Unfortunately a few weeks back I had gone to get a carwash and there was 3 workers two in uniform and one without. The worker without uniform had charged me the silver wash and when I politely asked him to get my tire shine he told me “it’s my day off” yet minutes ago he had handled my card. Overall this had made me feel unsatisfied of this situation.

Very effective wash and dry. Love the extra items you get for better experience. Worker was very professional and handle customers with great care.

I’m giving this location a three instead of a five, because even though the car wash itself was fine for an automatic car wash, my car bottomed out driving into the facility.I have a Toyota Prius, with a 7 inch clearance, and as I was driving into the lane where the front tire is channeled into the guide rails, there is a bit of a drop off, and my car dropped like a thud, right onto either the chassis or some other metal part of the undercarriage. No damage, but a little unsettling.Our last visit was the second time that happened. I’m sure the car wash is great for other higher clearance vehicles, but I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Professional, excellent service, sprayed bug removal on windows and body where needed and brushed tires before going into washer. Car was clean and easy to dry off. No trying to remove bug splats while drying or to still clean and remove greasy grime on car wheels. This car wash goes the extra mile. Im 100% happy with my experience and cleanliness of my car!!

Fast and easy. The employee explained the various costs then after I made my selection he washed off my CRV, I drove thru then the same employee applied armor all 2 my tires. He was Smiling and very polite. Try this car wash. Spend a little extra, its woth it. Ask 4 David, hes a hard worker.

This is my absolute favorite car wash. The employees are professional and courteous. Although I do think they need to hire maybe 1 or 2 more people. Other than that the wash is fantastic. It doesnt scratch my paint like other car wash establishments.

What a joke of a car wash, the machine scratched my car (small scratch but because they dont maintain equipment properly, on top of that the car comes out completely wet not to mention the horrible vacuum system. I will never comeback to this place even if its free.

First I would like to say I’m very disappointed with the customer service given to me by these children. And I say children because that’s how they are behaving. I come here at least once a week and the customer service that I have been experiencing has been horrible. When i asked the girl to give me the scented strawberry she said we don’t carry that. I told her they always give me the scented strawberry so she changes her story and says well we don’t have it today. Obviously I can see through her lie. It’s not she’s going out of her way to give it to me. They are just extremely rude and have no customer service experience always giving attitude for anything we ask them. They didn’t even wash my car correctly. When I wanted to talk to the manager she said oh they’re not h re today once again lying to me. I’m sorry, well actually I’m not sorry but I will gladly no longer be returning to this business.

Why is it that they say there open at 7-7:30 we get there at 7:30....everything is closed. We wait until 8, still no one there. Um, if you say your open you should be open. You lost valuable money being unprofessional. Will not be going back since I cannot rely on what is promoted. 5/2/18

This business states they open @7:30 needed to get my car washed before an important meeting . Was there @7:20 and no one was even there yet I waited with my car on @7:30 not open yet!!! At this point I’m inpatient then I see the girl getting all the things out so eventually after all that she did she finally opened at 7:48 am your hours say 7:30 so by this time you should have it actually open for business!! Not comming here no more!!! Very upset with the wait!!

This is a great place to take your car for a great car wash, Ive been going here for years. I use take my mothers car here for a good service and and wash.

Got the $15 car wash and it didnt even clean my car. Ripped off my spare tire cover and scratched it all up. Manager was very unpleasant and cussed at me saying it was my fault. Then walked away from me saying he wasnt going to do anything about it.Update.I called them the same day, left a message, no return call yet. A week later. Seems ownership is inline with bad management. I will never return there, and I recommend no one else patrons this establishment.

4 year Loyal customer an 1st time I had to ask for a rewash an they made a big seen of it going as far as calling the police.. wowI figure its under new management prices did go up an no more tire shine but vacuums work better now too bad I guess Ill be going elsewhere... good luck new owners..

Not a bad Car Wash. Only was on certain weekdays though. Limited space makes for a hectic entrance and exit. Otherwise great staff and decent wash.

This is a great little place to go to for a quick car wash on Frederick and Pigeon Pass in Moreno Valley the young people working there are quick on the spot to help out provide a ladder if you need one and willing to just be of service fact I like it better than some of the car washes where they go through and then they have somebody wash and dry your car where you have to wait a half an hour where you can be in this car wash in and out within 15 minutes I recommend to go there

I am not to comfortable when the staff lets a little girl do their job. She took my ticket and was the person guiding me in to the wash. Couldnt have been older than 12 years old. Complete joke. I will not be going back!

This place doesnt know what it wants to be. It is automatic but a kid pops out to put your money in a machine for you. Which you can do yourself. You ride in your car when at other places like this you sit and wait for them to finish. And then to top it all off they want tell you but they dont vacuum your car you have to do that on your own. Tell me that before you funnel me through your start line. And as they are drying your car there are vacuum hoses next to them but they dont use those. You have to get back into your car to move over to the other side. Unless you want a quick rinse on the out side this is not the place to come. Ohhhhhhhh the vacuum to use this place makes no damn sense

Banner in their entrance says Mon, Tues, Wed, $5 off any, but employees will only honor if you are having the most expensive package. I understand it is obviously not $5 off the $6 dollar car wash, but there are 3 higher prices that should benefit from this.

My go to place for a car wash and vacuum

This is the only spot I go to wash both my vehicles.I always get the platinum that comes with everything including microfiber cloth plus its a great wash for your vehicle.

Went to this location on April 18 for a car wash. The staff was rushing and forgot to tape my rear wiper blade (mistakes happen, I understand). Half way through the wash I hear a loud noise, thought my rear window had been broken. When I exited the wash unit I noticed that my rear wiper arm was broken, the wiper blade was gone, and the rear window was severely scratched. I spoke with Alex, he took my incident report and said not to worry the owner will take care of the damage. I waited a week but did not hear anything so I went back to the car wash and Devin told me that they were behind on claims but not to worry, it will be taken care of. He provided me with the number to the car wash to follow up. I did not hear anything so I called . There was no answer and no voicemail each time I called so I went on Instagram, got the email address and sent an email. The email came back undeliverable so I sent a message via Instagram - no response or call back. Returned to the location a third time and spoke with Alex he reiterated that they have a lot of claims and someone will call me. STILL no call back. I went in this morning at 9:20am and spoke with Devin again. He said that management is still out and they will call me back. I explained that we are approaching one month since this happened and there has been no attempts to reach me. I ask who the on-site manager is and what time will they be in. He said Breanna and she will be in at 10am. I waited until 10:45am to call. I called numerous times and each time the phone would ring three times then disconnect. After my fifth attempt I received a call back from someone saying You called Moreno Valley Car Wash? It was Breanna. I confirmed that I did and asked the status of my claim. Breanna said that the owner Jackie Kim says she will not process any damage reports and has her calling everyone back to say that their claims will not be honored. I asked why and she proceeded to say that the old owners (prior to August 2018) would cover damages but now that Jackie has taken over she does not cover them due to the disclosure posted. I asked Even though the damage was due to her employees negligence? Breanna confirmed that is correct. I said Ok, can I get a call back from Jackie? Breanna said She will not call you back. She will just tell me to tell you that damages are not covered. I explained that I understood that she will not cover the damages but I would like to speak with her about how this situation was handled. Breanna said she will pass my information on to Jackie but not to expect a call back. So I asked what days and times does Jackie come in, Breanna went on to say that she does not have a set schedule. I said I understand and thanked Breanna for her time.I simply want to make everyone aware of how things are handled at this location so this does not happen to anyone else.

Great price for a decent quality wash, especially for how quick it is. You do have to do some of the work yourself, like vacuum and wipe down theft interior, but they do provide everything you need to do that.

Probably my favorite automatic car wash. Awesome price and the scrubs are smooth,all microfibers. Comes with a self serve vacuum, dash wipe and car scent so your interior is clean as well as the exterior.

Also when i droce trouth the wash there machine some how broke the side moldings on my truck i never heard anything from the owner plus they had a hard time putting back my antena.
