they actually wipe everything down inside shine my tires and gave me a air freshener without charging me no extra money I guess it was a little bit of my fault for not explaining the girl in the back what I wanted. I will definitely bring all my vehicles here this is definitely my spot to come from now on highly recommended.

Great car wash place, they wash your car through a machine, then hand dry, clean rims and interior for almost the same prices as you would pay anywhere else.

I have a crossover sometimes they charge me extra others they dont. I get the VIP wash for around $20 and they usually do a decent job.

I really like this car wash the girl in the back is very friendly had a big smile on her face I really like that, she made me feel welcome I bought the diamond wash for $26.99 on my truck, when the lady was finished cleaning my truck there was some spots on my rims that she missed as I was staring at my rims the manager miguel came up to me and asked if everything was okay I said no they missed some spots, like the fact that he apologized and had not one but three employees cleaning my truck thats what I call customer service I really appreciate that the manager himself is walking around making sure customers are satisfied definitely coming back. Great attitude👍👏

Just had my 66 Fury cleaned up. The lady suggested that I dont run it through and have it washed outside. Good call! The rails on any drive through mess up my tires raised white letters. Car looks great! Im happy.

I was very happy with the way they went over and beyond to be sure I was happy. I brought all my cars to them today & this is the only car wash I come to in Moreno Valley. The service is always superb!

Has to be the second worst car wash in Moreno Valley. Brought my car here in the middle of the week and waited for 5 min before someone came out to ask what I wanted, then the car sat for another 15 min before they started to vacuum. Id understand if the place was busy but there were only 3 other cars. They had one guy washing and he totally missed the roof. I told the manager who said no he washed the roof but even watching the video it was clear he didnt.Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Haven’t had any issues with them. My car always looks nice and clean when they’re done. They offer special cleaning services that I may need/use one day. Customer service is adequate.

Pay full price to get close to nothing clean about your vehicle. The workers were very cranky or something on 10/25 and being a Spanish speaker, overheard them bad mouth customers just because they didn’t want to do their job. Never coming back here and wasting my money and this place again!

April 10, 2019, 10:15AM,American flag was hanging in rags on flag pole. Asked manger to remove flag. Stated didnt have a replacement. Asked him to just take it down. He responded it wasnt the only ragged flag around. He stated that he was an American also and the sight of the torn flag didnt bother him and if I didnt like looking at the ragged flag, then I should stop looking in that direction. I stated that I would not be looking at it any more because I would not be back to his business. Zero Stars...They ran my car into something and left damage and when I brought my car back they automatically denied any wrong doing...he showed me camera angles that wouldnt have shown the side of the car that got damaged and also I waited 20 minutes in the waiting area while he reviewed the cameras alone and then he brings me back to show me the footage that he had, supposedly showing no wrong doing! How come I couldnt watch as he watched...but Im convinced They damaged my car and I dont reccomend bringing your car here!!! And I also had stains on my paint that they didnt get out for a suppose to be HAND WASH, that I ended up having to get out myself. Not worth the money they charge!!!

The lady who wiped my car missed a spot and a part of one of my windows, other than that my car was washed pretty good.

They offered me a half special and then when I went to pay they charged me full price plus extra for a truck. I tried to get truck back and they wouldnt give me keys back even do truck was not being washed yet. Had to pay to get truck back. Rip off and to top it off truck was not washed right and interior was still dirty. I asked them to clean again and they said it was clean enough they cant make it new. So I guess there is no charge for the free attitude

Took my Dodge Ram 3500 Laredo crew cab dually in for washing. To wide for drive through so had to be hand washed, besides washing entire vehicle, they vacuumed the floors & floor mats, cleaned inside of all windows, wiped down all 4 door panels on the inside, cleaned my aluminum wheels & wiped on tire dressing to make them shine like new again. I was very pleased for the nice job at only the cost of $30.00, it was well worth the price since I would have spent atleast 2-3 hours washing it by myself. My time is worth much more than that to me!!! Highly recomend this place if your in the neighborhood of Moreno Valley, Ca. near March Air Force Reserve Base.

Man I really wanted to give more stars but this place is just not that good. Its ok. If I was a teacher I say its a D+ maybe C-. Getting your car cleaned here is like waking up in the morning and putting a piece of gum in your mouth instead of actually brushing your teeth, tongue & flossing. It was so many spots un washed on my car I sent it back. I also pulled up my mats and they didnt even vacuum under them. Thats basic car cleaning 101 is to pull the mats out. Even after I sent it back there was several spots I had to point out to spot clean. After the fifth spot I left. Didnt tip, it was not earned. Dirt stain on my hood from a dirty rag left in one spot too long. I hate paying for a service and having to finish the job myself. You cant just spray air freshener on my dirty seats and think thats gonna slide. I got the second from the highest package around $25. May be worth it to maintain a practically already clean car, but if you actually need to get your car cleaned, they half do it. Staff was however nice and polite but I dont see myself returning unless Im begin cheap and or desperate.

I started coming to this car wash a little over a year ago and I can say that they have been pleasant & diligent in their work/service. The workers here are very polite to me. I havent been disappointed. This is located close to my job but approx. 30+ minutes from home. I admit I was a little skeptical about coming here due to all the negative reviews, but I took my chances and stopped in anyway. Last year I came on my birthday for a Detail bc my car really needed it. They did a fantastic job on the Detail & Wax.Ive been a few times after that day plus I visited the car wash yesterday, I drove 30+ minutes to come to this car wash bc I like how they wash my car. I got the Deluxe Wash and received the same pleasant service I always get when I come here. I would definitely recommend this car wash to my friends & family who live in the area.

ALWAYS forget to put the polish onHave to wait to be served unless your a man, when told them the polish didnt go on, got very rude but acknowledge that I was right and had a fit because I making sure you do your job. RUDE AF! will not be coming back.

Scratched my car. Blow dryer scratched up my car. Carwash owner said that it could not have because the dryer is not made of metal. Total jerk, would not admit his equipment was at fault. Yet the scratches are right where the dryer runs up the car.

Went today 8/3/19 my car wasnt even that dirty paid the 20dll and gave the man a 20dll tip. I saw that my interior was still dirty and streaky and there was sand still in the back seats Im talking about they didnt even touch the back seat. My trunk was not vacuumed at all! def never ever going back. IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE RIGHT, YOU GOTA DO IT YOURSELF wasted 40dll for a simple outside carwash. Now i have to go back and vacuum my car myself 😡😡😒😒😒

For the third time, we were cut in line by other patrons, all Latino. And, they were served ahead of us. Unacceptable! Is it any wonder this car wash is empty most of the time? Nothing special or outstanding about the car wash, itself. Go down the street if you want better service and to be treated fairly.
